Went here for a coffee. The coffee was nice, but pricey, and the decor was beautiful.

Exceptional place of Lausanne. Impeccable service and establishment of undeniable quality. This is all that can be expected from the Haute-Hotellerie Suisse.

Good facilities for meetings and nice food and wine. Very pleasant the outside dehors. Definitely a well managed location that foster relaxation and pleasure.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Waking distance from the park, metro, restaurants, bars, Olympic Museum and more.

Very good, but considering the price, I'm not sure that the price / quality ratio is optimal.

Went here for the 2014 BioCAS conference dinner and it was a beautiful experience. The food is amazing, service great and the atmosphere grand.

Attended a reception at the hotel and it is magnificent. Great views of the lake, the ballrooms and hotel lobby are beautiful. Outdoor patio area is great for drinks while taking in a view of the lake. Great location near the waterfront for food and drinks.

Very expensive but a wonderful and historic hotel and a beautiful view from the balcony.

Very good, welcome and perfect services. Just plan for some drafts in the living room. During the tea time, there was a steady stream of people coming out and going home to smoke.

Stayed 3 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The location and weather in mid October is a perfect combination. The staff are all knowledgable and carry themselves exactly how you would expect in a place called 'Palace'. The room is classicly elegant and comfortable. Definitely worth spending the extra money to enjoy a few nights living as the elites of history did/do.

Classic hotel, an institution. Great standards in everything but being in Switzerland, anything but cheap. Fabulous location on the lake shore of Lausanne.

Beautiful view, very nice staff and listening against my milk shake is returned twice back (it was completely frozen and impossible to drink). Pity.

Guys, you are nice and all but for the price you charge for a deluxe room where not only a big guy like me but also my girlfriend who is slim ... do you realize that in order to go to bed or to get up from bed you have to literally touch the bed with the back of your legs and at the same time the wall with your nose!!!! This is truly ridiculous. Have never seen tinier room in a luxury hotel. A very bed surprise which is a pity because the place and lake and hotel position overall are nice.

The place for an expensive cocktail in a beautiful and perfectly appointed location in the sun with a great view of the lake and the Chateau d'Ouchy.

I only spent one night in the Beau-Rivage palace but it was one of the most wonderful night of my life.

A beautiful setting overlooking the lake and a park. Several restaurants with a Sunday brunch very interesting (especially for parties).
