Simply the best Palace Hotel in Switzerland and in my opinion one of the most prestigious hotel in the world. Every visit to this hotel is a new experience of well-being and joy.

This is a historic hotel, a palace and a resort that can be called an integrated hotel with distinctive views, sessions, rooms and suites, opposite the lake and a nice service.

Whent there for food. The burger where really burn the salad was not good either. The staff was very nice but didn't know the menus item.

One of the great hotels. Extravagant luxury in a dream location, to call in a train with the Villa d'Este on the Lago di Como.
Unfortunately, the terrace furniture is a complete misbehavior, looks cheap and simple. Too bad. About the glass cultivation can be argue, personally I do not like it. The service on the terrace was rather slow. But friendly.

Great place not excellent... A/C in historical room / suite was weak. The grounds are 1st class.

There are several notable elements to this hotel, but for me the standout ones are theirs incredible gardens, the staff's attention to detail, and the general design of the hotel. It's elegance and opulence but in the most tasteful and subtle ways.

As a speaker for the iXion days, I found the expected standing of this beautiful place. Bemol for air conditioning a little too noisy.

It was a wonderful experience to spend a whole week at this property.
You immediately perceive the exclusivity of the place and its history ...
Among chandeliers and mirrors, marbles and flower vases, a hymn to elegance and opulence!
The rooms are delicious, imagine the suites!
The view of my room was on the lake and with a view of the castle of Ouchy, better than that I could not ask.
Big and very comfortable bed, marble bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 separate sinks, with everything you need for the toilet, of very good quality.
The room was also redone 3 times a day.
Inside the structure, really huge, there are several restaurants, a bar, the spa, several reception rooms to be breathless.
It also benefits from a beautiful outdoor pool around which there are very comfortable loungers and efficient bar service and a warmer indoor pool.
The breakfast is very pleasant both for the room overlooking the lake and for the quantity and quality of things offered, sweet and savory.
The breakfast room staff was exceptional, especially Denis of a kindness beyond any reasonable expectation.
I would say that the staff of the whole structure has always been available, present, efficient and capable.

The hotel is in a great location because it is located near the port of Ouchy where you can embark for various trips and also close to the metro, without a driver, which takes you to the center of Lausanne in just a few minutes. Also near the hotel there are many things to see such as the Olympic museum or Villa Mon Repos as well as a beautiful walk along the lake
For those who have the opportunity to spend a few days in Lausanne I recommend this hotel, it is a great and beautiful experience!

We tried the tasting menu Autumn Pic collection and it was absolutely DIVINE! Exceptional wine recommendation by the sommelier. Great ambience and great attentive staff. Very much look forward to trying out her London Michelin-Starred restaurant soon.

It is the best hotel in Lausanne, it has all the luxury comforts, located in an excellent position by the lake, it is usually frequented by managers of the CO, I. and political personalities.

Dinner at Beau-Rivage cafe, excellent meal, high quality food, perfect staff.

Beautiful place with attentive staff and lovely food. Went for wedding and wedding rehearsal and all was well planned - very expensive rooms so cannot comment on them as we did not stay the night.

I eat once a month and I am delighted. Quality, welcome and smiles, perfect. THANK YOU

Reception and service was unfortunately not a 5 * hotel worthy. Was sent to three different people before someone could give me back my car key.
