I am not sure how to review them yet. I have had a claim filed with them for over 3 years and still have not heard anything about settlement or a court date. Nothing. I call them all the time and leave messages. Occasionally someone will call back and give me the same old "we haven't heard anything yet" spiel. I don't know if they aren't giving my case as much consideration because they aren't going to be millionaires afterwards or what, but I know I feel like they could care less. I need to have surgery, but can't because, even though insurance will pay for it, I don't have the money for the deductibles. I am stuck and they know it. There's nothing I can do. I hate to give them a 1 star, when this could be a legitimate amount of time to wait. Just rating based off my current opinion. If it changes, I'll do an updated rating.
