Beachfront Realty Inc. Review

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Beachfront Reality and especially my agent Dianne Warren. One of the best agents I have ever worked with. Always had my best interest in mind, very knowledgeable when it comes to contracts agreements and very patient. Never felt like I was another paycheck to her as many agents make you feel. I would recommend her and Beachfront to anyone without hesitation.

I am still in amazement by how unprofessional this company is, namely Alex Fields!!!! He was beyond RUDE!!!! If these are the types of agents you want associated with your company, you won t be in business for much longer.

I recommend Beachfront particularly Luz Olarte who has always helped me make very good investments in Fl. Luz Olarte is an excellent professional, dynamic, responsible and always ready to help no matter the circumstances.

Awesome experience! I got their agent Gabrielle Province's number online and she lined up places for us to see that same day! I needed immediate assistance and was so grateful for her help. She made finding a home so pleasant! She stayed in direct contact with me during the whole process. I could not believe she found a home we love in such a short amount of time that we asked of her. Worst experience ever. Me and my wife were looking to purchase a condominium in the surrounding Aventura area. When we first arrived at the office we were greeted by Louis Thompson. Mr. Thompson was very unprofessional and showed us properties that were irrelevant to what we were seeking. Once my wife explained to him that we were going to find another realtor he became very aggressive. We called the company and they explained that Mr. Thompson has had previous issues with clients. I would not recommend anyone to have Mr. Thompson as their realtor.

Very professional and realistic with the true value of the property. Couldn t be happier. Had the property under contract the next day of listing, appraisal came in perfect. Smooth transaction. I buy and sell homes professionally and have interviewed and used many brokers. Some brokers will promise the sky and not deliver but my broker Carmen Sajin from Beachfront was exceptionalities and I will use her in the future for all my properties in the areas she covers!!!

Natasha Allenger Is An Excellent And Professional Real Estate Agent. She Assisted Me In My Real Estate Rental Transaction. She Was Extremely Helpful And Understanding With Our Needs. She Is Highly Recommended.

FERNANDO GRINGBER es un ladron y mentiroso. No se como pueden tenerlo trabajando ahi. Me rento un apartamento en Blue Lagoon en foreclosure. Me robo el deposito, el mes por adelantado y un mes de comision. Dijo que si no tenia credito tenia que pagar un mes mas y tambien se lo robo.
No podia usar la piscina, ni el gimnasio, no podia ni parquear mi moto en ningun lado y para colmo, la corte me saco del apartamento.

FERNANDO GRINGBER es un liar, and used to take people's money. He rented me an apartment in foreclosure in Blue Lagoon. He took a month of deposit, a month in advance and a month for commision. He told me if i dont have credit i had to pay another month and i paid that too. I could not use the pool, the gym, no parking and the court took me away from the apartment.

Matthew Owen as been selecting properties for me to see. He is very professional and easy to work with. He listens to my concerns and has shown me very good listings.

So happy and grateful to Giorgio Galileo of beach realty for all his help finding us a beautiful affordable apartment. He was quick in answering any questions, arranged for the whole process to be smooth and easy. Our family highly recommend him! Thanks so much Giorgio!

I came down to Florida to buy a second home knowing nothing about the real estate market here. In just the course of one weekend, working with Ken Schanzer, we discovered a wonderful home that I have been in for a number of months now and love. Have their own title company, need to look for the right agents, had great experience

By far one of the best experiences I've had with finding a place in a timely fashion. Needed to be out by a couple of days and they approved me fast and very clean properties!!

We bought a property exactly year ago. Unfortunately, I didn't write a review right away. I was dealing with their staff and even the owner. I was thinking we would settle. It's never happened...
They represented both side of the deal and we dealt with both because our selling agent wasn't available at the closing.
I wouldn't ever recommend this agency to represent you. Especially, there is such a competition, and so many choices...

I have nothing but positive things to say about Beachfront and more specifically, my realtor Dianne Warren.We first started working together when she helped me with a rental 2 years ago.Since then she was there for me when I decided to move and then again when I was ready to buy my first condo a few days ago.Dianne is knowledgeable,efficient and prompt,she knew the areas where I was looking to rent/buy,gave me some great feed backs on properties I was interested in and would't let me waste time on viewings of properties I would't qualify for.Finally,she made my first purchase as stress free as possible and stayed on top of things through the whole process.I cannot say enough how grateful I am for finding not just an amazing realtor but a person who I can confidently say I consider a friend.Thank you Dianne!!!!

After my experience with this group, I am a full cash buyer who is NOW looking in a completely different area in Florida. I initially called about a property that was already rented, however Ms. Warren was very courteous and willingly sent me several options that matched my specifications. She went over and beyond and stayed abreast of all the details of my application, even coming out for a viewing on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I received a five s service from beach front Inc best, honest, patient, professional and exceptional realtor Mr. Norris Milton. I met Mr Norris thru his beautiful wife. I began my home buying journey in 2016 with Mr Norris and with perseverance and a dream that would not die was able to purchase my first home in November 2017. At times when I was doubtful of securing a home due to more agressive buyers with deeper pockets and sellers with over priced home; it was Mr Norris who encourage me to believe, be patient, and inspire me that my home is out there and that when I get to it nothing will prevent me from securing the purchase and closing. When I tell you that it happened just like he said, it did. This man of God was faithful in keeping my requirements of the home in perspective and most of his showing was centered on those requirements. I had the opportunity to meet one representative of Beachfront Realty and I have to say that she is the most unprofessional Realtor I have met.
I had so many issues dealing with her that at the end I decided not to sign the contract for a property I had already chosen as I wanted to avoid any potential problems....a shame...

I am an Avanti Way Real Estate Agent and I arrived at Bay Parc with my client to rent. We were met by agent Dusan. He attended us with professionalism and much knowledge. He showed us all available departments and we quickly closed the transaction.

They are very professional and helpful, they helped me to sell my house and to buy a new one they always answered my calls, great costumer service.

WORST AGENCY EVER! NIGHTMARE! after working with an agent called Gladys T. for over a month I can just say you better stay away since I have been misinformed from A to Z. Was presented false information in regards association rules and have almost been tricked to loose my security deposit. I have been lied to in my face both verbally and in writing.
just do yourself a favor and stay away from those guys, especially Gladys, she looks so nice and naive but trust me she will rip you off without thinking twice.

Their agent Anabelle Taub is extremely helpful and professional and helped me find a commercial lease within 48 hours and negotiated a great rental lease rate for me.

I had been saving up for a home for a couple of years, and the moment i started my search I already knew I wanted to work with Dianne Warren. And right from the start, she met my expectations. She struck me as an honest person who takes pride in her work and takes it seriously.

We looked at houses often, always on my schedule and she never failed to work with me and help out. After just a couple of homes, she had already figured out my tastes and what I was looking for and we didn't waste time with homes that didn't fit. She also went the extra mile when we had some hurdles along the way that would have ended up as wasted money for me. I got it all back!

For the house I did get, it ended up being as smooth as it could possibly be. As a first-time buyer, I feel so satisfied with how everything went, thanks to Dianne.

I can say with complete confidence that had I chose anyone else - it would have been a horrible decision for me to make, and likely would have cost more money for a lesser result.

Inefficient title company inside. Watch what you sign. My paperwork had a section that allows them to sell my info. to anyone they wish, no notification. They make mistakes and you have to pay for their mistakes or get a lawyer.they gave me a check for $292.50 and within 48 hours demanded a check from me for $289.27
The name of the title company that did this is Market Title LLC.

Best real estate company in south Florida and beyond. I have been working with them specifically LUZ OLARTE for more than 10 yrs.she s an angel. She makes my life easy by taking care of my investments. Periodically updating me. If you need real estate help, please contact LUZ OLARTE.

Albit. The worst agent unprofessional blank contracts I did all his work but he shows up for his commission left apartment in shambles. Don t deal with these people the will screw you over!!@@@@

If you deal with Brian Morgestern this will be the outcome...make sure you are clear and don't be overwhelmed by all of his fast talking and extra information because it will cost you the ability of renting a place.....Mr. Morgenstern assumed that he was dealing with young ladies who were not educated and would go along with whatever he said.

Angelica Dutra is by far the most knowledgeable agent I have ever dealt with in the 100 plus properties I have purchased.

I had the displeasure of working with Lissette Negron with Beachfront Realty. Lissette Negron was not only rude & condescending but lacked common courtesy and showed utter dismissal when my daughter was asking questions, whom the house was being bought for. Heed to the desires of what a potential clients needs are Lissette and don t make it so apparent that your potential commission Is more important than the needs of a buyer. You lost a sale in a NY minute.

It was the worst experience ever. My agent was Donald Pollas, he charge me for a service I never received, the good thing is that he only got me once.. he kept calling asking for "the rest of the money" even after no service or anything was provided.

I think this company should be stop by someone, they are robbing people.

Poor business ethics and accountability. I worked with Laura Cymring while using Beachfront Realty. This agent was very rude, entered my unit without my permission on one occasion and informed me she would do it again if she chose, harassed me through text on a few occasions including threatening to take my entire deposit if I did not comply with her demands to show the condo, although I was meeting all the requirements of our contract. After moving out Laura is attempting to claim $1400 in damages, for dead light bulbs, paint, and a broken aluminum light fixture that probably cost $100. I have contacted Beachfront Realty numerous times regarding their Agent but they have stated they are not liable or accountable for their agents and do not get involved in these matters.

This review is for their Realtor Ms. Glenis Jimenez. Ms. Jimenez is representing the owner of a Unit at Admiral's Port Condominium in Aventura, where I lived for the past three years. I moved out of the unit this weekend after enjoying a great relationship with the owner. Right from the start, when Ms. Jimenez called me the first time about 4 weeks ago as the listing agent for this rental property, Ms. Jimenez was extremely rude and unprofessional, sorely lacking in communication and people skills!

Ms. Jimenez then came to the see the unit to take photos for the listing. She was curt and not very friendly, but her tone changed when I mentioned that I was looking to buy a property and was interviewing Realtors to assist me.

During the move out process, Ms. Jimenez was not at all helpful! On the move out day, she did not show up to pick up the keys at 5pm as scheduled and do a walk-through the unit to verify that it was clean & in good condition. My assistant took many photos as proof; My Assistant texted several times and left at 9pm. The next day I texted the owner wondering what to do with the keys. Ms. Jimenez called my assistant at 5pm screaming why we hadn't called the day before, and demanding that she drive all the way from Doral to Aventura to deliver the keys, threatening to call the owner that we were holding the keys illegally. Thankfully I have a great relationship with the owner! My assistant hand delivered the keys the next day to Beachfront Realty offices in Aventura, asking a Company Officer to sign for them as proof of delivery.

As such, I will be choosing a different Realtor to assist me with buying a property in the near future! Not only that, I will not recommend Ms. Jimenez to any of my friends who ask me for a referral. I highly recommend that Beachfront carefully consider whether Ms. Jimenez is an asset or a liability to the company. Ms. Jimenez should think first before lashing out at people. There are plenty of nice Realtors out there!!! No one needs a nasty person around.

The realtor who works in Beachfront Realty Inc, is really a structured person, with a great knowledge of each of the steps he takes to help you finalize a negotiation in the best terms, for my husband and for me it has been a great blessing to our side to Mr. Alejandro Colombo, thanks to him for all his help, because he is excellent, and to you as a company our congratulations for having employees like Mr. Colombo who pride themselves on the name of good companies! Thank you very much!

First impressions were nice and all, but after moving into the apartment things changed. I never met the realtor that was on the website Marilina Apfelbaum. I ended up meeting her assistant Valentina in Miami Beach and did all the paperwork with her. After signing the paperwork for a 1 yr lease, I asked if I had any issues with the apartment who do I get in contact with. The assistant reassured me to contact her. From the moment we moved into the apartment we had issues with the AC unit and pretty much everything. Valentina told me they were going to fix any issues before we moved in and when we started to move to the apartment it was the same. Missing cabinets. Bathroom tile was broken. Apartment was dirty. I had to come with my sister to clean it. AC unit was not working. I got in contact with Valentina and she told me they were going to send someone. They ended up temporarily fixing it. I had issues with the stove and I got in contact with Valentina she told me to start emailing Marilina and I got no answer. After sending Valentina another message, she gave me the phone number of the apartment manager who would answer and send someone when there was an issue, but now he also doesn t answer. There s mold on the walls due to the AC leaking water. I have been living in this apartment for 9 months and no one answers me. I have send multiple pictures and videos of the AC and mold to the apartment manager. My one year lease is almost up and I regret moving into this apartment. I just hope when I start asking for my deposit that they answer because I have started looking up for lawyers. What a horrible first time experience!!

This review is for their realtor, Anabelle Taub. Super reliable. Honest. Found me a property right away. I gave her my specifications-- she hit it right on the nail! If you're looking to buy a house (or any other real estate property), she's one of the best in the business. Their staff in Aventura is very polite; so is their title company that they work with.

Very bad experience .. they made me give a deposit of 5000 dollars to buy a house. I gave all my information and then I was told that I was not qualified when from the beginning they said yes. And they stole 5000 from me ... I do not recommend it

Sherif with Beachfront Reality was an excellent relator. One of the things that he mentioned that stuck out to me was reminding us to have fun during the process. He made sure to equally listen to us both and find a place we both loved. Thank you for helping us find out first home!

Agent Silvia Villar is unprofessional. I rented a property from her that her family happens to personally own, and it was not well maintained, and she stole portion of my deposit without justification. Do NOT deal with her or any company that employees a thief.

Anabelle Taub is amazing!!! She did her due dilligence. I found a property I loved and wanted to rent, but she had a funny feeling about it! She did some digging and found out the property was going into foreclosure, so she advised me against renting it. Not to mention that the HOA had taken over, and that I would have to deal with them. A very hairy situation. At $4000/month, her commission would have been nice for an easy rental, but she cared enough to take good care of me. I am really happy to have gotten her as a recommendation. She helped me in more ways than one.

Sherif Ibrahim with Beachfront Reality is the best realtor that I have ever worked with! He promised and he delivered everything he promised! He got me the best deal better then I could of imagined and we are already working to figure out what our next deal can be! Sherif is a first class professional and give advice and tips on how to always come out on top! if I ever have real estates needs Sherif will be my first call!

HORRIBLE people- DO NOT TRUST THEM. Agent Leora Cohen just hung up on me and then management yells at me on the phone. I had worked with Rent1 Sale1 and their idiot agent made out the money orders for me. Then I decide not to rent the home. Called the agent at Beach Front Realty first and she was very rude and hung up on me. Then the manager says I have to take my money order to them, let them deposit it, and wait for them to mail me a check. Yeah, let me hand you hundreds of dollars and hope that you will give it back after you have been so rude to me... Don't say I didn't warn you if you are stupid enough to write them a check for anything.

Simone Odoms was my realtor and she did an excellent job with the sale of my condo - she had two purchase offers in less than a week! She was professional, she informed me of every step in the process, answered all my questions and was available on nights and weekends. Simone made sure that the closing went smoothly and that we closed on time. I can't say enough good things about Simone and Beachfront Realty.
