Had the pleasure of working with Dianne Warren. I initially called about a property that was already rented, however Ms. Warren was very courteous and willingly sent me several options that matched my specifications. She went over and beyond and stayed abreast of all the details of my application, even coming out for a viewing on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Moreover, even with an HOA application i was able to move into my new place within 3 weeks. Thank you so much for all your help.
