To be completely honest I have always had a wonderful experience purchasing products from Be Music. Depending on the level of skill and knowledge of technical aspects of equipment I have always found instruments which have always been of great use and wonderful quality, in some cases a educational experience. The staff at Be Music is prompt and very friendly and they provide a decent selection of gear ranging from the before beginning novice to the highest level professional. If they do not have it they can get it and your wallet will thank you later. Even if you are testing gear I would recommend stopping by you may find yourself pleasantly surprised. Small Indy music stores are getting fewer and fewer. I prefer them to big box stores. This is a nice store with friendly and helpful people.

I m very glad to have found this place. After searching for locations closer to me and having no luck finding piano song books, I found Be Music. It s nice to have a place to go and browse rather than just buying songbooks online. The environment was friendly and welcoming. I found what I was looking for, and left overjoyed knowing I have many amazing songs I ll now be able to learn on piano. I would 100% recommend Be Music.

After wanting to for 20 years I finally decided to learn to play guitar. I came to B music for my first one and had a great experience. The guy I worked with didn't make me feel intimidated at all even though I literally didn't know anything about guitars. I don't feel like he just tried to get me to spend a lot of money either. I ended up with what seems like a great balance of quality and affordability for a beginner.

Later I brought them a second hand guitar I got off the internet to get it set up. The did that for less than I expected and it greatly improved the playability of the guitar.

They have helped me pick out capos and picks and with whatever advice I need.

Helpful staff who are happy to explain their different products behind the counter. As a novice musician, it can be intimidating to enter a specialty music store. I have never felt like an inconvenience to staff or spoken down to while having things explained to me. Parking is located behind the store and is a little tight, but there are always spaces for your car.

Wonderful home town old fashioned music shop. So glad we still have it!

Been going here for Years since 1989, & Brian has always been helpful & answered Questions. Rutland is a small city so one can't expect to see 1000 Guitars there. they have all kinds of stuff like Sheet music, straps, stings & Keyboards

This is the first store I come to when looking to purchase anything musical, I've bought multiple keyboards, a drumset, and a guitar from them, and they all perform great. Even if they don't have whatever you want in stock, they can order what you are looking to get for a great price.The owner and staff are always very knowledgeable on the products they carry, and they can inform and help you with the products you are buying.

I brought my precious Ibanez Jem 7RB for a routine periodic setup, and they did an excellent job. Got the action wicked low with no buzz. Stays in tune great. Plays as great as ever.
