I would give it no stars if I could. The chicken was slimy and spicy how you screw up shredded chicken I ll never know. And now they ve taken hog wings off the menu. Such a shame, a good restaurant has started to go commercial. I m not cooking ramen noodles at home since I had to throw dinner from the bbq exchange away.

Pretty damn good, a little pricey but it's the best bbq you can find in the charlottesville area, a little small on the inside but its simple, no fancy stuff , just really good bbq, only drawback is that parking is a pain in the ass,

Everything you would expect a great BBQ diner to be. They offer a more than adequate selection of meats, interesting sides and tasty varieties of sauces. Tip: Try the fried pickles! You will be glad you did.

Simply delicious. The pulled pork is amazing. All the sauces are great but the QX Sweet was my favorite. I had mac n cheese and collard greens for my sides. Enjoyed both. Don't be intimidated by the line. It goes fast.

Pulled pork is really good, taken home & reheat in oven brings flavor out. Pork Ribs are fairly good, just to tough. My surprise favorite is the Homemade Potato salad!?! Best in years! BBQ Baked Beans Next best, Collard greens, like Mom makes...then Green beans(braised in tomatoes) really good. This year Pork Belly was better than their Brisket, which is fairly good. Now their BBQ sauces, My wife loves the Virginia Sweet . I like the Hogs Breath . Carolina Colonel is vinegar based. Still a MUST have whenever in the vicinity!
