I could not possibly rate this imaging center and the fantastic group- From the incredible office staff to the fantastic board-certified radiologists. They truly are the best in the business. I have been in medicine for over 12 years as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner myself at St. Joseph s. I have worked alongside and with several imaging centers and nothing beats this institution. The personal attention provided to your care and the expedited process of getting imaged appropriately & thoroughly is unparalleled in our community. Every team member is super kind & helpful, making you feel like family and in the very best hands! I had the smoothest process from the time of scheduling to the turn around time for read, not to mention the rare personal attention provided by these radiologist to discuss results. They care! In the future I will only utilize this facility for myself, my family, and my patients! I strongly encourage every patient to choose this facility every time they need any modality of imaging! You will not be disappointed! I cannot speak highly enough about Angela, Dr. Cousin, Dr. Irving or the technologists! Look nowhere else! Thank you BayView for making an intimidating process so smooth and and efficient! You guys are the best!!!

This business has a terrible policy where they treat their paying customers, the clients that chose them out of all the numerous places around town to get an MRI, as second class. Even though you are the paying customer and give them your money to perform a service, they refuse to provide you with a copy of your report and medical records until 10 days after they send it to your physician. The physician didn t select them, the doctor didn t pay them, you pay them and they refuse to give you the information you paid for until 10-12 days have passed. I will never use this place again as they are clearly more interested in scratching the backs of the doctors than they are in providing quality service to their patient/paying customer. The employees are friendly and the MRI tech was very good, but their customer service is an insulting joke.

I've been coming here for years. Had my first CT scan here today. The Paulina, Elizabeth and Angela were AMAZING! They are all very sweet.

The experience I had here was amazing! Everybody was helpful. Dr. K is one of a kind. He makes you feel comfortable and explained the procedure well. His bed side manner is excellent.

I have had MRI exams at other facilites, but this facility will be my go to place from now on. They did an excellent job. The staff is fantastic.

Michelle S, Tammy, Stephanie, Angela and Dr K are amazing! They literally treat you as if you are part of their own family! If I could give more stars I would! A+++++ from the time I made appoint until I left their office!
