This business has a terrible policy where they treat their paying customers, the clients that chose them out of all the numerous places around town to get an MRI, as second class. Even though you are the paying customer and give them your money to perform a service, they refuse to provide you with a copy of your report and medical records until 10 days after they send it to your physician. The physician didn t select them, the doctor didn t pay them, you pay them and they refuse to give you the information you paid for until 10-12 days have passed. I will never use this place again as they are clearly more interested in scratching the backs of the doctors than they are in providing quality service to their patient/paying customer. The employees are friendly and the MRI tech was very good, but their customer service is an insulting joke.
