My Kids Clinic Review

If There was NO Stars I wouldnt Have gave ONE THIS OFFICE IS SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE, MY children had appointmnets Last Friday at @2pm we Arrived at 2:07 got inside about 2:09/2:10pm and before anyone could even Say Hello To Us they Looked at the Time and "stated we would have to reschedule your children because there appoinment was at 2pm , i was LIVIDDDDDDDDDDDDDD, as i took off work, pulled my kids out of school and fought traffic to get there , HOW DARE Them i than asked where did the sign display there is NO Grace period or that after 10 minutes your an automatice reschedule, the Staff member begin to Match MY tone of my voice going back in forth with me(the patient) VERY VERY RUDE and VERU MUCH INCONSIDERATE , there was NO ONE waiting in the lobby, except myself and 2 small children, THE WAY THE STAFF MEMBER HANDLED ME AND MY CHILDREN WAS VERYYY UNCOMFORTABLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY VERY VERY INCONSIDERATE SHOWED NO COMPASSION < AND THE WQAY SHE WENT ARGUED BACK AT ME I WOULD NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR TAKE MY KIDS TO MYKIDS CLINIC EVER AGAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN, and you SHOULDNT EITHER!

Not recommended. Since Dr Patel left this practice has went down hill! They could care less about their patients. I drive an hour for my kids to come here and because I was late they stayed they do not give a grace period on physicals. I should have left a long time ago but tried to justify everything they did. Unprofessional, not personable. Find somewhere else to take your kids, anywhere but here!

The worst the doctor who attends is very unpleasant, the place is very ugly .. I do not recommend it at all

The wait sometimes is really long 1/12 to 2 hours before you see the doctor even with early in the am appoiments ,that can be super inconvenient with a sick child, the staff is friendly and they do try their very best.

I have a 9 or old on the autism spectrum who also has ocd and adhd. I simply needed a neurology referral. When spoke to the doctor about it and why she had the nerve to look at my son and ask if he was mentally retarted. He is high fuctioning autistic. Not to mention how my other two children were treated. Never again will they go to this place one time alone was more than enough.

Absolutely Loveeeeee This Clinic. Never Had An Issue With Staff. Wait Times May Be A Bit Long Sometimes But I Always Was In And Out. Never Had A Problem With Anyone There. Being Taking Care Of My Nieces And Nephews For Yearsss

Been coming here sense my daughter birth, 2012 and never really cared for this practice. The doctor comes in for less then 5 mins (well most docs do ) but with no joy about her profession, its always a DRY experience for my daughter every visit. No toys and LONGGGGGGGG waits to see the doctor and even longer wait in the rooms. Just had my son Sept 26th and added him to my insurance and they stated wouldn't see my child until the system reflects he has insurance which could take days (needed to see doc within 48 hours of hospital release), claiming they wouldn't get paid if they seen him with out the ID # in which they could bill the insurance after, so thats BS and told me if it doesn't show up by my appt I would need to reschedule. This was the straw that broke the camels back, I was happy to finally have motive to find a new pediatrician in my area that said they understand and it wouldn't be a problem, and made my appointment for next day & will take a transfer for my oldest to be seen !

My child been going to this place for four years now and i should have been left them alone time ago whoever pick up the phone. For front desk is rude and they give u run around plus the wait time is to long it takes the doctor forever to come to the exam room

This is an extremely terrible pediatric center. The wait times are worse than long it's like the doctor is taking a 30 minute break after each patient. It takes two hours for the doctor to see three patients. Do not go here it's a terrible doctors office and is filthy inside as well.

I been with this clinic for over 20 years. Since Dr.patel left the staff is unprofessional, rude and make notations on your file that is incorrect. I have for 20 year plus kept always communication and all my medical records for my kids. After requesting an urgent document to be email or faxed I was told there a charge for documents that were Never provided to me. The administration staff has treated there loyal clients very poorly. I no longer recommend this place.loosing 4 patients is okay said the staff member.
