It also fails to live up to its own undertakings.
They are giving the current State Labor Government a very bad name and this will cost votes sooner or later.
They also show little or no respect for a case under review by the State Ombudsman which is inexcusable and should be challenged by the powers that be...
Government needs to review any Contracts with this operator in the future.
They are not really even entitled to 1 star and are poor performers in my view as a victim of their treatment.
