I had asbestos tested and abated from my newly purchased historic row home by the Baxter Group. The service, communication, and quality of work was fantastic! Everyone I worked with from testing, scheduling, removal, and payment was very easy to work with and informative. I would definitely recommend this company. I contacted Baxter Group, Inc. to inquire about a potential mold issue I was having in my residence. I was contacted back the same day. Baxter Group, Inc. sent a project manager to my house the very next day. The project manager was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem and also provided recommended solutions. I was provided with a quote the same day as the visit. I agreed to the quote and the work was completed the following week. Baxter Group exceeded my expectations on timeliness, cleanliness, communication and overall job satisfaction. I would certainly recommend the Baxter Group if you are having any issues with mold and/or air quality.

We bought an old house that needed a lot of work and Baxter Group did a phenomenal job so that it actually looks like a new house when you walk through the front door! What the house looked like before is a distant memory.

Many thanks to Craig who turned our Wish List into a reality. :) It was such peace of mind to have someone that we could trust to do the work and manage the many aspects of the renovation, especially as we were not there on-site, currently living out-of-state. From designing a whole new layout by creating additional living space, to picking out fixtures Craig made excellent decisions on our behalf. He truly worked on our home as if it were his own as evidenced by the thoroughness and quality of his workmanship.

All that Baxter Group did to make our home safe with the asbestos abatement is certainly appreciated as well. I have had Baxter Group called in to come and work on a client's building when they found existing asbestos after purchasing. We had to take care of it immediately and the overall process was better than I could have ever imagined.

From the initial point of contact, to scheduling the estimate, on site the professional field staff explaining & educating us on the process and procedures of the work that would be done AND what the outcome would be was so thorough. They are very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and questions and worked as quickly as possible to get the job done efficiently.

This stuff is scary to navigate (especially in commercial buildings) and I'm forever grateful that the staff were able to handle it all for us. I loved the food and the people that work their are very friendly.

This company is great. Why care about living a healthy lifestyle if you are breathing unhealthy air in places like your own home, work, school, everyday. The nice workers come to your house and test your air levels to find what invisible to the eye contaminants are flying around in the air. Things like mold in the air can really make you sick. It is best to give these guys a call and to let a professional come out and do a test.

The final Baxter Group employee just left our house, the electrician, and I believe that means all the work here is done, and our house is now 100% back to "normal." I just wanted to thank the Baxter Group for the work you've done to restore our home! You've all been extremely professional, courteous, and frankly.... EASY to work with! You've made a difficult situation substantially LESS stressful! We appreciate all of you so very much and we just want to commend all of you for the OUTSTANDING work you do! We'll recommend your company in the future, and while I hope we don't need your services - if we do, there will be no one else to consider!

I can highly recommend Baxter Group. Their work is top notch and the employees do everything they can to get the job done to your satisfaction. My first experience was when my church used them to check out our facility for asbestos and other contaminants. We were getting ready to install a new air conditioning system in our meeting hall. They sent in a team to test for mold and asbestos. After an intensive visual inspection of the facility they set up they testing equipment and left it to monitor the air quality. After all the results were in they presented us with detailed results of the findings with suggestions on how to remedy any problems that were found. The crew they sent to do the asbestos remediation made sure we knew what areas they would be working in and what they intended to do. They worked efficiently and completed the job without any disruption or delay.

After my wife and I were both very sick recently I suspected that there may be a problem with mold or allergens in the air in our home. Jocelyne came and visually inspected our home from the basement to the attic and even in the garages. After not finding anything visibly wrong she set up the air quality sensor. After 24 hours in our family room it was moved to our bedroom. Fortunately all the reading came back okay. She did suggest we put an air purifier in our bedroom. It has carpet and we have two cats which tend to shed quite a bit at times. She loaned us a brand new unit to try out and see if it helped any. I must admit that after two weeks I was not sure if it was making any difference. We had some friends coming to visit who are allergic to cats so two days before they were to arrive I moved the air purifier to he family room where we would be entertaining them. The next day when I entered the bedroom I could tell the difference. The room now had kind of musty smell. During our friends visits no mention was made of any strange smells or problems in the family room.

Long story short if you have or suspect you have any air quality problems Jocelyne and the Baxter Group are the ones to call. Now they are also doing home remodeling and I am sure they are just as great at that.

Other professionals recommend Baxter Group. That's a great sign.
