Inaccurate information about the location. I spend around 5 hours scanning through Jalan 51a/223. At least you should have some signages leading to the office. Very disappointed.

poor service since merging with quantum what is happening ?? pap smear reporting already 1 weeks not ready yet normal blood test even after 10 days not ready, your staff working or just clocking in ??

Do remember it is not for personal blood test, must have doctor letter or recommend by hospital.

As a service provider , I think location of service is important. Just found out that labs located within hospital is only for hospital customers. It would help
if these locations are not stated in the website as they are not directly available for public. Or just put a note saying it is only available for hospital customers. Another point is if the call number is only for fax then don't state an option for calls. Thanks.
