I contacted Baxter Group, Inc. to inquire about a potential mold issue I was having in my residence. I was contacted back the same day. Baxter Group, Inc. sent a project manager to my house the very next day. The project manager was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem and also provided recommended solutions. I was provided with a quote the same day as the visit. I agreed to the quote and the work was completed the following week. Baxter Group exceeded my expectations on timeliness, cleanliness, communication and overall job satisfaction. I would certainly recommend the Baxter Group if you are having any issues with mold and/or air quality.
