Love this store. Are the pantry items a little pricey - yes, but the produce, meat and bakery sections make up for it! More than a few specialty items and standard brands for anything else you might need. Their hours are spectacular for a local supermarket, and the convenience can t be beat. They have an amazing garden center and hot food ready to go in a pinch. Staff is friendly and the place is clean with appealing food displays and higher quality produce/meat than you typically find at the chains. Hope every local resident supports this store and realizes how lucky we are to have it!

They have a great selection of prepared meals here, I also love there meat department, you can find some unique products that you can't find in other grocery stores in the grocery and freezer section, a little more pricy though

17.99 for Lysol wipes! When questioned the manager laughed and said "go ahead and report me because I can take a fine and you people will still pay whatever I charge for these". The people running this store are scumbags. Don't shop here.

A perfect family owned local (not a chain) grocery. Fresh produce, good snacks. A go to for my family for the past 5 years. Very happy! All they need is a fancy coffee shop with light lunch fare, and it will be PERFECT !

Battaglia's very quickly became my favourite grocery store after moving to Mississauga. Family-owned, with a focus on being a grocery store; not selling clothes or patio furniture alongside the produce.

The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Smaller than major grocers, resulting in maybe not as many salad dressings for example, but take the time to explore the aisles and you'll see unique products that you'll not likely find at any major grocer, which has been a motivator to try dishes I may not have thought to tackle otherwise.

A large variety of good tasting foods are prepared in-store. I'll only serve their mashed potatoes or stuffing at a dinner party; why do all that work when they receive rave reviews every time, leaving me to focus on preparing the proteins and sides. And check out their catering menu; I've ordered many of the items for various parties and have been pleased every time.

Our intent is to be in Mississauga for many years and I hope "B'tag's" keeps doing what they do for just as long.

Prices are on the higher side but I guess you can expect that for the area and conviemce of a local grocery store close to home. Store, staff and items available are all clean, fresh or on-point though!

Great store. Owners are very charitable with several events held throughout the year for Sick Kids. Excellent selection of meat and produce that's always fresh, and very reasonable prices for the quality.

Nice little family owned grocery store.

Nice little family owned grocery store.
I ve grown up to see this establishment go from an A&P, to a Metro, to a Battaglia s over the years.
It s nice to see they ve planted some solid roots. You ll find a garden centre seasonally, and some Italian food influences year round.
