JCPENNEY. I have mastered shopping their. Otherwise, same stuff at Burlington's at way lower prices.

While this mall has seen better years in regards to design, a comprehensive food court and an assortment of national stores, it's now where I go when I need something from no more than two of the stores. Being easily accessible to several train lines and the only mall in the borough are its main selling points, not the selection of stores.

Offers great deals and jobs for all to try and get on their feet. The stores are very welcoming.

Haven't been to this mall in 3 years it changed so much. There were pockets of empty spaces. Small mall but easy to get around where ever you need to go. I believe jc penny is still there. Overall not your average mall if your looking for high fashion brand.

There's really not a whole lot you can say about the mall. Everyone goes there but nothing particularly special. The selection is limited and there are plenty of stores around midtown that you don't often find a need to come here.

Decent prices in various clothing spots, but the queue at JC Penny's was insane. 2 people at the register, you would expect more at "Manhatten Mall".

It has an okay selection of shops with nice clothes. A few stores have good deals :)

Convenient location in Herald Sq. but the mall is dying out, more and more retailers are closing. Toys R' us is going out of business but the prices are only 10% off on most items. Also left is Mandee, Aeropostale, Express, JC Penney, Spring and a few other clothing stores.

JC Penny. Lots of stores. Public transportation below.

Hectic area and mall is just ok. Not many stores I frequent. Weird clientele.

Okay mall with subway access. This mall has changed over time and slowly closing down, one store at a time. Definitely a relic from the past!

Convenient place to shop by stepping out from Subway or NJ Subway.

It's big, it's pretty and clean. There are a lot of stores to browse, but nothing special. I would go here more often if there were benches or seating for customers, even a lounge area like most malls in the rest of the country have. A playplace for children would be amazing. It's a very unremarkable place, mostly cheap and tacky clothing that you can find in any other borough.

The is a medium size mall with select stores, shops, and food shops. It has 3 different levels. Elevators and escalators. Nothing outstanding but if you are in the area, it is a nice place to stop into. Air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Prices vary.

I only go to Karma. Stylish shoes and clothes for great prices.

It's located in Midtown, you can get ant train in and out.

Starting to fall apart. Shops closing left and right. Still miss walking around there though.

It has little variety of premises, there is no bench to sit on, and it looks sloppy

I was not a fan of New york n Co. Because the quality of their clothing. But they have upgraded to better quality and great new styles and I had a good customer service experience with the manager Olga at 33rd St. Mall N.Y. and now I'm a happy customer. Thank Olga for being so courtesy with me in solving my blouse issue.

I like coming here. Near other famous places like Macy's. J. C. Penny has excellent quality and sales. Sales associates are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful building, nice stores, great professional business setting.

Went here to JC Penny. They had a good selection of Disney clothes. Store was a little messy but it is Christmas time.
