i have been to much better malls. and what they're selling, it kinda is a blah place. it really has nothing that i haven't seen. the area it has is way too small and you are much better off going to Macy's and other stores around Manhattan, trust me.

This place will be really crowed all the time. It has many interesting brands that I never seem. The upper floor seem to be the quietest place because of some unpopular brands.

I was able to find almost everything I was looking for at the mall plus some of the stores had a buy one get one half off sale right up my aisle.
The mall is very normal, where many shops, but the shape of the secretary and even the corner of the sugar restaurants where the sweet clothing shop and the train station means if you go better
It was full but the prices were at the level of the Outlett Center in NewYeary, only that you can save yourself the bus ticket.
Lacks big stores but every store I visited had excellent customer service. Insider tip charge your cell phone for free inside the radio shack they have a charging station.

This place always has light foot traffic even though it's in Herald's Square. It's not high end but it has your typical mall stores plus some other stores that sell unique clothing.
Found jacket could not find anywhere else for days in a store called Top Gun .Staten Island or Brooklyn did not have it..They have stores also in Queens.

Clean facilities and in good condition, it is not very big but it has several stores, the main one is JC Penney. It is a nice place to shop.

Decent mall. The JC Penney in the basement is a little cramped for a department store but has a lot of stuff dispite it. The shops here have plenty of space otherwise.

No food court available. Washrooms are on second floor. Not enough decent stores inside anyway. Better off strolling outside door to door. Mall was pretty empty. Washrooms were somewhat unclean.

It's pretty good because New York & Company is there now, jcpenney is good but alot of times they are very crowded and their staff arent friendly or helpful.
Not the greatest mall. There's a Nordstrom Rack and some ok restaurants. The only reason I come here is for a movie (Rave) or Ben and Jerry's!
Parking is $2 and unvalidated. $2 isn't worth complaining about....but why???? Who do they think will try to park here without shopping at the mall
i love Manhattan mall, i don't particularly like that they took the food court out but i guess jcpenney needs all the space they can afford. :\

I have special attachment to this mall and the 33rd street.
The mall itself is very clean and has a variety of stores. With stores ranging from luxury high end brands to various retail stores that probably every other mall has.
The place has several varieties to choose from to buy what you want

Wow! This mall has everything that I wanted at very good quality and price. Honestly, the saleslady was very accommodating and helpful. She guides me well to the store that I wanted. Besides, the clothes and shoes that I bought were quite satisfying and nice. I greatly loved it. Next time, I will surely come back here. Thank you for the service!
This mall has evolved drastically over the years, pushing out retail and even a food court for those that remember, and becoming more of an office building. Manhattan Mall is not your traditional mall compared to the ones in the suburbs due to its small size and variety of stores. Due to its prime location in Midtown, it serves more as a meeting point rather than a destination to shop as there are plenty of other options in the area. However, a draw to the mall would probably be the only JC Penny location in Manhattan if you are looking for an alternative to the crowded Macy's nearby.

This mall should be ashamed, it isn't representing for New York City at all !!! They need to do something with it .Open it up somehow ! Make it bigger and add more stores or something.When tourist come to our city they may not know about Queens or Long Island and of their outstanding malls. It is bad enough that everything is cyber . If they'd consider the demographics not every women is a size 0, lets be realistic! Not every man wear a size 34. These owners should be considerate and add in normal size clothing or plus size. Plus , they need to put in telephone vendors you know Sprint, T-Mobil and so forth . Then on top of it all , they place these corny security guards in JC Penney's as though people want to steal from the low class store ... Oh please!
