I always go there to use the bathroom when O get off Path or use it before I ho back on Path but this time they had it shut down. Had to ho to JC Penny to use theirs and long lines. Stores are closing in the mall moving out of the mall.
Went for JC Penney store, which occupies entire basement floor. Not very many individual stores for a Mall
First, time in there cute little mall. Need to go back to shop this time.

Got a royal blue cardigan for my mom in law which i had a hard time finding around the area.
Very small, crowded mall. Men's restroom was in horrible shape. Stall locks were broken, doors bent and damaged, and just filthy in general. Staff seemed friendly though and the location is definitely convenient.
I always come here to go to the bathroom since it's hard to find a clean and public place in the city. Shop selection is pretty meh.
I was lucky to get days of discounts, especially at JCPenney, up to 70% in late spring

It is a medium-sized shopping mall that includes JC Penney. Centrally located on 34th street. In the immediate vicinity are Macy's and Penn Station and Madison Square Garden.
This mall isnt the same anymore. Overcrowded. Tourists gotta stop and look at every store. It stinks in there. The people who work in JC Pennys doesn't wanna help you at all.

There are a lot of stores within the mall, and you'll definitely come across some unique items. The pricing ranges from affordable to expensive, so there should be a bit of something for everyone.
I think it's a very, very nice shopping mall. Only when you start shopping here can you stop and the credit card glows.
I like this mall. There are a lot of options. It's small and there are a lot of other options around but it's not a bad place to stop by
It is one of the best malls in Manhattan. Hudson Yards looks so good.

This place has changed so much. I use to come here when they had a food court on the bottom of the mall but now it's all JCPenny. The shops are minimal and there is a starbucks express inside. It's convenient because if you need to do more shopping there are a ton of popular retail stores surrounding it.
Huge mall, there's a macaron shop on the ground floor.
Aside from a very good JC Penny there are no major retailers at this mall nor a food court. There is a small Starbucks. There are many mid sized and smaller retailers. The mall has direct access to the subway.
Clean. Can get crowded at times.
But, MM does not have much that interests me.

I decided to go shopping for this morning because I wanted to buy some nice clothes for my daughter s birthday. Little did I knew, this mall that I went in was pretty fantastic. The saleslady was amazing and hospitable to cater to my needs. When I already have the thing that I needed, I immediately run to the cashier, and they greeted me good morning so nicely. I was in so much gratefulness with their goodness and professionalism. I would come back again and again. Have a great day!
It's okay. There are only a couple of decent stores, like JC Penney and Express. The bathroom is a bit gross. You're better off going to the bathroom in JC Penney.
Come on. Manhattan, one of the greatest in the world but this is the namesake mall? Lol Real shopping is found in avenues but still. Wow!
Only go to Starbucks in here and they are nice and fast
everything was perfect! I loved how big and clean their mall was. Also, they had good qualities of clothes and other stuffs. I gues you can find everything you needed here. Highly recommended!

BUT there is a big Toys R us shop on the top floor
Most of the shops in the mall are for apparel so if that is what you want, this is the place for you. I like how it's connected to the subway so you can get to it without stepping foot outdoors.

I went to the shopping mall with my family and bought some groceries. Suddenly, I met an old friend of mine, and they really enjoyed shopping. Since it has a nice environment, a really tidy and clean location, I really like the mall. Go to this mall and enjoy it if you need a stress-free experience. Awesome place and a happy place to go.
Close to the Subway, which is a major plus for people trying to get here around Herald Square. There are only a few stores by it is convenience
Please, do not get upset, but I think this mall is boring, if I had to compare it to another one like Kings Plaza or Harlem Mall. A long time ago, there was a food court where JC Penney is now; even if you did not want to shop, you could eat. If you don t pay attention, you don t even notice the game store, Starbucks, etc... just boring. Some malls, you can spend an entire day, if you want, that one, not sure!!! There are some empty space upstairs, which look sad!!!
