Place to go shopping. He doesn't have as much clothes and as much choice as others.

It's not the most active mall. I go mostly for the store Karma which has nice shoes that are inexpensive and for Mandee's

Mall not too equipped but acceptable; dated and dirty bathrooms

Not a lot going on here, unless you're really into JC Penney. On the bright side, nice place to wait out the rain and bathrooms.

I was not a fan of New york n Co. Because the quality of their clothing. But they have upgraded to better quality and great new styles and I had a good customer service experience with the manager Olga at 33rd St. Mall N.Y. and now I'm a happy customer. Thank Olga for being so courtesy with me in solving my blouse issue.

Huge JC Penney, with only one cashier terminal with four, no three, no four again cashiers open at 3pm on the Friday leading to the Memorial day weekend. Have to do better than that...

A lot of things to see I have to leave if not I want to spend all my money

The Manhattan Mall, has some nice stores. Except, I cannot speak for JC Penneys. They are in such a mess! Don't look for short quick lines, unless you arrive when the store opens. They don't have price checking machines, like Kohls, and Targets. Any other store besides Penneys, is okay. Check out the Lids store, if your looking go head caps.

I mean, it's a mall. In Manhattan. What the hell are you doing here? Did you mean to go into the subway and just accidentally go through one set of doors too many? Shop literally anywhere else.

The stores there suck lol. Barely anyone is at the JCP right below it. It would be a banger if more stores wanted to sell there but nah. Only food they have there is Starbucks too, and there aren't any chairs to sit on.

This mall was absolutely dead. Three stores open. The others either empty or closed with no hours listed. I'd just avoid it unless you need the 10 minute walk.

You don't find bargains here but if you are looking for something specific then go here. I window shop here. I don't buy for the most part.

Your typical mall just inside the borders of one city block and building. Very accessible

From the director to all the sale team ! Everyone is so nice and warm :) I never had a bad experience from day 1 I shop here.

Its ok not a big variety compared to Garden City Mall, and The other in Brooklyn NY

This place is done..need a serious renovation..for it to be located in the middle of Manhattan you need better options...when you go to other states or even another borough..you get better options in they malls..I seriously hope they work on fixing this place up since its really convenient to get to

I've been in this mall several times and never, not once, purchased anything. I guess because of the area it is located in (tourist) everything is overpriced. The Jcpenney that's in the mall or used to be is always a hot mess and a lot of the merchandise appears to have been sitting in storage for several years. Unless I am in a pinch, I avoid it.

Nice range of shops but restroom facilities are a bit lacking.

This is a great place to go to with the family. It has a theme park feeling because the avenues are decorated for (seasonal) holidays.

The best is JC Penny ... Very cheap. There are more things but nothing to be missed. Toysrus was almost empty as it is being liquidated.

The directory was out of date and misleading. There was nowhere to sit, except the shoe department of JC Penny, where people were literally lining up to sit down. There aren't nearly enough bathroom stalls, all of which are filthy. There wasn't enough soap or toilet paper. Then there was the guy who came in with his bag full of bottles who waited in line behind me and then banged on my stall before I even sat down while the janitor was there doing who knows what.

I'm sure there are great stores, brands, etc., but I had my fill long before I was able to identify anything positive.

The shopping mall used to be bigger and nicer now it is not the same.

The only reason I go to this mall is because of the JCPenney

What a nice place! I never expected this shopping mall would be this interesting. They got my day wonderful and remarkable. All of the items are of good quality and at a very low cost. You can have a lot of choices here.

A terrific store to shop in,hooray for the old fashioned brick and mortar stores.

Not of my favorite Malls since I live in New Jersey where we have huge and beautiful Malls, but this one offers nice clothes stores and well known brands.

Clean. Easy to navigate. Convenient to transportation.

I go to jc Penny,they always offer discount, but in my opinion the store needs more life,it's like there are putting merchandise all over, they need better lighting, restrooms and get some brands
