The team at Basin Printing is the best. I do hundreds of projects with Basin every year. Vicki and Kara and the whole team are organized, professional and so fun to work with. I constantly price them out compared to large vendors (Vistaprint, Fedex, etc) and they are always competitive.

I'd had good experiences getting the quality print jobs we need, and working with the nice design staff. I have to say, though, every single time I come in to pay and pick up the print job, I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. The checkout staff is not friendly and doesn't seem to appreciate our business. For all the print jobs we've done there, I've never gotten a "How are you today?" or "Thank you for your business."
We turn jobs around fast. I mean fast. Road Runner has to stop and try to contemplate what just passed him. You shoot us a file and we will deliver you some amazing print. Simple, really.
As a small business owner the last thing you want to do is fight with online portals and 1-800 numbers when you just need anything done right and quickly. That's why having a locally owned and operated print shop is so important! They handle posters, flyers, door hangers and our direct mail campaigns all while providing top notch service.
