If you don't waste your money do not go with them.
they promise you 'cancel any time without charges' but they don't cancel. charging and charging.
I sent 10 emails to cancel.
I tried to reach by phone.
I also tried to reach Global Payments which help on stealing money.
They did not help so far.
If you don't want a headache don't go with them.

Processing fees were higher than represented when I signed on. They are now witholding a $4000.00 deposit to my bank account when my customer states the fees were charged to his card. Card was present and the sale was approved. They wont call me back.

Business owners, before you choose a processor please do some research and choose the top rating company. I did it, and avoided many mistakes. The lady from Ameribanc national called me today and asked me to sign up today with application fee $99. I said square does not have application fee, she said they only charge 1% processing fee, better than square. I thought really? I need to check out your rating online first. She pushed me saying your husband asked me to call you telling you you have to do it today. I thought really? why you want it so bad to sign up today? You can't stand a little bit consideration and research? I thought she was lying and I refused to sign up right away. Then I checked out their reviews, googled their name and reviews and these horrible comments came out. It is always wise to google the reviews before you get a service or a partnership with a company.

In an industry as tough as this one is, it is nice...

In an industry as tough as this one is, it is nice to know that there is a company out there that does the right thing and is fair. Not only with their merchants by educating them and offering a great program with free equipment and no contracts but with their employees as well.

Dan and Chris consistently go over and beyond for their employees. Whether it is one on one coaching to help you grow as an individual and become more successful or providing toys during Christmas time for the children of the families that work for their company.

I only gave Ameribanc one star because you HAVE to give them something in order to post the review!

What do you have to do to get off of Ameribanc's call list??
We have been called, CONSERVATIVELY, 10 times this Fall. Each time, I have said that we are not interested in their Merchant Processing service and each time I have requested to be removed from their call list.
Just now, I received ANOTHER call and after stating emphatically that we want to be removed from their list AND after asking to speak to someone in authority, CARNEAL DAVIS, the telemarketer of the day, decided that his best course was to go ahead and try to sell me his service!! AHHHHHHHH!!!

I don't even want to give them any stars. ZERO rating. Ameribanc has totally misrepresented the fees and charges and not followed through on promises of sign on bonus. Now after numerous phone calls and emails - no response or return phone calls. Actually caught representative in out and out lies - This is a horrible company - do not do business with them. They swear they have the lowest rates but with all the hidden charges, my fees were 21% of my sales. And I cannot get any response for them to make it right. Check their reviews - horrible company. I am not a sue happy person but think someone should do something about their misrepresentation and lies.

This is a rude company. They called me from a loud call center and when I said not interested and do not call the guy said he would call back and hung up on me. I called back and of course you cannot speak to someone. I would avoid these people since they obviously are loud, rude, and will hang up on you.

As a business owner, you deal with a lot of proces...

As a business owner, you deal with a lot of processors, but at least these guys were honest, up front and do not have a termination fee. That means I can process and never have to feel tied down. Also means if they raise their rates, I can leave. So far, they have not and do a great job at responding to concerns, too. I would recommend.

The company has been a nightmare to deal with. Blatant fraud stealing money from my fathers account after returning the terminal equipment. Month after month they send letters saying to return the item, but when I call they say it shows returned. Yet they not only charge my account for months on end, when I ask the manager why do I have to call every month and fix your problem. That, on top of constant over charging in fees, always calling to reverse "their mistake". There is no mistake. THE COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

Signed up with ameribanc over a month ago. It seemed like a great deal. They offered no contract which was nice, then they offered me free equipment which the salesman told me ran on wifi. They offered me a text marketing program that I was originally told would be to market to my existing customers and that the software had a list and would text new customers for me. The rates looked good and they offered next day funding. So I got set up with them. I recieved my equipment after 5 days when the sales rep said it was be overnighted to me. The equipment was not wifi capable like I was told it was only able to run on Ethernet. My shops router is in a completely separate room so I needed to run a pretty long Ethernet cable across my building.(they do offer wireless for an additional fee) This text marketing software I was sold was not as advertised. It does not text people that are currently not customers to acquire new customers like the rep had told me and the system for the texting was down for the first few weeks so I didn't even have access to the software. I spoke with a woman in the corporate office and expressed my concerns about the sales rep being dishonest and she lowered my rates and knocked off some other miscellaneous fees which was nice and told me if I had any other issues to let her know. I noticed that the funds were not coming next day. It was 2 days so I would not receive thur-sat funds until Tuesday. This was yet another thing that I was lied to about. When I contacted corporate they told me I was not approved for next day funding. I have been in business several years and have not debts /collections and have had the same processor until switching now. I now still have not even used them for an entire month with all these issues. The texting software also can't sign anyone with Verizon up to the text club because Verizon has that short code blocked so about half my customers can't even get the coupons i started sending. I still haven't received my first statement yet so I'm curious to see what the "actual" charges end up being. I only gave this company 2 stars instead of 1 star because the woman Kelly at the corporate office was actually very helpful and did what she could to make things right for me. I'll be cancelling them after my next billing cycle.

Do not use this company. They stole $575 from me when I canceled there service. Will not ship box to return there terminal (but insist they have) so I got adress from coustmer service, paid shipping to have package returned. Call yet again, they tell me "we are shipping return box FedEx" just like the four times before! Incompant or thiefs, ether way do not use them!

The truth is that it is a very fraudulent company! I kept the account with them for 10 months and in the last 3 months I did not continue to make payment transactions, however they continued to charge me monthly fees (I only had the most basic equipment that is being the payment jack, which you enter in your telephone aux) And apart from that they never let you see the account statements. I hope you are not disappointed as me.

Never ever do business with this company. I have been trying to cancel my credit card processing with them for OVER a month. All I get is the run around. Everyday we talk to a new person and they promise to call back and don't. I have never done business with a more unprofessional and shady company in my 20 years of business

COST ME 2,670.85 DOLLARS FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY THEY LIE AND THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR ANYONE BUT THEM SELVES AND THIS IS WHY. WE PARTNERED WITH AMERIBANC TO BE OUR MERCHANT SERVICES EVERYTHING WAS GOING FINE TILL ONE FRIDAY A CUSTOMER PAID HIS BILL FOR REPAIRS WE DID TO HIS DAUGHTERS CAR. ON MONDAY THE NEXT WEEK WE GOT A PHONE CALL FROM A GENTLEMAN ASKING ABOUT THE CHARGE FOR $559.13 TO HIS CREDIT CARD AND INFORMED US THAT HIS CARD HAD BEEN STOLEN AND THAT HE WAS PUTTING IN A FRAUDULENT CLAIM ON THAT CHARGE. WITH THIS BEING THE FIRST TIME WE HAD EVER DEALT WITH A FRAUD CASE WE WERE CONCERNED AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED AMERIBANC TO ASK QUESTIONS ON WHAT WE NEED TO DO ALSO TO INFORM OUR PARTNER IN BUSINESS THAT WE HAD RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM A STOLEN CREDIT CARD. AFTER TALKING WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE FOR AMERIBANC WE FELT RELIEVED THAT WE HAD PROTECTION FOR THINGS LIKE THIS AND THAT AMERIBANC COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT TILL THE CLAIM WAS FILLED BY THE CARD HOLDER BUT THAT WE SHOULD KEEP THE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE IF AND WHEN IT IS KNOWN FRAUD THAT THEY WOULD WITHDRAW THE MONEY OUT AND RETURN IT AFTER WE PROVED IT WAS NOT US THAT COMMITTED FRAUD. WE ALSO MADE A POLICE REPORT TO PROTECT US THE CARDHOLDER AND AMERIBANC. AFTER ABOUT A MONTH THE CLAIM WAS FILLED AND ON 10/17/2017 AROUND 12:00 PM THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT AS EXPECTED. AROUND 5:30 PM WE GOT AN E-MAIL FROM AMERIBANC TELLING US THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE OUR MERCHANT SERVICES BECAUSE OF THIS CHARGE BACK AND THAT ANY MONEY THAT WAS NOT PROCESSED THEY WOULD HOLD FOR 180 DAYS BECAUSE A CREDIT CARD HOLDER HAS 180 DAYS TO DISPUTE A CHARGE. THAT SAME DAY WE BATCHED OUT $2111.72 IN CHARGES $2000.00 OF THAT WAS FROM A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER WHO OFFERED TO PROVE TO THEM THAT HE WAS THE RIGHT FULL OWNER OF THE CARD BUT AMERIBANC REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP REMEDY THIS AND WE HAD TO BITE THE BULLET. LEFT WITH NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO WAIT THE 180 DAYS AND THAT THE 559.13 THERE WAS NOTHING WE COULD DO ABOUT THAT BECAUSE THE PROTECTION FOR FRAUD WAS TERMINATED WITH THE CONTRACT. AFTER WAITING THE 180 DAYS AND HEARING NOTHING FROM THEM WE CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT EVEN THOUGH THE CHARGES FOR THE 2111.72 WAS PROCESSED ON 10/17/2017 BY US THEY HAD NOT PROCESSED IT TILL 11/03/2017 SO WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER TILL 5/01/2018. READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!!! This company cost my business nearly $250.00 and we were not able to use the machine one time to process a transaction. My salesman wouldn't return calls. Customer service was of little help. After 5 months of being charged fees and told it would all be straightened out when I received a working machine, I officially closed my account with them and didn't receive anything for being falsely charged. They'll never have my business. I don't even shop places that use their services. Their loss, my knowledge.

Fraudulent company complete rip off and all the promises just that none of them are real it is all lies and deceit. Once they have your bank account access they pretty much just make up fees to charge you. I was charged fees on top of fees even after the account was closed and they refused to refund any of them.

This is a horrible place to work.. Seriously the worse place ive ever worked at.. They lie to you yell at you and customers.. WHAT they dont tell you is come friday if numbers havent been hit THEY will hold your check.. I dont know why the labor board hasnt shut them down.. I was told when i called in they have over 50 complaints and are bein looked into .. AND if youre looking to advance the lazy comfortable people above you will shut you down cuz they know they suck.. cheryl was constantly eating and shopping online AND very scared of anyone beneath her with any real management or skills. IT is the sickest most dsyfunctional environment ive ever been in.. Although im not a felon they brag on hiring exfelons..Guess why they do that ?? THose folks need a job so they bring them in and treat them like crap.. I saw it over and over..Dont fall for it.

I have been with ABN going on 3 yrs now. After working at another company in the industry that always found a way not to pay you and put out a bonus and you never receive because there were always excuses. I find it refreshing that here ABN they try and find every which way for you to make as much money as you can. that is very refreshing to experience. The owners are very fair to every single person in the company. It's just really the best place to be and for that i'm very happy and my daughters are as well. They have seen the difference in me and what I am able to do now. You can even take a paid vacation without the worries that you won't get paid:) Ameribanc, thank you for letting me part of your family. I love you all

I been dealing with credit card companies for over 15 years, I must say that AmeriBanc National is far the best out here. Month to month service no contracts, great customer services and the reps does a great job presenting their services. I highly recommend this company for your merchant needs.

UNDER NO CIRCUM STANCES SHOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! There's so much to say I don't know where to start. They opened two accounts in our name, Jill Heimerle, did not bother to look into our business name and opened a whole new account to get us the correct card reader when all she had to do was take the old one back and send us the correct one. Instead, so she would make commission, she opened us a new account. Furthermore, they had our email wrong on the first account so I never got a bill, but was sent to collections anyways. I had to pay $124.00 just to get out of collections and have the first account closed. Jill also lied to use about the amount of fees we would be charged and unfortunately for us we took her at her word. There's more but I don't want you to get board reading this. In conclusion, absolutely do not do business with this bank unless you read the contract and know what you are signing up for, we were promised much and received little. Furthermore, no one was willing to help us in customer service try and resolve our issues.

As a long time Merchant Consultant, I have worked with several processors, and ABN actually cares about their agents and their merchants. In an industry so competitive and cut-throat, they seem to raise above. The Sales Managers are constantly training us and their boss, the VP, is engaged in helping the consultants, too. It is a tough industry, but a very rewarding one to work in if you are aligned with the right company. If you are a merchant, believe it or not, they actually do what they say they will do, which makes me happy to write this.

Total fraud committed on my merchant application and they won't do anything about it!!! Not my writing, nor is it my signature, but I am responsible for all of the payments that I did not sign up for. Was not
to include any of the frivolous extras, but only payment jack with no monthly payment. Rep took and rewrote and signed my name!!! AND THEY CAN'T REIMBURSE ME ANYTHING!! Do NOT use them!!!
