I'd had good experiences getting the quality print jobs we need, and working with the nice design staff. I have to say, though, every single time I come in to pay and pick up the print job, I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. The checkout staff is not friendly and doesn't seem to appreciate our business. For all the print jobs we've done there, I've never gotten a "How are you today?" or "Thank you for your business."
