I Have had Barry s pizza in the past at it was amazing! The last few times I was not pleased. The crust was hard as a rock, I asked for crumbled sausage and not chunks big chunks, I call about it The man explains that they said what I ordered was big chunks apparently the girl that took my order didn t know which was crumbled or chunks. the man on the phone spoke to me like I was stupid. Not to mention the cheese wasn t even hot! Sorry but I ll go to jacks after this!

Very impressed and satisfied with my first time ordering here. Had it before many times when guys at a former job would always order. Food was fresh , hot and tasted great !

First time in the neighborhood, and I love trying new places to eat! I ordered the chicken wings, and they were superb!! Clean environment, and friendly staff...

Barry's is a regular pickup for our office for lunch. They enthusiastically support the military. we have fed many hungry soldiers in our office with their excellent food whether it was wings, pizza or sandwiches. Barry's is a classic example of a hidden gem. Don't be deceived by the look of the place, I observed their cooking area and all tables and preparation areas are clean and all ingredients are stored in clean containers. Can't say enough about this patriotic, customer service oriented small business.

Definitly not home made pizza, if thats what your looking for. Frozen, pre-made crust and everything is just thrown together nicely. Service was nice and food was fast. Definitly not a 4 star joint.

This place is a joke I ordered pizza from here for years but this will be the last time definitely they sent me a pizza the crust was so burnt my pitbull only ate one piece when I called they wanted the entire pizza back or they refuse to replace it but my kids had already ate half of it before I "tried" to eat any very disappointed I've gotten better pizza from gas stations....

there is not enough stars on here i give barrys 10 stars me and my husband have went to barrys for yrs we even travel accross town just for there food i lived in franklin,indiana at one point and drove to barrys every weekend they have great food the owner is a sweet heart and helps many people the give great service and to all those who say it does not get at least 5 stars because they dont make there dough news flash noone but noble romans makes there own dough.all these chain stores like papajohns,pizzahut, ant many others buy frozen dough. i have have recommended barrys to many people and i will keep telling people to go here as its better than and fast food joint in indy or and pizza/samwich shop exspecially there samwiches

First time getting pizza from Barry's. Didn't know what to expect. We eat a fair amount of pizza and we are a bit picky. Barry's nailed it. Excellent crust, a bit of crisp but not burnt and a little sweetness to it. They don't skimp on sauce, not drowning but more than a teaspoon for a large pizza. Absolutely no complaints. A very well constructed and cooked pizza at a very fair price. Glad they've got the new location on Madison they will definitely be our pizza go to.

Updating my review, simply because Barry's is the hands-down best of the best. We have lived in this neighborhood for 5 years now, and order from here probably once a week. Never once has Barry's failed to give us exactly what we want, lightning fast, and at a reasonable price. I can't think of a single restaurant establishment that has that kind of track record. I'm about to order some right now, in fact.
I hope this place is around for another 100 years. Our family gives Barry's 12 enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Barry's is everything a pizza place should be. The people are super friendly and care about what they're doing, the pizza is delicious and always made perfect, delivery service is lightning fast and usually catches us by surprise, and the prices are more than fair. My family loves Barry's pizza. The sauce has a sweetness to it that makes it hard to stop eating. I don't even bother ordering from anywhere else anymore. Barry's is the embodiment of a great small business. Chain stores don't hold a candle to it. I've never once had less-than-outstanding pizza from them, never once felt overcharged, and never once have they taken a long time to get it here. If you want great pizza, and you want it quick and cheap, you can't go wrong with Barry's.

Amazing pizza hands down. Customer service is horrible. They act like your inconveniencing them when you call. The wings we ordered were microwaved and smelled like they were freezer burned. I literally threw 30 wings away that night!

I have never had a bad Pizza from Barry's, and I've had a lot of them. If you order extra cheese you get extra cheese, ingredients are always good and fresh .I don't know what it is but this Pizza always tastes great. Other items on the menu I cannot speak for because I have not tried them

Love trying new pizza but this place is 2.5 miles away from my house and they won't even deliver!!! Horrible!!!

Half price pizzas on the weekends..... Gotta let them know that you know about it or they wont honor it.... Stuffed mountain high pizzas. .... Awesome

My meatball sub was good and hot, but the chz that comes with the breadsticks was bland and cold and they forgot to give me my can of pepsi. #sooothirsty

I order pizzas from Barry's every once in awhile. I usually have them delivered, one day I decided to pick it up myself and I have to say that their store is dirty, badly in need of a remodel and/or repair, and they leave Mouse traps on the floor out in plain sight.

Was visiting from out of town i called 45min before closure and they were two girls that were working on may 13th . The girl that was taking the order over the phone was very rude and she had bad tone and attitude. The food is good but the staff need to be trained better to provide a good customer service . Thats not the image i expected from the people Indianapolis. Cheers from Canada .

Great customer service and our pizza was nice and hot

Came home from work to open my chicken wings only to bite into one and have a staple be embedded inside my chicken wings. The chicken wings tasted like they were microwaved and freezer burnt and had slim to no sauce. I called to complain and the lady continuously hung up on me which is very very rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant for any of my family or friends!!!

Loved it... Couldn't even find a place to deliver and stumbled upon this gem. I'd give 10 if possible.

I was excited about a new pizza place opening on the south side. At first the food was really good but the last time I ordered a pizza it was terrible. Hardly no toppings crust was very hard and couldn't chew. I called and asked if they had a new person making pizza, they said no. I let them know that the pizza I got this time looked like it came from a totally different place. The response I got was "sorry".

I love BARRY S!!! Grew up on it. The food is ALWAYS great!!! Tonight WE wanna give a HUGE thank you to Amy. Your customer service is amazing and is very appreciated. She s a keeper.

So called Jem. I'm out of town with 40+ people wanted to find a great place to get pizza while we are here for 6 months. Barry's pizza is quoated 3.1 miles away. I called and asked if they delivered. They lady was very rude said she wouldn't deliver. (I'm at a high scale hotel) she hung up before I could ask to place a carry out order. Supposed Local service was nothing like the South...

I have a delivery about twice a week and i wish there would be leftovers but it's so good there never is anything left.

We were delivered the worst pizza my family has probably ever ordered. I had ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. When they brought the pizza it was lukewarm at best. There was hardly any pepperoni on it and the mushrooms were out of a can, and the crust was premade. We called the restaurant to be told our complaint didn t matter and that they put an equivalent amount of toppings and specifically said they put 40 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza. There was maybe 15 pieces or less for a 16 in pizza. Lousy customer service and a frozen pizza would make a much more enjoyable meal. Used to enjoy your guys food but it has gone downhill!

I literally order from there ALL the time. They are super fast with getting it done and delivered. Their pizza and breadsticks are our go to. They are amazing. Fair priced for the quality and taste of the food. Will always come back to them over any other pizza place. Their sausage is like no other pizza place waiting on my order now

I walked in to pick up my pizza and worked at cockroaches all over the wall then I walked out of the place made me sick to my stomach what kind of City let's go place like this stay

Same ol' faces. Same ol' taste, cant be beat! Have ordered for years, even though i drive across town it is worth every bit! One of the few places that still have anchovies. They even offer to warm them up for you. Feels like home away from home. 10 stars if i could! Thank you Barry much!

Just discovered Barry's Pizza 5 months ago and it is great!! Barry is a good guy and his staff are good friendly people. Just remember when you see the old building, he isn't in the high rent district. His food is great and his prices are more than fair!!! An old but clean place with pizza that takes me back to how it used to be made and by a guy " THAT STILL CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS"

OMG!!! IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA!!! They were really patient with me and i know i was probably a really annoying 9 month pregnant woman that was very impatient!! but they delivered to me in 20 minutes the taste blew me away!!! i love their pizza and i will be a regular from now on SCREW PIZZA HUT!!!

Giving it four stars, only because the kids felt it was over sauced. From a grown up perspective I think it might be a good idea to order it w/ light sauce.

My personal review is a most awesome pizza shoppe offering a grand opportunity for oversized pizza pie at a humane price! :)

Its a traditional pie, w/ a sweet Sicilian sauce, light cheese, sprinkled w/ oregano (or other spices).

Delivery driver was kind, as was the person who took my order. - You couldn't ask for nicer people or purchase!

Order on ticket matched what we got. However, it was different from what we actually ordered. Called back just to let them know and was put on hold for 15 min. So, I hung up. Pizza was OK at best.

Their pizza is 8 out of 10, and their employees are great!

Their pizza is amazing, unique and delicious! I have yet to go to a place with comparable taste. Although this is just a hole in the wall pizza joint, it produces some great pizza. My company, Tony's Trailer Service, Inc., is located just down the street from them and order from them at least once a month and we all love it. You get A LOT for your money. They load up on meat and veggie toppings. I've never had a complaint and I don't think I ever will...

Today is the first time we have tried Barry s, the pizza was fantastic, the staff was kind with speedy delivery. Let s just say my Gf and I have found our new fav little pizza place

I only giving 3 stars because the pizza was good, but my experience on a Saturday evening is you better check your to go order before you leave, I live on the other side of town, after my wait I just took my food and left. The 5 toppings were only 2, not sure what happened to my wings and breadsticks. They were busy on the phone etc, I understand why they do remakes now. I just think they need to try and get it right before they send it out

Wouldn't deliver to west st in Indianapolis because the driver refuses. "The roads are bad" im 1.5 miles from yall, seriously? Just lost a customer.

Can't beat Barry's love the pizza and on weekends you get 50% off any size pizza if you pick it up!! Some really affordable in house specials, a good meal at a decent price

Known about it from work. A client gave us a couple pizzas from here. Went back with my mother and had a pizza as well because it was so good! I loved how everyone there was very polite and helpful. Not sure what the low reviews are about; frozen crust, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't. Found out that they had a variety on their menu, so that's good to know. I will definitely recommend it.

Consistantly good pizza at a better price, with better service. I now prefer Barry's Pizza. All the other options around here deliver undercooked spoiled messes consistently.
