My personal favorite Barnes & Noble location. The store has a lot to offer while managing to stay extremely organized in a large 4-story building. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I've attended several events featuring famous guests to promote their books, all of which were very pleasant experiences.
The layout is easy to follow, and I really enjoyed the staff picks section.
Great titles here. Gotta support them, they'll be gone by 2025
The place is huge! I would come here and leisurely browse through their great selection of graphic novels and magazines as a teen, and still as an adult now. I love they would host book signings on the top floor too.

Great place to escape into a book. It s very big and well stocked. I didn t give it 5 stars because the staff is rude and not very helpful. Otherwise it is great.

I love this place! Whenever I visit NYC I will spend at least two hours in the bookstore. They have a wonderful variety of books and paperworks. There is enough space to read and to rest. Since my own studies I've been a fan and will ever be!

On google it says 10am at the store there s a sign posted saying they open at 11am!! Please update your hours i wasted an hour commute! The website was also giving me an error message
Novel place to hang out even for a little bit. Lots of interesting items everything from books and magazines to audio to toys.
This Barnes and Noble is huge. I love going here even if it's jist to walk around though I almost always walk out with something. The selection is great!

Huge bookstore this B&N offers an enormous selection of books and miscellaneous items. Discount offered on many items - definitely recommend becoming a member. Their author events/book presentations are also very interesting and well organized. I will definitely be buying more books to attend such events. A big thumbs up to their staff and security personnel for coordinating those events. Set time aside to roam the entire store

This is a wonderful branch of Barnes & Noble. They have 4 floors of wonderful books.
A very interesting book store. People seem to pick books up and get a coffee and read them. But books are very expensive. Bug range over many floors. Starbucks too. Almost as much of a meeting place as a book store.
This is a great Barnes & Nobles store! It seems bigger than other B&N locations. They also have Blind Date with a Book selection and books from Bowie reading club. There's a cafe on the third floor but it's always full.
The best library in the city, just need more Spanish books.

I always, always enjoy my visits to this book store. As soon as I walked in, I feel I am in Disneyland. Highly recommend it.
Biggest Barnes and Noble I've ever been to and yet it manages to be stay pretty organized. I always find cool, unexpected things I'm probably not supposed to buy, but I'm doing it anyway lol I love their children's section and my son (tween) loves their manga/anime section upstairs.

Lots of cards. I spent like 45 minutes trying to find a "goodbye" or "goodluck" card. I found 3 options and tell all sucked. It's pretty busy at this location, which is to be expected from all the people around Union Square Park. The line was pretty deep but went pretty fast. I was able to get a good gift ( journal, magnet, pens, and a small book) for $30 . I like it. I will come back to explore more of what they have to offer.
The staff was excellent very helpful. It was clean and well organized. I loved it, my four children, loved it.
I would have given it a 5 star but to spend $13 in a coffee shop and have no place to sit, awful.

I totally love coming here just for the smell of the fresh books everywhere. That's the main reason why I and many like me enjoy the feel of a good book, rather going digital. There's so much lost during the experiences reading digitally.

They could add nice siting places instead this tiny coffee place and the stage chairs upstairs. It's a really big store with no where to relax for a second.
