Hey Mr CEO . Please try to find a husband or at least a boyfriend for one of your phone operators who name is Kristen . She is super rude and has no idea what a good customer service suppose to be. She talks to a customer as he owes her a million dollars.
Just purchased product from different company. Will give another shot in 2-3 weeks . If same story - goodbye BaristaProShop
