Found to be quick and efficient service. Received my compensation in expected time frame and had nothing to do except log initial information and then provide details to receive the money.

I agree with most previous reviews. Joke of a company, Rude, inconsiderate and useless as lawyers. Any profession in which the people are rude shows they cant handle their jobs and have to resort to being rude.
Totally incompetent.
Also agree with a previous comment that they are just focused on getting their legal fees at the expense of clients interests. Avoid this company at all costs.
I am taking them to the ombudsmen for multiple failures in a straightforward legal case. They were too concerned with maximizing their fees which is against the law society principles of reducing costs.

Helped me with my claim from carphone warehouse with minimal fuss. Customer service was fantastic. Was wary when I received an email asking for a picture of my bank card etc. Glad I bit the bullet and sent them it. Funds deposited within a week. Many thanks guys.

The phone just rings then cuts off
No answerphone, no ability to leave my contact details, not a good service

It took a while, but I got payment for an insurance I had paid via Carphone warehouse.
Before I accepted the pay out I was required to fill in details of my bank account,and identity information which at the time had me suspecting it was a scam so I contacted various authorities to verify Barings were legitimate.

awful service I was contacted in July to say that i was due compensation from Car phone warehouse still waiting, made a complaint still got no where appalling service

I sent an application form for carphone warehouse insurance compensation a few months ago (I think) and forgot all about it. I got an email to say it was successful and I had money owed to me. I did think that it was a little odd that I had to send a picture of ID and the front of my debit card (I looked at other reviews that had been left and I think there s a lot of people that are sceptical, and rightfully so) but I blacked out the long card number and some information on my driving license so it showed my picture, name and proof of address. I figured if it was a scam they would only have the information to put money into my account rather than withdraw it. Anyway, a week later and on Christmas Eve I ve had an early Christmas present in my bank account. To me this company has been brilliant. I understand that sending private info can be scary but by blacking certain info out you ll have piece of mind.

VERY DODGY!
I've told them over and over that I'm not injured, they told me they were calling from my insurance but after phoning my insurance company I know they're not. Stay away!
I'm holding out to see just how far they'll take this, I'm sure I'm just one of many so want to warn others

A good frim I had a lot of doubts at first until they got in touch with me by phone and answered all my questions. Then went away and did all the work. Shortly got back in touch once they had my computation ready for to receive. And it was all done from the comfort of my house.

They did pay carphone warehouse claim, but they took half of it. Didnt expect any so better than nothing

Don't reply to emails. Have called everyday for 2 weeks but no one answers. If there is a time limit on this compensation from Carphone Warehouse then I will be wanting paid from Baring direct. This is shocking

Process was very easy, took a long time from first putting in the claim, I actually forgot all about it, then once I received the email confirming my claim had been upheld, it only took 10 days for the funds to be paid into my bank account. Thank you very much, it has been transferred into my Holiday fund

Absolute disgrace of a company, Took all my personal details, tell me I have money owed to me for a carphone warehouse claim, when chasing emails they keep giving excuse after excuse as to why they havent sent it or when they will be and still nothing.
Looking into reporting this company further as they now hold my personal Information who knows what they are doing with it.... absolute frauds

As many others that have left reviews against this organisation. Pathetic communication. Dont respond to phone calls, emails. If they are such a great organisation as their website states, they would have someone responding to phone calls and emails. Is this an actual legitimate organisation? Do their premises exist? Clicked the accept button on the claim, then nothing. Managed to get through for the only time and was told it would be around 2 weeks. Still waiting.

I received my compensation money last week straight into my bank account with no hassle.This company works very fast and i would highly recommend them

I have made TWENTY FOUR (24) calls to them today alone, spoke to ONE person who isn't even in the dept I NEED. Each dept's call finishes with the same ext no (209) and cannot take your call. Absolute shambles.

I have had several emails from the company but no way to get back in touch.
