Spoke with a representative last week to find out if an item on their website was actually in stock. He looked it up and didn t see it in stock and asked if I would like him to look into it further so he could provide me with a lead time. I provided him all of my contact information and company information and he advised he would get back to me ASAP. Never heard back from him and wasted a day waiting to hear back from him. I went to a competitor and they were able to get back to me with this information within a few hours.

Barcodes Inc. wasted our time and money. The sales rep, Brian Jones, shamelessly sold us Zebra printer even though Zebra printer is useless in printing concert tickets.

Barcodes is a great company with great customer service. Ben especially has been incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Barcodes Inc., and Danielle Meere have a been a great asset to my small warehouse operation. Whenever I need anything, from label printers to scanner gun accessories, all I need to do is shoot her a quick email. She responds quickly and works to find me the best options. She has made my life significantly easier.

Let me tell you about my experience with Barcodes Inc! In particular, Kyle Kirwan. I have ordered THREE Zebra printers from Barcodes Inc for my laboratory. The first printer I ordered I accidentally got a thermal transfer printer instead of a thermal direct printer. It took a long time to arrive and it took me a whole day to realize it was the wrong printer for my needs. I emailed Mr. Kirwan, rather irrate, and he found the printer I needed and had it shipped by the end of the day on Express Delivery (no extra charge). He called me a week later to confirm that it was working well for me. The printer was not- I spent some time with Zebra tech support before we deduced that it had a faulty sensor. When I told Mr. Kirwan about the issue, he once again had a new printer en route via overnight shipping and CC'ed me an RMA from Barcodes Inc. This printer I have now works very well, but I regularly receive calls from Mr. Kirwan anyway just to check in. When we decided to invest in a barcode scanner, I told Kyle my needs and he found the perfect model for us. It was reasonably priced and it works very well. Anytime I need label refills I tell him over a call and I have an order confirmation email within an hour. I have received nothing short of excellent customer service from Mr. Kirwan. I'm rather skeptical of Zebra products, but I know if I have any future issues he'll be there for support. (I'm about to email Mr. Kirwan to buy an additional printer so the service outweighs my tech issues). I would highly recommend buying from Barcodes Inc, you will have fantastic customer service.
