As a client of Barcodes, Inc, I've been very pleased with the level of customer service provided by Michael Kartawich. He has always replied to our communications in a timely manner, saved us money on products, and has gone above and beyond to provide the highest levels of service and support. He should be promoted to Director of Operations, because he knows the products and the expectation levels of customers. He understands that consumers have multiple options to fulfill their needs, and will do what it takes to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
