Near to the beach, good roms, very good experience.

It is the third year, we like the hotel a lot, but in measures for the covid they have fallen short. I spoke with the deputy director and I understand her position that they appeal to the people and that they cannot expose their workers to confront those who come to disconnect and be on vacation. I only went to the bar one afternoon to ask for a bottle of water. There were 4 of us, as two of the people without a mask asking and the waitresses without saying anything despite the fact that the use of masks is mandatory inside. You can imagine yourself outside, swimming pools or playgrounds. All the people crowded together at night, a disastrous buffet seen with my own eyes as people get up from their table to repeat without turning to gel. They ask that children under 12 years old not serve themselves and they do it for the entire buffet freely. Yes, we appeal to people, but a wake-up call would not hurt. We must give priority to everyone's safety or they will close the hotel in nothing given the lack of control.

They have half a hotel closed, only open on weekends, when it would be convenient to do it daily. And lack of staff in bars who do not have time to go out to disinfect tables and chairs

I just hope I don't regret coming back in 15 minutes. Without a doubt, he would have been grateful to know the truth before coming.

Arrived at hotel at 12 30am hungry after 2hr bus journey from Faro
No food available but offered 2 bottles water No staff to help with luggage or to show you to your room. Large room. No snacks in fridge- fridge empty and not turned on. Safe open but required a deposit to use, likewise pool towels. No coffee/tea/kettle in room
to make a drink. Masses food available for breakfast/lunch and dinner Deposit required for pool towels. Hotel catered for hundreds. Poolside unavailable too occupied to be close to the pool. A family hotel - I personable. Hotel seemed be on a running budget

I simply love this resort. To call it a hotel is an understatement due to the sheer size of it. I attended a bachata convention last year October with my daughter and my best friend and we were blown away with he place. Had lovely pools which unfortunately was too cold to jump in due to the time of year we had visited. But the beach was just a small walk along a wooden walkway which runs directly from the hotel onto the wonderful beach in punta umbria which I have visited almost 20 times over 8 years. . We had breakfast and dinner each day and had soooooo much to chose from . Waiting staff were very quick at clearing tables at breakfast/dinner time which was great as we ate alot of foodings lol. Will be visiting again at some point as both my myself and my daughter miss it so much. Rooms are spacious but only thing I would say is to have some English channels but the hotel doesnt get many English visitors throughout the year. You will find mainly spanish and Portuguese come to this hotel but all the staff I spoke to spoke both spanish and English so waant a problem communicating. They also had a kids club which is open in the summer period so your kids will be entertained all day if they wanted to. Along with a lil play park and outside small water features for the to also use in the summer periods. Visit the resort and see what you think. You will not forget it

What a dissapointment, 2 out of the 4 resturants shut. Food at the other 2 is cold and tasteless. No entertainment sunday night. Only been here 2 days and i want to go home. The only good point of this place is the 5 mile beach.
Never coming again.

I love! Quiet, the beach very good and without stress, the fantastic pool, the great rooms, the super attentive staff ... I definitely recommend it!

It is a very large hotel, during the week we have been there were many people, especially children.
There are several themed restaurants that are not open as such right now, but due to the current situation they are used as a normal buffet with themed dinners. There are two shifts to eat, upon arrival you are assigned yours.
The pool facilities are very well saved because it is a bit saturated with people and the problem of finding a hammock.
The animation team very good.
The worst, without a doubt, the bed and the pillows, super uncomfortable.

The beach was beautiful but you can't relax because your constantly mytherd to buy dodgy football shirts etc.

The hotel was really conveniently situated close to the beach. We were on the first floor and the view from our balcony was to the swimming pool and kids playground. We were on half board and the breakfast 5:00 10:30 and evening meals 20:30 - 22:30 were very good, plenty of food to choose from but lacked healthy options in my opinion. We had a Superior Family room with balcony and it was spotless and the bed very big and comfortable.
It is a massive hotel resort so you'll find most services and amenities that you expect to find in similar resorts.

I went there two years ago, fascinating experience, very nice rooms, huge pools, very comfortable beds, very cozy and very large hotel, very entertaining shows, excellent food, I loved the idea of putting bars from different cultures, the shows of the The nights are very entertaining, the children's entertainment is excellent and the children's clubs are very good too, the best hotel I have visited, I would definitely go again, I would say more but since the hotel was so big I did not visit all the areas , I loved.

The hotel is great. The entire staff strives for you to have a service of 10 and they make it so. Wonderful work team, of all ages, something that is appreciated that the hired staff are not just young people. The food in its three restaurants is perfect and very tasty, the Italian is the one we liked the most.

The hotel might need a little updating but it has spacious rooms. It is perfect to go with children. The performances are very good and they make the time you are there live in a small bubble of sun and water.

If there is something that could be improved, it is the presence of sanitizing gel on the floors of the rooms and that people control their habits such as not eating in the pool, not joining in the queue to have drinks ... But come on, let's We would have stayed another week without hesitation.

The beach is next to the hotel and there is a path just in front enabled to reach it. Immense beach, full of shells and perfect in times of covid because the safety distance is maintained without any problem.

Place is really nice, as much food and drink as you need, as clean as can possibly be, my only gripe is that they don't cater as much for the foreign tourist ad they do for the Native tourist. For example, not all the reception staff soeak English. That said, they will definitely strive to accommodate you, once you have made your request.

The room quite large, the restaurant very well, with some details to thank for example the freshly squeezed orange juice, the facilities very well the only downside is that it is in the second line of the beach but I prefer it because it is a pleasure to spend through the pine forest to go to the beach.

Great site, close to fab beach. Shame about the expensive &fierce parking enforcement firm around the area. Watch out!

My experience at this Hotel was Strange! until my son's birthday I had loved it, I liked the pool, the room, the theme restaurants, the apparent cleanliness, the all inclusive (which I added on arrival day!), the service of the employees - until that day I would have given 5 stars, and I felt like coming back!) now at my son's birthday celebration (the hotel has made a cake available for celebration) after singing happy birthday a "rat" appeared in the room - it was on the 1st floor! Yes they moved us, but to a hotel that looked so clean.and so cool ... one always gets the idea that there are more rats and never sleep the same way ..... It was a shame! I've been to many hotels and something like this never happened to me .....
Can it happen anywhere? yes you can, but then you wanted to leave and not come back ....
As negatives: the parking is not free! You pay, in the front street is cheaper but in the sun, in some streets behind is much cheaper!
The staff have the usual language limitation (for Portuguese there is no big problem but English scares !!!)
The shows have a strong connection to Spain! What is noticeable because there is not such a large invasion of English as in the Algarve!

I especially loved the very varied and well cooked food the spa is impressive very close to the beach and looks very well prepared for the kids which is what I like least because I already want tranquility.

Great family hotel, comfortable beds and spectacular food. All the staff are lovely, you feel at home. Destination to which we will return for sure.

Beautiful sights from the hotel. Good staff, nice and abundant breakfast. Right near the beach.

It has a lot of rooms which are affordable and comfortable. There are also several acrivities to do and i would strongly recommend it as a place to spend your time.

Good covid protection measures, magnificent facilities.

In general good, we have been in the premium area and some detail to improve: towels were not left well, drinks were not replenished. Very friendly staff. Good cleaning and care of covid measures.

Hotelszo to go with the family, especially for children, very well prepared for the current situation and given the extensiveness of the complex there are no crowds at all, very close to the beach (5 minutes walk) which is spectacular by the way. It would improve something such as the beverage service (both soft drinks, wine, beer are on tap), it would be good to improve the waste issue since too much waste is generated with the current situation. I give it a deserved 5!

Stayed here as a 'Saga' guest. overlooking great beach with direct access from the hotel. Ideal for people with restricted mobility.
Great Facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
Shuttle bus service to town for that 'essential' shopping.

A great hotel, very clean, with great pools and good service, located near nature reserves with access to the beach. It also has several bars and restaurants to enjoy the all-inclusive service. We had a great time. Sure we will repeat.

At first I was reluctant to go to such a large hotel because of the risk of concentrations. However, the hotel has many common areas and there are no crowds. They have everything organized so that there are no crowds in restaurants and bars. The beach is close and it's wonderful

Nice and big hotel. In the restaurant I missed items without sugar at breakfast just a few cookies. Little variety but congratulations to the cook all very good

Great hotel! Although very large, you can quickly see where what is. Very good food. Great idea split into 4 restaurants (Italian, Mediterranean, Seafood, Indian) and everyday for dinner elsewhere. Cool pools - unfortunately lifeguards forbid the use of mattresses and inflatable toys, which made our daughter inconsolable. Cool, trying but not intrusive animators. You can see that they like what they do. A great room, probably for 1000 people, for evening animations - asko for children and musicals for adults - 1st class animators!
Apart from the stage and comfortable armchairs, there are two all-inclusive bars in the room.
Bars by the pools. Good all, original alcohols at all inclusive.

Well the Hotel and the facility, some to repair in the children's water area. Bad in the sense of outdoor shows, the swarm of mosquitoes at night ruthlessly riddle you, all the employees know it, but ...

All fantastic !! The facilities, the room, the cleanliness, the staff, the food, the activities for children and adults, ... all of 10 !!. To say that my children left crying because they did not want to leave because of the good time they had. We will repeat !!

Great vacation. All very well prepared for the covid-19. Thanks to Mr. Reyard who helped us a lot. And we gave him a good idea for the possible announcement next year. In short, everything is very good.

The facilities of the complex are impressive. For the fifth star it lacks a level of food according to the place. It is the poorest / cheapest thing you can find!

A good place to spend a family beach vacation.
The facilities are very good in terms of swimming pools, children's areas, sports and restaurants. The show theater is huge.
The rooms are a good size but the bathrooms are a bit dated and small for hotels in this category.
We were first in a room with a balcony that was more like a railing and we asked to change with a supplement payment to one with a terrace overlooking the pool, with hammocks, it was worth the supplement.
A proposal for improvement is related to the bath and bed linen that could be renewed since it is already a little worn.
The All Inclusive regime is good despite the normal limitations due to Covid-19. One criticism is that there is no assisted buffet, which increases the risk if diners do not wear the mask correctly

They have many activities, performances, several swimming pools, an abundant buffet both for breakfast and lunch and everything is delicious. Something that should improve cleaning in rooms that do not make the employees run as much and hire more so that they can clean what at first glance is not seen but what customers do if we look. And the fridge of the mini bar that cools super little. Otherwise very well, it is surrounded by shops souvenirs restaurants .... I will be back

We stayed on July 25, we believe that today the state of the rooms does not correspond to the category of 4 stars or the price at all, we stayed in room 2037 there were ants although we did not communicate it to reception, In addition, above the bathroom door there was an important chipping not typical of the category we are talking about (we have photos) on the other hand the tiles and door frames were full of droplets from having been painted and not cleaned properly, in short the Room at all corresponds to a 4 stars. With regard to the security measures determined for this year x the covid, (we went on half board) in all the shifts that we had the 3 days of lodging as it was buffet type we checked the same, each one of us served our own food with the SAME tweezers, as if it were a normal situation, the only thing that had been distributed x the rooms were several jars of gel and a box of gloves (which of course no one used) something that we did not find appropriate at all for the situation that is being lived We do not believe that it adapts to the established security measures at all since not everyone who used the tweezers was disinfected or used gloves, and that has made us very insecure.
Finally, note that the hotel's exteriors and swimming pools have been up to par.

Spectacular summer atmosphere, human quality of service, excellent food and impressive beach, do not hesitate to visit it and you will see.

I don't know if it is due to the pandemic, but in my opinion the performances are too close to the rooms, so sometimes the rooms are noisy.
The staff, all 10, charming and pending that everything is to your liking.
It's my first all-inclusive, and I think it should be called "almost all-inclusive" I don't know who rules out certain drinks, but it's ridiculous.
What seems third world to me is that in the 21st century, we have to go with a piece of cardboard to access the restaurants.
I think the shabby bracelet or the door opener card would suffice.

Nice spacious area, rooms functional, but big and clean. Nice, also very clean pools. The food is however rather below average and quite simple, but you will always find something (unhealthy ) that tastes good. The
Beach is within walking distance in 5 min. reachable. For a family holiday m.E. rather unsuitable, because the system is just too big. But that's a matter of taste, and the resort is definitely kid-friendly.

It's perfect for me, it has everything, I've been staying there for a few years in a row and I would stay a thousand times more.

Excellent, amazing just the food is a bit poor, but the rest is amazing

This complex is very big and very Spanish but you will not vault it for any think. Very clean and lively but for the Spanish families. No larger lout no large parties of lads or girl just families having a great time. Drinks top shelf coffee and soft drinks all day. We met 10 English people all week but still had a great holiday. Will def go again. Transfer to hotel is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours from faro to Spain but nice trip. Best holiday if you have kids by far,,,, no British to spoil it.

Very positive experience. The stay has been wonderful. Although it is a family hotel, we have had a great rest. We had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly. We will almost certainly repeat. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Improvable covid measures in the restaurant, totally chaotic, there is no signage so that people can order themselves and not trip over each other when serving dishes.

Went in 2012. All inclusive but not all drinks were all inclusive. Only let you have 3 each all evening!.

Very good hotel to rest, nice and friendly service, good and various food, lots of restaurants, bars and rooms, very vigilant security, many pools, easy access to the beach and ocean, modern rooms with adjustable air conditioning, lots of animations for adults and children . I heartily recommend the hotel and I will definitely come back to this hotel chain. :)

Too big hotel, neat pool, clean, but too many people and too many children. The room and buffet food ok, the themed restaurants not so much.

Old hotel but very careful. Facilities for young children and adults. We went with a 15-month-old baby and he had a great time while we were able to give him a little freedom of movement (always watched). They have a children's club with activities throughout the day, entertainment and sports activities for adults in the pool and outside, evening entertainment, musicals for children and movies at night, etc. the restaurants are good, in line with what is expected of a free buffet. Special mention to the typical Spanish food restaurant (although the American and Italian were good) for being the best, with the freshest and best quality food. They serve food and drink all day in different places according to the time and for snacks and lunch, as well as pastries and sandwiches they serve fruit, which is appreciated. The hotel is very clean and they are very careful with the covid issue. Employees wear masks and kindly remind you of its correct use and hand disinfection in restaurants especially.
As negative points, first the excessive use of plastic and not being able to reuse the glasses. We were there for 6 days and until the last day they have not put bins to recycle, especially in the pool area, which is where plastics are used the most. Another negative point is that being a hotel for families, the bins in the rooms are very small, at most for 2 diapers. The third is that the pool towels charge a 20 deposit per towel and change them every 5 days (we did not take them because we had ours but if they were changed more often we would have taken them). Finally, parking costs 12 a day and although we knew it, I would prefer it to be included in the stay. They did not give us a cot as we requested in the reservation because they were subject to availability and we did not ask for it again because the bed was very large and the little one could sleep with us but these are details that count.

We are my family and I are delighted by everything one could imagine.
They also gave us a pleasant surprise by inviting a few bottles of champagne for our anniversary.

It is discusting how reserving a bed next to the pool by putting a towel on it and then leave for hours is still being ignored by the whole crew of the hotel. Alltough it is forbidden.
