They have had some problems with the extra bed that was not on time and with the sheets, bedspread and tapiflex that were full of blood. They solved it quickly, yes.
The hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. Recommended if you go with children.

All very clean and with many security measures, there is hydroalcoholic gel everywhere. The treatment is wonderful and the facilities are great for children, my children really enjoyed the new water jet park. The performances at night were also very good and the food was great, there is always a lot of variety.
The only bad thing is the way to the beach that with small children is heavy and with more masks.

I have spent 5 years vacationing in this hotel, and this year with the excuse of Covid it has left a lot to be desired. The buffet was free and with little variety, everyone put their hands in it, and there was seldom a person watching over people to do things right. The reception in the afternoon shift left much to be desired, quite unfriendly and did not solve your doubts. What other years have been facilities, this year it seemed that they were throwing you out, not to mention the difference in the treatment they gave the French, they needed to put a silver urinal on them, ...

Very good place, good food, very friendly staff and very well organized everything, with the theme of the covid wearing masks and gels and people respecting at all times the entrances and exits of restaurants and common places.

We didn't stay here but passed by and it looked great. It was mainly Spanish people on their summer holidays and there was an enthusiastic zumba session taking place which looked like great craic. Passing impression was five star.

Lots of people and free buffet far from offering quality. It is a place for families with children and who want to queue long even to get a hammock by the pool. Of course, the huge and beautiful hotel.

Nice hotel. The staff is competent and sympathetic. The rooms are not big or luxurious but are pretty adequate and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and it is near the beach

From me there are only 3 stars (= everything ok). I liked the plant itself, even if it is surprising that there are no toilet brushes. Beach is close, pools are nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Condition of the room could have been a bit better but went well.

Staff was always friendly, but English was sometimes difficult. Ordering drinks without ice was usually not understood.

Good and spacious rooms and facilities. Great place to spend family vacations and disconnect. Buffet with controlled capacity and adequate distribution of diners. Disinfection of tables and chairs every time they were used by diners. Staff very aware of compliance with security measures. All the pools and adjoining bars have been opened, with which there were quieter areas where you can sunbathe, bathe and taste snacks in peace. Great animation guys, with many activities scheduled. And summer cinema every night for the little ones. The beach two steps away. We will be back

Good hotel near the beach, nice staff, good food (missing eggs), regular evening entertainment.
The rest you have to pay for everything, including the bus that the hotel is 20 minutes from the center of town and you have to take it or walk and in my opinion it should be paid by the hotel as in other places and the bus schedule is very scarce because the last one is at 8:00 p.m.

Very cool place, it was a real vacation week. Everyone was very friendly, the snacks at the pool little varied but all good.

Large hotel with the largest network of Barcelo, nice rooms, large clean, very good food and a large selection, four themed restaurants Italian, international, American and Mediterranean - attention !!! you can put on weight . Unfortunately, during the season a lot of people, lots of attractions for children, evenings always varied something happened, you can not be bored there.

Very large facilities for my taste.Buffet with little variety and very repeated.Megafonia very bad.The rooms very spacious and clean.The spectacular surroundings a beautiful beach some very beautiful pine forests, the very marine town and with many bars and bars where to taste Good fish, seafood, clams, coquinas and good ham products from the land.

Oh my goodness this hotel is HUGE! We absolutely loved it here, so much so we are going back this year and can not wait.
Excellent location for the beach although nothing else around the hotel. Food we thought was brilliant. Great choice and everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is spotless and the grounds are beautifully kept.

My wife and I have just spent 2 weeks there. Overall the fortnight was very enjoyable, weather perfect. Hotel staff were pleasant and eager to please. Facilities were fine, my only criticism is the standard of food at dinner time in the Buffet Restaurant. I thought preparation and presentation of several dishes were often short of a four-star rating.

Wonderful and spectacular hotel, we went last year a few days and we repeated this September, a lot of atmosphere for the date it was and even with shows. Food with great variety and a spa that I love.

Hammocks, at certain times, difficult to get. Comfort and tranquility in our room. Also satisfied with the activities, programming, animation and performances. In short, the comforts and quality of a great hotel. However, from my point of view, the hygienic-sanitary measures against COVID19 would have been extreme and controlled even more especially at the buffet. In a highly frequented area such as dining rooms, depending on people to be responsible in the use of the media (which they were) and compliance with the measures that we all know, is risky in my opinion. Therefore, given the current situation, I would have felt safer if it had not been an open buffet.

We have loved everything, very good attention is great to go with the children because you have many activities. Everything very organized and thought for this covid. We will be back for sure, but a week to enjoy everything. A weekend falls short.

The facilities are very good. It is a very large complex with many options, several pools, several restaurants ... Too bad that with the covid we were only able to use part of it. The rooms are very spacious, the television is a bit out of place as it is a bit old. The shows were very good. Although due to the current situation there were not every day. They filled in with Music Quiz. The food was not bad, but very repetitive and few options. Just to be open a restaurant they could have varied a little more and put some typical dish of the area. Everything that includes IT is very good, both for drinks and for snacks between meals. And the attention of the bar waiters great.

The main premises of the hotel were how close it was to the beach and some local food as well as live cooking. Truth to be told it was right, really close to the beach, theres a path next to the hotel and you appear at the beach in a moment, for local food it was pretty much fine, nice local products although i missed the "gazpacho". The only problem was room maintenace wich was less than satisfactory. My overall experience was that i got what i was told but they didnt tell everything.

It has given me security to see the effort that all the staff have made to enforce the anti-covid protocols. The great distance between the dining room and the bedrooms has helped keep me in shape after everything we've eaten.

The hotel is very very near to the beach and its the biggest hotel i have stayed in my life. It has cool activities in the afternoon and night and everything was very luxurious.

Great location just a few minutes from the beach. Child friendly with pools, entertainment, good food and helpful staff. Through in a comfortable room and some Spanish sun and you can't go wrong.

This is being in paradise. There are things that can be improved, but not so much by the hotel but by some clients who believe that they are the owners of this and intend to do what they want. I have to say that the security measures are correct, the all-inclusive is second to none. And the hotel staff is 10. Thank you for watching everything and for making our stay so pleasant.

Huge hotel, spectacular pool, but difficult to get a hammock. People saturation problem. Very friendly and efficient staff. Food ok but I think not enough for the standard of the hotel. The access to the beach is beautiful but it is a 10 minute walk.

Excellent resort located in the south of the peninsula, intended for families.
The complex is very large. It has different pools, 4 themed restaurants, pool bars, auditorium, lounges, spa and spacious rooms with beds (no sofa bed) for up to 4 occupants.
The service staff is great.
Very good restaurants with a variety of good quality meals and presentation.

The great entertainment team. There are 5 clubs for children; two for children under 8 years, 2 for children under 12 and 1 for adolescents between 13 and 17 years.

The night shows are "spectacular."
The negative point is the state of the rooms as I show in some of the photographs I provide.

Already a bit burned out of the lamentably famous Spanish picaresque. I asked (and paid more for it) for a room with a terrace and I didn't read the fine print that said room with a balcony ... you can imagine ... they gave me a ridiculous balcony with horrible views ... I said ... very Spanish but a shame that these things happen to you

The service is very hard-working and the rooms are also tidy. The animation is the best.

On the occasion of the Covid19 it is noted that the hotel is not as full as other years. The service continues to be just as good, considering that this year there are more hygiene and safety measures, and this is evident in more supervising personnel. We have felt safe.

Very very large hotel. It is not on the beach it is close. Regular hotel buffet, not much variety and lousy service. We were on the second shift and they are supposed to clean and prepare for the second shift but no. the tables were not picked up and the dirty plates were never removed. I do not recommend. We will not return to this hotel and that the Barcelo chain generally likes us.

Very nice located if You're not looking for a party place, 10 min walking distance from public beach, very nice and helpfull staff. During the season delicious dinners. Before the season....it could be better. They have tasty snacks during the day. The hotel is big, always enough of sunbeds, no warmed water pool. To use Spa and gym there is an extra pay. Water served in bottles. Bike rental needs refreshment. No hotel bar on the beach.
