Very nice hotel, room we had was amazing, very big, massive bed, clean and has everything you could want. Very large selection of food and drinks and considering the amount of people catered for the quality is good. It's very much a family style hotel, so if you don't want to be round families all day then it's not for you. Also worth trying to get to grips with some basic Spanish, we used Google translate which done the job, makes your life and the people workings life a lot easier.

Fantastic hotel, great food and service. Family oriented with spacious rooms, 4 restaurants and very relaxed atmosphere. 5 minutes from an excellent beach. Just about everything you need for a really great holiday.

The hotel is amazing, I have already been several times and it really is perfect. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, pool is terrific ...

The only "problem" (if you can call it that) I had was in the dining room. The food is delicious and the variety is very wide, so you can eat great, but when I went to get food from one of the trays I saw a huge cockroach on the floor. They disgust me quite a bit and to avoid generalized "panic" I told a waitress who quickly notified a colleague. As I say, unbeatable treatment and facilities ... I don't know if this would happen for something special or is it common.

With accommodation at this hotel from March 27 to April 3, the Portuguese finalists and their families were left without the right to 100% of the money paid ... An authentic lack of respect, in not attributing a fair refund, to young people and respective families who were left without the trip and without the money from it (which was used mainly to pay for the hotel). Families that may have sacrificed themselves physically in order to offer their students a memorable end of school period ... Shame!

We were there a week ago and I have to say, delighted. Lots of cleanliness and spacious rooms, huge beds. All staff with masks and a lot of hydroalcoholic gel in common rooms. The only but that I put is that in the all-you-can-eat buffet the serving tongs were commonly used, with the consequent risk that the person who had used the tongs before you would not have put on the hydrogel again, since before entering They make you put gel on your hands, but if you touch your face or mask there is a possibility of contagion or contamination again ..... I reiterate that it is my only downside to a large Hotel with many cleaning staff and EVERYONE with a mask provided for the company in these moments that we have had to live in coexistence with this virus.

I really liked the facilities and to tell the truth for being a 4 star in the food it stays at 2 for the quality and variety. Otherwise I loved the room, the great pools, the treatment with the staff of 10, the parking a little expensive but acceptable. The issue of Covid 19 the staff has taken it to the letter as well as the recommendations. Shame that many of the guests did not follow them.

I really liked the hotel, the stay was pleasant, the employees were very good and the rooms were large, but there were a lot of ants, despite being on the third floor, even in bed, every night I had to shake the sheets, no We had food because it was all inclusive.

One of the best services and staff I've had the opportunity to find from all the hotels I've ever visited. We went with the All Inclusive and the food and restaurants were also a very good experience. Even in August and with the Hotel full, we never had problems or queues to have table or food. All 4 restaurants are great. Personally I liked Brujula (international) and Estero (national, fish and seafood) best but there was always a lot of attention from the staff to have everything flawless and the customers happy. Nothing was ever missing. Before finishing, they are replacing the food and cleaning the tables. The pools are good and the staff controls the occupation of the sun loungers. They cannot book and leave. If not occupied they will be released for all to use. Works well. The beach is a pleasant 5-minute walk down a wooden walkway that crosses the pine forest in the dunes. The rooms are large, well air conditioned and have a 43 "led tv, king size bed, large fitted wardrobe, but there is no iron and the safe is paid. The animation is all directed to the Spanish public which is the vast majority. In the bars the service is organized with a single queue and several points of service.Parking in the hotel garage is paid (12 day) but it is worth it.Good things went well.I highly recommend and we will be back.

Simply incredible. Cleanliness, food, hotel staff, activities, ... All of 10. If you want to live a unique experience I recommend this hotel.

Minibar not working, safe to rent, not personal, personal does not speak english and does not even try to speak spanish slow, rooms are not soundproofed, parking costs extra and they have the whole garage empty.

It is huge and beautiful, it looks like a city ... I have hallucinated.

Meals are good although sometimes they need more time to prepare. The service is good. They have reduced the number of guests staying, but have closed a part of the hotel, so that reduction in guests is hardly noticeable. The measures against Covid seem right.

Brilliant hotel, all our rooms were of a decent size and modern design. Staff were very helpful and friendly and would go out of their way to help when needed. Food served in the onsite restaurants is great and there are a lot of options so no one will be left out or disappointed.

Fantastic Resort, huge inserted in a natural park area with an excellent beach with hot water. The hotel has 4 swimming pools, the animation is very good. It also has several themed restaurants with a wide variety of food as well as quality.
In ecological terms, it is a suggestion, in the areas of the pools and surrounding areas to place containers for recycling.
