Needed help with my sister's domestic abuse case, impossible to get a hold of.Takes listening to15 min of voice recording both English and French to leave a voicemail.No idea when they'll call you back.The girl "Nicholette" is very rude and condescending.She would not answer any questions or hear what you have to say.She's doesn't seem to fit into this client settings.I would wonder where all those government funding going to.Someone needs to look into their services.I will be reaching out to their funders, government or private to see where their money is going.
Was told they called and left a "2"voicemail,too many, but we have no record of that.It's not too many when you call back to back/same day(not sure how many hours apart).People jobs such as fast foods are not allowed to pick up calls.Totally an useless organization.Worst experience.Nicolette should be fired for her behaviour.The whole organization should be defunded.

I've had consistently poor experiences with this clinic. I follow the directions and leave messages but no call back ever comes.
I finally just went to the office and did get to speak with a pleasant woman but there was literally no assistance beyond that.
I keep getting referred to Barbra Schlifer clinic and have tried yet again. I did receive a call back from a muffled, hard to hear woman who said call them back at extension 234 to leave another msg of when is a good time to call me. I did this and just got a long winded message that then repeated in French but no option to leave a msg.
I called back again and left another message on the general intake VM with my availability.
Will see what, if anything happens next.
Very big disappointment.

I recommend for everyone is suffering any abuse. They offer an important support for a women move on after suffering sexual assault. They offer all type of support as psicoligyst, lawyer and therapy

The lawyer that they hooked me up with the legal program to talk about my domestic violence case was very informative and amazing and empathetic. I felt a lot more confident in reassured not knowing anything about the legal system.

The people at the Barbara Shlifer Clinic were wonderful! Their kindness and guidance were so appreciated. Without their help and referrals I would have been so lost in the legal process.

I can't say enough about how fortunate we are in Toronto to have such an institution. They helped me, free of charge, on how to proceed with a professional harassment case. It is staffed by intelligent, dedicated, professional women... I only hope I can do more in the future to donate and give back to this much-needed clinic!

Helpful, friendly and sensitive staff at this clinic. The commemorative clinic lives up to it's name and expectations by assisting people in need.
