I am a worker from the construction industry and I'm working on that hotel at the moment it's going from some updating and redevelopment and I putting a new top floor in so people can have a panoramic view and watch the planes as they come into land which will be a feature of the hotel so if you like the hotel before you gonna love it when it's finished leave me the work has been ongoing there for about 3 years now anyway

Ok hotel. I was put here since Lufthansa had a cancelled flight late at night. Reception staff were very nice and helpful and welcoming even though many cancelled Lufthansa and Swiss flights passengers were checking in. bar staff not so much. One man especially was especially rude, all I wanted was to buy two sparking waters to take away but he refused and told me to go to the machine.
Room was very large. It looks recently renovated and newly decorated but it was a huge room with twin beds and a large sofa which a huge cool TV. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, but I woke up feeling great and fantastic and not a pain in my body. the shower power was very good.
In the morning the house keeping staff and young lady at the reception was very kind and friendly.

I booked the most expensive room with dinner and breakfast, the room had included a lounge which wasn't open to start with..
The room was beautiful and clean.
We went to the restaurant and had the worst experience ever..
Everything was frozen and tasteless.
The cheesecake was a solid ice ..
We were scammed..
165 pounds for a nightmare guys..
I would only recommend to sleep in but not to eat or drink anything..
15 tables in the restaurant left without eating and had a take out or delivery...
The stuff was honest and told me that they never eating the restaurants food as its all frozen.
It was the worst experience in a hotel...

Very Very Very Bad experience. Very poor hygiene. They first gave us 1401 which you see in pics with leaking toilet. On complaint after 2 hours they gave us room number 1503. With foot Mark's hair all around. Bread crumbs under glass. Shower area without shower curtains.

Duty manager were Albert and Alexandra.
Total waste of money

For a new hotel it's moderately clean walls are well marked in rooms just like any other hotel.. However parking is steap so preparer yourself for the costings.. Overall the rooms are lacking and lots of confusion over room types after I was specific about what I needed.. Is it worth a visit hell yes would I return maybe not.. (Hilton garden lodge) a stone through is much cheaper and cleaner..

nice hotel room.. great breakfast.. near feltham station.. they have so many rooms and two lobbies; the big one and small.. there is a minimarket near the hotel, you can go by walk.. bus stop across the hotel, so you can go to airport by them.. not to far from heathrow..

This is a very nice hotel and I am sure excellent in normal time. However this is not normal time and it felt like a ghost hotel.
We went for dinner on first night and only 1 waiter, who was trying to his credit to do all alone. Service, bar, cleaning, taking order, maybe doing food too as he went in kitchen for some time before bringing out our food. He was back doing the same for breakfast next morning. Kudos to him.
Tried to book for my birthday, wasn't bad the first time. Unfortunately, hotel decided to close for 2 months to try to save the business.
Hard time indeed. Good luck, we will try again.
