Staff is very nice. But the cleanliness was a big issue for me. Found lots of hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival.. positive note: good gym, good pizza and great view from the roof top

The staff goes beyond and friendly. Water pressure was bad if you're in higher floor like I was. Breakfast lacking variation and taste so so. But the sunday yum cha worth a try!

Great service and cleanliness. Visited during the Ramadhan, and got sahoor to replace breakfast. There is a break-fasting and dinner menu as well, lots of variety of good food too. Very recommended to stay in if you are in Kupang

Actually this hotel was best in Kupang, I stayed there about a week during Ramadhan. The room was clean and comfortable. But not really like for the suhoor (sahoor) they only serve very limited menu, different with variety of food in breakfast.

Top notch! One of the best Aston i've ever stayed in. Except the pressure of my shower, everything runs smoothly even before i came to this property. Located just across the sea shore and near city center.
Big up to Mr. Decky, Mr. Israel, Mr. Dato, Mrs. Maya, and every staffs i met.
Room design is quite my taste as well. Love the detail and design of my room. The balcony at 2nd floor really recommended as a meeting place or just spending time at night after long day of works.
They even have free airport shuttle!
Since i have team here, when i visit Kupang again, this property would be my first priority.

Surprised with this hotel with its amazing view at the deluxe room and also the restaurant. The pillow is nice for a sound sleep. They offer one free pick-up or drop off. Most important is that their staff are very very friendly! I booked through their website directly and they send emails to update me all the important info, health protocol and how to pay worry-free(still can be paid on arrival). The breakfast is various in options too. There is a Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and the taste is very good too. I would 100% come back if I visit Kupang again. Highly recommended!

Traditional corner offers a unique and delicious breakfast. Awesome. . . .
But, when I used the ballroom toilet the liquid shop containers were empty. These should be checked and filled up regularly.

The service of the hotel is good. The hotel is located in the main road and in front of the beach. The facilities of the hotel are good. Swimming pool, Spa, Restaurant are available here.

The weakness that makes this hotel doesn t get 5 stars is just because the marketing staffs are very rude and disappointing.
