In light of the recent pandemic, it is disturbing BB Mann would ignore recommendations to avoid mass gatherings and cancel upcoming shows. This puts many patrons and employees at risk, as well as the state of Florida for continuing spread and exposure. Disappointed and disgusted. Clearly the health, safety and well being is not their priority. If I could rate them zero stars I would, solely for this selfish decision.

Everything was perfect except the restroom situation. Way too few facilities for a packed house.

Performances are usually very good. Their sound system is poor. Difficult to hear even in the orchestra section. To compound the situation, there is a vendor that sells nuts in paper bags. The rustling as people eat during a performance can drown out the actors on stage. The theatre should have the vendor package nuts in cardboard cones instead.

How can Barbara B Mann ignore social distancing health recommendations. Broadway, Theme Parks, Sporting events and every mass gathering has been cancelled but not B Mann. The ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!

Nice place to see shows but they need a better system for parking. Suggest they add parking attendants to direct traffic because every time I ve been there it s ridiculous trying to leave. Spending an hour sometimes more trying to exit the lot is absurd and makes me think twice before buying tickets.

The ushers were very kind and helpful at the Brian Regan show last week. However, the seats were sooo uncomfortable! I enjoyed the show, but was so happy to get out of my seat at the end.

Whose idea was it to have a show at 2pm on a Thursday in the beginning of the semester? Parking lot full of old people coming to see a show and I had to pay $15 to valet park my car to get to class on time. Horrible planning. This is a college campus primarily and students shouldn t have to resort to paying to valet park their cars to get to class.

Amazing staff these folks genuinely want you to ENJOY your SHOW as they either seat you, pass a drink across to you, take your ticket etc! There isn t a bad seat in the whole place, & any disruption, of any kind, however rare is dealt with quickly & without incidence.
They offer a wide variety of talent, at a much more affordable fee than lots of arenas. The talent spans generations & tastes as well
My only strong suggestion would be GET THERE EARLY especially if you need Handicapped Parking!
Early, as in 1 hr prior to showtime, which is not a real hardship, as you can get a glass of wine or beer & chips etc or tea/coffee/cappuccino with cookies etc . But... that will be costly, worth it especially when everyone is both warm & friendly but expect to spend more than you d normally!!!
As an ex-NYer it s still ok, for a great night out, but that came as a little surprise...getting spoiled in Fort MYERS for sure.
My family REFUSES to go see Anyone, Anywhere else.
Worth every penny, in season or out!

We purchased two tickets to see Peter Noone on Jan.30,2020. When My wife and I got to the theatre entrance, we were greeted by whatlooked like the security setup at the airport. We were told that my wifes pocket book was too large and she could not enter the theatre with it. I explained to the security people that she had stage 5 kidney disease, congestive heart failure and diabetes. We could not leave her bag with meds in the car.One of the security people was willing to make the exception. The "supervisor" , however would not. In fact the Supervisor called one of the Sherriffs Deputies over as though I was going to assault him. Really? at 71 years of age its doubtful... I contacted the theatre's box office the next business day for a refund.. The people were rude and uncaring. after speaking to someone who said they were management, they agreed to refund the 138.oo back to my credit card. Well several emails and the corona virus later, still no refund. Its now June 27th... I have all the emails....I guess I have to take them to court??? The keystone cops that serve as the security force are over zealous, to say the least. The Sherriffs deputy belongs washing cars..The staff at the Barabara Mann boxoffice is a poor representation of the theatre and all it stands for. We have lived here for 33 years and it seems we need some other venue in Ft Myers that can compete with the only game in town...

This is a pretty nice venue. The parking lots are all close to the theater which makes the walk short and the parking is free with the option of purchasing valet service. The valet is run by a separate company that's a little lacking so you're better off self parking.

The acoustics in the front row of the theater are very dampened so some things were hard to hear. There are a lot of elderly people in the area so the bathrooms during intermission have huge lines, even the men's room lines stretched across the lobby. I feel they need to do something to alleviate this, possibly opening another building or having trailered bathrooms brought in for events. The staff was nice and the venue was clean. I'd come here again but it's not my favorite place to see a show.

Went to see a performance at this venue for the first time. The valet is well organized, the staff is very welcoming, concessions are run smoothly, bathrooms are clean. An overall great experience.

Now I'm looking forward to Michael MacDonald and the above experience made me buy the tickets faster.

Small to mid size two story theater. Plenty of parking but when there's a full house the theater and lobby feel quite small, and the concessions could offer better options. The size of the theater make most of the seats have great views, no pillars or other impediments to viewing. 4/5

I have enjoyed the performances I have seen here. The box office staff are all nice, and helpful in choosing a good seat. I seem to always get a good seat, and have even gotten VIP access to after performance meet and greets.

Their website is horrible.

Their website is horrible.

I Didn't even get to the point of paying for tickets. There is apparently no way to select a handicap accessible seat and a non ADA seat at the same time. No way to guarantee that if you're going to a show your handicap companion will be able to sit with you.

There isn't even a way to email the staff to suggest they consolidate the purchasing process ("email us" link just goes back to the contact page), so obviously they are uninterested in suggestions for improvement.

I love this theater. I used to work here and I attend as a patron. We just went to see Paw Patrol and had a blast! From the ushers to the managers, and to the staff(front of house and back of house) all do such a great job! Thank you BBMann for showing us a wonderful show! We can't wait to come back!

I was not happy with the way they treat patrons lately, they go out of their way to harass women & tell them their purse is too big & you have to put it in the car. My purse fit in the box & the guy pulled it out & stretched it saying it didn't fit. I felt as though Gestapo was checking us in. It was not a friendly environment, & certainly is not how you treat first class people.
