Just got back from a four night stay at Greystone ...

Just got back from a four night stay at Greystone Lodge unit 401. The lodge and unit were fantastic. They have ski lockers that are conveniently located for gearing up before the short walk to the slopes. I was part of a large group that filled several of the 4th floor units, all of which were well maintained, updated, and housed 6-8 people comfortably. If you are looking for a more affordable alternative to staying in the Resort Village, but still want ski in and ski out accessibility, Greystone Lodge is a great option.

What a great experience! We spent a wonderful week...

What a great experience! We spent a wonderful week at Wintergreen 27 of "The Villas" in the Upper Village of Whistler/Blackcomb in late February/early March 2017.

Clint and Kristy of Acer Vacations were super responsive and helpful from the beginning of the reservation process to our arrival and throughout our stay. We have got all the information we needed right on time, and our questions were answered right away.

The place has a perfect location. It is 2 minutes away (max.) by walk from the free shuttle bus stop. (Bus #5 runs in every 10 minutes during the winter months.) To Blackcomb Base, it is about a 5-minute-ride, and one can add additional 3-5 minutes to get to Whistler Village by the same bus. Though it is not a ski-in/ski-out place, we often skied "home" almost to our door using the trail from Blackcomb base. We often walked the trail to Whistler Village in the evening which is a pleasant 15-minute-walk.
We could conveniently park our car in the underground garage so there was no need to clean/dig out the car from the snow. We did not really use the car during our stay, except when we did the grocery shopping, and when we dined in a restaurant at Creekside. We did it for convenience and saving time. The free shuttle lines serve those locations as well.

The unit we stayed, a 2 bed/2 bath 2-level condo, is pristine: clean, updated, practical, and well equipped. The entry foyer is a great addition to the place where we could store our skies and boots and empty luggage. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, all kinds of glasses, mugs, silverware, cookware, appliances, etc. One bedroom+bath is on the main floor, while the other bedroom+bath is on the upper level, which provides complete privacy. The beds/mattresses are very comfy. The bathrooms are also updated, clean and well equipped/stocked. There is also a washer/drier combo in the bathroom on the main level. The living room/dining room area is cozy with good quality and comfy furniture, an easy-to-use fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. The free WiFi worked with no issues.

I recommend the place with no reservations. We would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing time at Greystone Lodge Through Ace...

Had an amazing time at Greystone Lodge Through Acer Vacation Rentals. The place was in excellent condition, and had everything you would need being away from home. There were 5 of use and that seemed to be the perfect amount, though we could have squeezed 3 more people in if needed, by separating the beds. When we walked out the door, we were 100 yards (91 meters) to ski down to the lifts at Blackcomb. The hot tubs fill up quick at the end of the day and great way to meet people, and the pool was heated for a nice swim! And you are only a $10 cab ride to downtown or a 10 minute walk.

I have booked multiple condos each year from Acer Vacations, for many years. Their reputation, quality of the condos they represent and service they provide is the best I have found in 12 years of booking condos for groups of skiers from my Seattle Ski Club. You can't go wrong with these guys!

My family and I had a great 10 days at Greystone Lodge and I would thoroughly recommend this complex if you are planning on visiting Whistler. It has a great ski-in ski-out location, less than 5 minutes from your door to the Blackcomb Gondola or the free shuttle stop is just 2-3 minutes walk from the complex. The hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) and outdoor pool are very welcome after a day on the slopes and the whole place is very well maintained. Communication through the whole enquiry, booking and lead up to our stay was fantastic - all our questions were answered in a very responsive manner - extremely important when you are booking from another country. The cherry on the cake though are Clint and Kristy, who manage the complex - they are extremely helpful, flexible and always available. They also go above and beyond - our daughter lost her cuddly toy in the laundry and both Clint and Kristy could not have been more helpful in locating it and arranging for us to pick it up on our way through Squamish. Service well above and beyond expectations. We will certainly be back

This was our 15th annual trip to Greystone and Whistler. It was amazing as always. Greystone condos are all VERY nicely furnished. It's a short walk out to the ski runs, and the 2 hot tubs (indoor/outdoor) are great for relaxing after a hard day of playing. Clint/Acer are quick to respond to any requests, even at odd hours. Thanks again for another great year!

Perfect ski-in/ski-out location and newly renovate...

Perfect ski-in/ski-out location and newly renovated! This clean and convenient unit was perfect for our family of six (4 kids ages 2-14). Newly renovated and it shows! Perfect for ski-in and ski-out, next door to equipment rentals, and good proximity to the Village. VERY responsive management, responded to text messages in the off hours and seemed very determined to ensure a good visit. Bonus: terry bathrobes in the unit for all! Definitely would stay here again.
