In the middle of Times Square and then literally assaulted by tourists. But we ate and drank well and above all got the famous souvenir t-shirt!

Being a big fan of rock, I was impressed by all the relics (guitars, basses, clothes ...) that contains this hard rock coffee.
The cocktails are great but cons for the service, do not be in a hurry ... and the servers are not very nice but good ...

The Hard Rock is what it is and you would have to have been living under a rock if you are not sure what that is. However this location in NYC is much better than most. The service is awesome and the food is amazing! We have eaten at many other Hard Rock Cafe's around the world and even stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas! This location has been the best of any so far!

The food was cold wasn't pleased, the greeters was nice then it went downhill from there the service was truly poor and slow I don't recommend this location

The first time I went the food was cold, but this time everything was very tasty, only that in each city they are supposed to have a significant apple burger in New York City but they did not recommend it. You have to wait a little always.

Ask the man who accompanied us if he spoke Spanish, of course the answer was negative. Still, he spoke to us in English with a speed that we could barely understand. We sat in a bar and asked if it would be possible to sit at a table but told us it was impossible without further explanation or at least without trying to understand (every time we tried to repeat what we said the gesture was unfriendly so we stopped asking) ... The table we requested was not occupied in the hour and quarter we were there. He spent the can of mayonnaise and we had a good time to look at us and ask for another new boat, so we ate the chips. At the time of payment, the account was $ 48 and we left a $ 50 bill at that time if he knew Spanish to look at us in a very unpleasant way and tell us "Alone?" And until we left negatively translating with the head and not ceasing to resonate while looking at us defiantly ...
In such a central place I think they should be more friendly with tourists and above all ... MORE PROFESSIONALS

The staff have always supported and being with mindful and helpful.

Although we had a half hour wait but the food and the ambience convinced. The ribs were great and the portion big enough.

Visiting shortly this nice place. Lots of original quitars of musicians in the lobby!

Friday night and complete chaos. Waited soo long for the food, in total it took two hours from we seated until the main dish was on the table. When the food finally came, only 3 out of 4 on my table got their dinner. My steak never came, and I had to tell them I didnt want it anymore, I just had to eat from the the other's plates. Suddenly the manager came with my steak and said I didnt have to pay for it.
We didnt get any other discount.

Excellent location & the burger I had was out of this world - absolutely delicious! It was extremely busy though & staff were struggling to keep up.

I found the place very expensive and everything very spicy ... Nothing warning you that there was pepper in things ... The place is cute and lively, the waiters are well attentive, but the food did not like it!

Disappointed with a mediocre side room & A meal ordered without dairy but came with cheese. It went back but my wife had eaten hers before I got a replacement was offered a desert as compensation but you try finding anything that doesn't contain milk, cream or butter on a desert menu.

Super-friendly, large restaurant on a large surface at different levels. Great exhibition in the restaurant and in the neighboring rooms. Slightly cramped and unstructured store, with a small barely closed test room.

The collection of guitars from the Golden Era of music they have on display is just WOW!!

I've only been to the store, which is quite nice, though quite small, making the payment zone a bit congested.

There was no wait to sit which was great considering the location. The service was great, very friendly and quick. I give this two stars because the food was not good especially for the price. The fries had no flavor, were hard and over cooked. The burgers were bland and some were burnt beyond well done. My daughter had the nachos which were also over cooked. I ve been to the Hard Rock in Philly many times and never had a bad experience. It was disappointing to go somewhere familiar for good food after a long day of walking only to feel ill after. We should ve just went to McDonald s for 1/4 the price.

Long waiting lines, food too expensive for quality. The decoration and music are great though.

A great place for lunch, dinner, dessert or drinks... the fun is totally built into the experience.

Hard Rock Cafe NY in the hearth of Times Square. Inside the stores, as usual, there are many musical instruments, accessories or clothing belonged to music stars. Inside the store you can find a good restaurant (expensive) and a very nice store in which you can buy Hard Rock Cafe t-shirts and many other types of accessories. Suggest it!

Wide, very spacious place. Accommodation is quick. The food is good. The service leaves a little to be desired.

Very bad attention. We asked to change tables and they said no (there were 12 free tables around us). We ordered drink without ice and wine with ice. Very cold inside. The worst hard rock of all !!! Do not go!!!

Best franchise I have ever visited. Really big store and restaurant. The menu is very good, has everything, and everything is very tasty. The service is also very good, and the food prices are average. It is very worthwhile to eat a hamburger, but if you are tired of eating junk food, you can bet on grilled salmon with mashed potatoes, it is SENSATIONAL. The drinks are also very good, Pink Lemonade is my favorite drink.

It is still a place where you can eat or eat well against the price remains relatively expensive

Was there only for drink and appetizers. Good interiors, good location, ok service (got food before drinks , and later tried to make it up being more attentive ), decently priced drinks and appetizers (ny price) , food seemed on higher side.
There was wait time of 20 mins, device started buzzing few mins after using restroom and started checking out their displays. great collection for music fans, didn't feel like we waited even for 10 mins. Btw, place inside is huge, and it's mostly filled.

Just dropped in to warm up and have a snack, the place is quite enormous but the best part of my visit was seeing that vintage Moto Guzzi sitting there. I must have taken a dozen pictures of that bike, I will see you guys in Feb. on a return trip ...

This was my first time ever at a Hard Rock Cafe. The venue itself was amazing, with a glass case with suits the Beatles wore, to a guitar wall, to plenty of pictures of famous bands. As for the food itself, we weren't too hungry that night, but the super sampler was totally worth the bang for the buck. Food was delicious, and our waiter, he was the coolest waiter I've had in a very very long time!! I highly recommend making a visit!!

Nice atmosphere - went twice in our stay, once for food and once just for a drink. Quite pricey for the quality on the food front, but was by no means bad.

Ask how to visit the lower floor. There are lots of items from the best rock bands

OMG THE NACHOS!!!!! OMG get the nachos!!! Forget everything else. And get the nachos. Omg seriously just get 5 rounds of nachos for the party. No one will be disappointed

Very old staff and the airco was on it was too cold! Outside temperature was warmer then inside. We ask the staff to reduce the airco
