I found the stadium and the on duty personnel confusing as to where to go for my parties ticketed 3rd level club seats. Be sure to check online before you head out to the stadium

One of the elite stadiums in the NFL. great fan experience. The club level is where it's at but there isn't a bad seat in the place. Panthers fans are truly coming alive and the city with it. Beautiful stadium in a really pretty downtown

Really not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of food vendors and restrooms. Only drawback is the cost of concessions. Did not see a lot of people buying food because of price. Easy access to all levels and great at accommodating people with special needs. Awesome recognition of our past and present armed forces personnel.

Nice stadium, make sure you understand the bag rules even during special events (i.e. non football events)

Such a fun place for the entire family! Love this place!

Beautiful skyline from the inside and very easy to get around once you've entered. They allow unopened water bottles so bring as many as you can to avoid the elevated prices inside!

I didn't go to the Bank of America Stadium, just passed by it.

Great stadium. Make sure you read the NFL bag policy before going as you may be forced to throw your bag away or take it back to your car

First time and enjoyed it but it wasn't Dallas so u just get 4 stars.

Awesome stadium! Not a bad seat in the place. Drinks, beer, and food are way overpriced and seats are extremely close together (like most stadiums)

Good times, win or lose. Better with the W's. Very nice stadium, clean and lots of helpful attendants and security.

Incredible experience. I'm not a Panthers fan but they showed good sportsmanship to Saints fans. Staff members in the stadium were very helpful. Seats we had were really high but the view was still great. Would love to go again sometime when it's not raining. :)

Watched the Steelers play and lose here but still fun as with everything like this everything is WAY overpriced drinks and food but it was still cool not a bad seat in the house I don't think

Nothing is ever stocked or clean. The seats on the upper level are poorly designed. You have to kick the person in the head in front of you if you need to get in or out of the aisle.

Was here for the Seahawks/Panthers Divisional game. The stadium was easy to get into and direct yourself around. The facilities and seating areas were clean. It was very loud and exciting inside, and the seat views were great pretty much anywhere. The home fans were generally friendly. Despite the outcome of the game, I had an overall positive experience.

Not impressed really. I've never been anywhere where the stair incline was so steep. It's fairly clean. Easy to notice from the highway.

Extremely clean and attractive stadium, decent seats and size seats. Would definitely return to see another game there.

Not a bad seat in the house. Very nice stadium. Very helpful staff. Prices not to bad for food and Souvenirs. Traffic not bad either. Just have to park a few blocks from the stadium. It's kind of pricey. The closer you get, the more it cost. If you park 3 blocks away, it's very reasonably priced. Diffently will be coming back to see more games.

Security to get in is overzealous and creates a huge bottleneck. On par with the security theater offered by the TSA at the airport. Better arrive an hour early if you want to make it in by gametime.

Nice e stadium, wish we could have gotten in. Closed during the off season, we just wanted to tour

Nice older stadium. I'm a falcons fan. Seats are close to field. Mercedes Benz field is the one y'all need to visit

Evidently my wife's wallet was considered a purse so we had to go through the bag line. Just beware as you enter. Everything was fine except for that.. typical nfl game otherwise..

Great stadium and a lot of concession choices. Went for giants game and fell in love with Charlotte!
