One of my favorite places in Charlotte, NC! Not a bad seat in the house!? Honestly.... lots of open space, and lines are never backed up when getting in. Friendly staff and decent food.

Now, my dislikes: their new rules/policy re: bags allowed in the stadium. Double check requirements BEFORE going, because they WILL turn u away if they think your bag is too big! I made an attempt at going to their annual free fan fest but was turned away due to my purse. Their solution? Forcing people to stand in a separate line and pay $10 for a clear plastic bag that you had to dump all of your belongings into before being allowed inside (that, or risk walking all the way back to your car! And, in my case I took an UBER!). Not to mention, it was cash only.... smh. Doesn't seem very customer friendly. Also, it SUCKS having to walk up a very steep ramp to get up to the 500 level! I once had to push a customer in a wheelchair up 5 levels because their elevator was broken. No assistance whatsoever. No go kart to help transport people. And honestly, their food choices could be a bit better. The food pricing and choices at the new baseball stadium is better then at Bank of America stadium.

1st time coming and I can't believe that you have a cleaning company with a side business, where your own people at the doors tells all these ladies to leave purses outside because they are not allowed, then at the end of the game when you go back to get them they tell you that they are all gone cause for homeland security they have to clean them out, I bet if they have a bomb inside they wouldn't get close to them. Anyways the point is, I wasn't even told where I can go and look for them, we are talking about 30 purses at least and the same people that works for you the same ones telling us leave them there now they are telling us they are all gone and this happens at every game sorry

It was nice. Had escalators to the upper deck. The bathrooms suck. Urinals with no guards and lines forever. They need to renovate the bathroom situation. I did like the unlimited refills for $8.

The Panthers are the best Super Bowl 51 here we come there's a new kid in town NFC,AFC

Nice looking stadium to see a game, but I have a complaint. I don't mind security measures and bag checks, but they made me empty my purse into a clear plastic bag, and then put my purse into a bin...I was informed "we cannot be responsible." I clearly thought this meant it would just sit there until the end of the game and if someone stole my bag too bad, so sad. What they failed to mention is that they throw away all the purses. So at the end of the game I was rudely informed that my purse had been put in the trash...and that I had been given the option at the entrance when I got there. Obviously I wasn't given that option. So after buying tickets, paying for parking, paying $8.50 a beer and having slow food service...I got my personal property tossed in the trash as a thank you.

Very nice and modern stadium. I came here for the Belk Bowl and entering the stadium was very confusing. They had a massive line for just family of the teams. Could've done better with posting info or having it labeled on the ticket which gate to enter from.

Also if it's very cold / windy at all, this stadium gets VERY cold! The wind easily gets in the stadium somehow. FYI if it's cold outside, it's going to be colder in the stadium. The wind was gusting in no problem even though we were in a bowl stadium.

Nice stadium. Went with family to Panthers Eagles game. We are Eagles fans. Can't stand Cam Newton. We won!! Yay! Good parking options. Food and drinks are expensive!!!

We go to take a picture every Christmas at the Christmas tree in front of the stadium. I was a little disappointed in the Christmas tree it needs to be trimmed. Hope it looks better next year.

Wifi is much faster this year, escalators are great and the huge tvs make it an awesome experience.

We purchased tickets for the Liverpool game from a scalper on the street for $50 each and went into the stadium and were seated. Then 5 mins later, we were removed from the seats bc they were fake ticks. However, thanks to the kindness of the bank of America stadium staff. The replaced of tickets with even better ones and we were able to watch the entire game !!!

The Fan Fest was awesome! Food and drinks are pricy.

All the staff at the stadium were so nice!! Your hospitality was incredible! So sad that TN lost though!

Overall good experience. When going through security basically they say all you need to pull out is your cell phone. No keys and several other items listed. You go through security and then they wand you. Then they ask you if you have anything in your pockets. Yes of course I had my keys what you said I did not need to bring out. I think it would be much more efficient if all metal objects were out of your pocket before going through security.

Love this stadium, great services, easy to navigate, and lots of choices in concessions. It s also in a great location and I ve never had any trouble with parking and it has excellent views of the uptown Charlotte skyline. I highly recommend this stadium for anything from a Panther s game to an international soccer match. Go Panthers!!!

Had a BLAST at fan fest! Security check was quick, great seats and awesome fireworks and laser show!!! Thank you Bank of America stadium and Panthers For A Wonderful event!

Best ever! I had lost my truck key (thought it fell out when I sat in my seat) ran back after everyone left, there were a few employees there and I begged them to check for me and they did. Luck of my life they found it in the next row after they had already cleaned everything ( with backpack blowers)! Best service I have ever had!!!!

Way too slow security lines. Not really prepared to process large number of patrons in short time.

It was good until, a little kid falsley accused my husband of pushing him down and tearing up his sign, A TOTAL LIE. His father called security on us and they were going to throw us out with a police escort, until they reviewed the film footage and saw it never happened. My husband who was accused is a Vietnam veteran with incurable cancer from agent orange and is 73 years old 5' 6. Dont believe everything someone accuses you of, even if it is a child!!!

Really not a bad seat in the house, concession stand prices are fair considering what I paid at other places... Always an awesome atmosphere

Older stadium that is in need of being updated. Better yet, tear it down and build a new stadium in a better location.

Love it when my Broncos come here to play. Otherwise it's a place where I drop off my Lyft/Uber passengers. Go Broncos!

Amazing,The screens light up the entire area when it get dark. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I visited the Panthers Team Store today. Friendly staff and lots of choices. Prices not bad either (30% off winter gear today!) I'll be wearing my new knit cap and L/S T-shirt tomorrow. Go Panthers!

This place needs to get their act together. Gates were supposed to open at 10:30 for a 12Noon game. That didn't happen so we were forced to wait in a cattle chute type line crammed in like sardines with everyone complaining from 10:20 AM (we got there early) until 12:20 PM (two hours in line standing up packed together like sardines breathing each other's air and farts). We we're late getting in into the ballgame. 1st quarter was almost over. Then we had to walk all the way around the stadium to get to our club seats. You have to have a ticket everywhere you go (after finally getting through the metal detectors) and that means if you go to the bathroom, concessions, wherever ... hold onto your ticket. Long lines to do anything. They ran out of ice for drinks by halftime. Climbing up and down the steep stairs is like climbing a ladder. It just was not a pleasant experience. Will never go back. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Beautiful building but poorly managed. They have serious logistics issues at that place.

Go Falcons! Coll stadium but Patherns fans were that into it

Food is expensive, but the stadium is great for NFL games.

Food options are limited, but the cheeseburger was delicious.

BAD stadium...old cookie cutter type to me...number of exits are terrible..and they have a statue of the owner outside of it, who does that

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME, MY BROTHER, FRIEND AND MYSELF WERE SO AMAZED WITH OUR SEATING AREA AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS SO KNID OF SPECIAL AND TO SEE US ACKNOWLEDGE THOSE WHO ARE SPECIAL GOING THROUGH HEALTH SITUATIONS AND ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO LAY THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE TO KEEP US SAFE HERE IN AMERICA, THIS WASN'T JUST AN IMPRESSION ON MY MINE, BUT UPON MY HEART. THEN TO SEE MEN GIVE IT THEIR ALL NOT JUST FOR THEMSELVES BUT BECAUSE THEY LOVE THEIR FANS AS MUCH AS WE LOVE THEM, THANK YOU PLAYERS, COACHES, STAFF, STAFF WORKERS THROUGHOUT THE STADIUM, THOSE NOT SEEN AND ESPECIALLY MR. TEPPER AND THE OFFICERS AROUND THE STADIUM AND STREET AREAS. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN.

As always the staff was amazing! Everything runs like a well oiled machine!

The food was really good, and the majority of the staff were really friendly. There was a short lady with long brown hair who was on the 300 level scanning tickets for exit. She yelled across the foyer to another staff member - named Stephanie - in the ugliest tone and demeanor which caused many patrons to turn their heads. She then continued to irritate another patron and slammed the door in his face. She continued to mock Stephanie and talk to other employees about her. There were also no smoking areas and we were told that we would have to leave to smoke, but would not be allowed to re-enter. The bag rules are also pretty ridiculous.

Typical NFL stadium built in the 90s. Not difficult to get in to. Love the downtown scene.

Also known as Panther Stadium. However, compared to other sporting arenas, this really needs a major upgrade. The fan club area is quite poor. The fans deserve a lot better than this. The fan club area in Mo s stadium is full of pipe and really get to flag it. In the stadium, there is none. Even the problem is quite devoid of all of this. Hopefully, with the new owner there will be major upgrades to the stadium.

Great atmosphere, friendly people not to mention the game we saw was really exciting & close.
