It was cool I love that it on the strip and close to everything else the room was decently priced I just think the casino area needs some updating the carpet reminds me of my grandmother's house and was just plain and didn't match any theme of the room

I really liked the King resort tower suite with the bathtub. Beautiful room. Loved the two separate sink areas and a separate area for makeup. Came with lots of towels. The bathroom area was well lit. The shower and tub are GORGEOUS. The bed was extremely comfy. Blackout curtains were great.

HOWEVER: So many cons occurred. My room is a non-smoking room. It reeked of marijuana. The first 3 days I called Guest Services for housekeeping to come and spray the room. It was abysmally pungent. I remember the second day I called to complain because the smell and also I needed to let them know that I kept finding pieces of trash (confetti, pencil shavings) from the last guest, but worst of all: HAIR when I first went under the covers the night before and hair tucked in between folded "fresh" towels. I told Guest Services how discomforting this was and they said they would send someone up within the hour to spray the room and also a Housekeeping representative to discuss with me within the hour. Over an hour passed, no one showed. I called again and I mentioned I couldn't wait any longer because I needed to head out for the day. There was an empty fridge for your stuff like leftovers, but no microwaves available.

If you stay here, be ready for the pungent smell of cigarettes and marijuana throughout the halls---bring room deodorizer/freshener with you if anything.

This is a convenient location on the strip next to a CVS, the Bellagio, Caesars Palace---AND attached to the Paris really.

Really beautiful property!

Really beautiful property!
The rooms are massive and could use a update, but overall very nice.
The main issue is how far you have to walk and change elevators twice, between your room and the main casino area.
The Bouchon Bakery is a great place in the morning to grab something delicious.
I would stay again, if I found a good deal on the price.

Awesome view, nice hotel and guest services. Wish they had an open pool to access at least close by. Smelled of smoke heavy on the walk to the elevators because the oval bar attracts people for the drinks. Will be back

First let's talk about the room:

First let's talk about the room:
+The room isn't new at all, dim light and it's a little big for couple with king size bed. If you can see ghost, so this isn't a good place for you.
+They provided basic thing, except pair of slipper. You should bring moisturizer machine because the room is really dry, Look! there is blood comes from your nose.
+You just need to sleep here so don't expect too much.
+Food here is expensive, go to the CVS beside it to buy food and water (it 9 mins from the hotel, really close and 24/7)

Second thing is about Casino:
+Old, and it has bad smell
+Get the membership card, it may or may not useful. Collect them and prove to your friend that you had been in Vegas.
+Don't play alone in a table, find a table with at least 2 playing there.
+It link to Paris which is really nice and convenience

Bally's is an okay casino on the strip. Like most of the other hotels it's going through constant renovation for the better. It's connected directed to Paris and has an easy access bridge to Bellagio across the street. It's also connected to the Vegas monorail, so you might come across this hotel/casino is you are visiting the strip.

Only reason why Bally's gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because they should bring back free parking, at least for Nevada residents. I used to enjoy going the Caesar's Entertainment casinos without worrying about parking. Other than that, they still have free valet for Platinum membership, which I don't have. Bally's is still a great casino and I love that it's a dog friendly hotel.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen, staff don't know what they are doing, we checked in Sunday at 1:30 pm and been told our room is not ready yet and they will text us when it's ready, at 3:30 pm they text us to go get the keys but we have to stay in line again to get the keys, the line was too long and some guests was checking in at the same line to pick up the keys when we complained about it the staff was lying so we spoke to a manager about it, we get to our room founding the surprise ripped curtain dirty couch and dirty pillows we took pictures and we went down again to talk to the manager with new complaint about the room and we show him the pictures he was surprised too then he put us in another room , we get to the new room founding trash in the baskets like someone used the room and they didn't check it after they left so we had to call the manager again to send the house keepers to clean the room so by the time we have the room it was 9:00 pm so upset never book this hotel again, also by the way the first room has the tv slide out the cabinet so you can see it from anywhere in the room the second room the tv didn't slide out we called the manager again to send the maintenance guy to fix it the maintenance guy couldn't fix it and they told us some rooms the tv slide out and some rooms not this is how it is designed but when I was trying to connect my computer to the tv when I turned the tv to the left it slides out like the first room so even the maintenance they don't know anything about what they are doing.

I came here to see the Bodies Exhibit. The exhibit was pretty cool. Tickets cost $22 with a Groupon and it wasn't crowded when I went there. On my way out of the hotel I walked through the shops/restaurants which were made to look like an outdoor village complete with indoor buildings, fake trees and a painted sky ceiling. Overall it was very beautiful.

Stayed at Bally's for a convention in Vegas.
We had previous good experience in my family with this hotel but a lot has changed in the past few years.
Pros: Well located on the strip, Old-school Vegas size rooms are bigger than the new hotels.
Cons: Everything else:
1. Bad attitude at the reception.
2. Had torn sheets for 3 days while I complained day after day. First two days had dirty sheets, complained and not replaced on the second day.
3. Was over-charged an additional day even tho I check-out both on the link I got by my e-mail + gave back the keys in the express check-out. Had to send proof of my flights to the supervisor once I saw the charge to receive refund. The housekeeping says the room was in use for the additional night (?!?!)
4. Annoying aggressive sales merchants all around the hotel lobby floor. No matter which entrance you come from and to which elevator you will go you get at least 3 merchants trying to sell you overpriced goods.
5. Non smoker room, had the smell of smoke in the room for the last 2 nights, probably was vented out from a smoker room into ours.

My recommendation, stay away from this hotel.

Ambience, amenities, and connection to the Paris resort were plusses to the experience. The casino floor possessed the same smoked in scent that one can expect out of the experience, however detracting it might be.

A classic hotel among the new guard in Vegas. Bally's may not be the height of luxury, but it is comfortable, affordable, and the people that work there are completely customer oriented. The location is mid-Strip so it's a short walk to several casinos and shopping venues.

My first experience in the city that never sleep was fantastic, and Ballys of course made possible. No negative comments here, my favorite activity was the workout room located in lower level. The SPA attendee "ROCKY" was professional as well as a entertainer. Check in timely room service fantastic, food court and shopping experience, the BEST....Going back in 2020.
And yes. BALLY'S my choice! SALUTE TO STAFF, MANAGEMENT.

My wife said a 5 but there was a marijuana convention the day before we arrived so you know what the room smelled like all weekend. We also had a make up mirror that the light didn't work so I called to have it replaced and when they came to check,he said sorry but we don't have any replacements. My wife used our travel mirror for the weekend.

Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable, but ventilation is horrible. We rented two rooms and one of the rooms smelled like puke when we entered it, but at least it was better than the smell of the casino. I'm a smoker myself and still felt queasy from the amount of smoke while we were checking in. Location is great, but not something I'd suffer through the smoke again for.

Really good location, also newly renovated room is nice and clean, but casino was way too smoky.
Front desk agent wasn t friendly at all during our check-in. Not too many restaurants or Snack bar inside the hotel, ended up we have to walk to Paris to get a sliced of pizza.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. We were in the indigo tower, reasonably quiet other than a really lord fight from some drunken neighbors at 3 AM, but security showed up quickly and handled it.

Amazing location, great guest rooms, high prices(especially during big conferences and holidays, long lines for morning Joe, but Amazing location. Did I mention the location, connected to the Palazzo and the Sands Convention Center?

If you can afford the price, why not?

Nice location right on the strip, but rooms are outdated, they could really use some maintenance. Watch out for their hidden charges. If your able, I would recommend staying at the other surrounding hotels.

Make them stick to your reservations. I reserved a king non smoking and they gave me 2 doubles. Back at the check in I was told no kings were available. When I challenged the clerk she bold faced lied to me. Her supervisor said several were available. Won't stay here again. Lose my trust lose me.

We arrived yesterday around 11pm, customer service is very unfriendly, seems like she does not want to work here. She doesn't explain us anything, we have to ask about every basic information...breakfast, parking, deposit.. in the end we even didn't know where is our room located which way to go!! She just gave us the keys and turned back. One time and never ever!!!!

Room was clean, Bathroom Clean, Mattress was perfect, Sheets and Pillows were CLEAN, NO HAIR ON THEM, NO SPOTS, Customer Service was great and helpful. I had a good time. I come here probably 3-5 times a year. Sometimes i stay at other hotels not that I am not happy at the Venetian but I like to try other ones.

The Hotel is beautiful in itself. Great slots and wonderful bar service. HOUSEKEEPING was NOT good. Their cleaning schedule is posted (8am to5pm) but when you leave your room at 930 and come back at 4pm and your room is STILL NOT CLEANED, NOT GOOD! Security needs to learn a little more about public transportation. Nice food court. Good breakfast at Nathan's. Need more tables around pool area. $$$$ for poolside drinks. Thanks Ballys we had a nice stay but we'll stick to Downtown next trip.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best coffee is in the booth near the front desk. Only complaint is the pricing. Don't book in advance unless you are going in a peak period. We ended up paying 5x more than if we booked when we arrived. The hotel also didn't honor the Go green credit.

Awesome service and great room for the price. I wish the resort fee was indicated online, as it is an additional $30/night at the room we stayed in at the Jubilee tower portion of the hotel, but other than this surprise $60 charge($30/night for two nights), it was an awesome stay.

Me and my husband stayed there right after we got married. It was nice room with amazing view on High Roller and famous hotels. We had a short, but great time there. Location is absolutely cool! All famous hotels nearby. Thank you Bally s!

If you want to feel like livestock, by all means, stay at Bally's! To call this place overrated is an enormous compliment. Don't put your Vegas trip in jeopardy by staying here. Airline companies have a higher level of customer service.

Very impressed with the renovation. The rooms are the most spacious of any on the strip and they are very nice!!! Great value for the money. Pretty centrally located on the strip as well. LOVE the check in/out with the kiosk as well. Staff if great.

The casino has great minimums and was even pretty busy on a Monday night. The bars have pretty attentive bartenders so you'll have a good time drinking with friends there even if you're not gambling.

Not sure if I would return to this hotel. Room had blood spatter on the wallpaper in the bathroom. The curtains were dirty and my friend had hair all over her duvet. Best part was that in the morning of our checkout someone busted the door open at 8am without knocking. I was so shocked and ran in the hallway and I have been told oh we are checking rooms. Really?! At 8am? I went to the desk to bring everything to their attention. Their reaction: I should have locked my door. Nice tip. Thank you. No apologies, nothing. I also sent them my feedback and haven't heard anything back. I know it's Vegas and there will always be guests there but I was not impressed.

Decent lodging and central location. Resort fee is egregious when the hot tub and pool are closed in the off season. Two major errors by staff cost us a significant amount of vacation time; response from management was confused and inadequate.

The room is nice. Servers and front desk are great. Security staffs are rude and mean if you have children accidentally stepped into bar area. Limited Wifi access for the hotel guests in Bally's. Only limited to 2 device and the 3rd will cost you extra $14.99. If you travel alone which is ok. But if you travel with your family with a few device. You just need to walk to other hotels and shopping mall and they all have free wifi.

Great rates and location on the strip. Housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly. Sure, the property looks a little dated, but that really didn't dampen the experience whatsoever. Highly recommend if you're looking for a convenient property on a budget.

Undoubtedly the worst time I've ever had at a hotel while on vacation. Rude staff, nobody is on the same page, security is amusing at best. I'd rather sleep in a tent in the desert than waste money here

Accommodating staff. Easy check in and out. Didnt have a major issues. Stayed a jubilee tower/suite, all clean, no major issues. Would have been nice to see some upgraded or renovated amenities such as TV but overall room was great with a strip view

Booked this hotel through Priceline specifically because no resort fee was advertised, nothing in terms and conditions either, but when we get there they refuse to give us our paid room unless we paid an additional $50 for a "resort fee" and $15 for parking. Oh and when we asked what the "resort fee" got us, they said it covered the WiFi and phone calls from the room. Would have been a steal for those services 30 years ago lol.
