Room was good. Casino is nice. The pool staff need fired.
Good view of the Strip and easy to walk to the convention space at the Caesar's
Expensive. We were going to Twilight zone minigolf. Hard to go to with kids because eveywhere you look they're advertising for the topless shows. 45.oo for 3 orders of chinese food at the food court. The place like a panda express. That was a one item with rice. We won't be returning.
Rooms are huge, clean and modern. Will definitely stay here again.
The staff downstairs was rude, maids were super friendly, drinks were expensive- $13 for a small Jack and Coke, parking was an absolute nightmare and is $10/day, but the quality of our room itself was good. We had a room with a Jacuzzi tub and that was awesome. The room looks dated and could use new wallpaper and caulking.
Cheap roooms
Good payout at the casino
Easy access to shopping
Easy access to food
Easy access to parking
Casino always full unlike others
No coffee maker in the room
No free water
No changes of sheets daily
I icemaker on each floor
Large sized rooms with a couch and good views of Caesars fireworks on July4
Room was spacious. Amazing view. The casino floor seemed to be the smallest around. However, it wasn't crowded. Middle of the strip made exploring so much easier.
No complaints. Big rooms and great location on the strip.
It was the better of the casinos on the strip in Las Vegas i think i won a couple dollars here i only spend 2 dollars at casinos though
Great pool, the staff have all been wonderful and very helpful. Our room is beautiful and a gorgeous view as well.
Perfect place on strip. Fang at bar is my favorite bartender in the world.
Won some money. So it was a great time. Would recommend.
Tried out the Sterling brunch which is only available on Sundays until 2pm. For $100 all you can eat lobster, jumbo shrimp, steak, sushi etc. The dessert bar is amazing especially the chocolate strawberry! Comes with unlimited champagne. The service is phenomenal, especially Tony! Try it out you won't regret the experience!!!
So far it sucks. We had to park in the garage, which I kid you not is a mile from the elevator. There are no luggage carts. We are not young. Thought we were going to pass out.
Clean, great hotel in the middle of everything on Las Vegas strip
Big place with some interesting things in the lower level, like arcades games and a Twilight Zone mini-golf.
First time staying at this hotel - great service - checked in/out via kiosk. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.
Had 1k in chips in my pocket. Watching craps table to learn to play. Refused cocktails bc not actively playing . Won t be back. Stay here too - not impressed with service or room cleanliness.
It was not the greatest hotel but it was to get around everywhere. The pool here is very nice to. The DJ played good Music
Went for dinner at BLT Steak, excellent food highly recommend the New York strip, great hotel staff, wish they had more EV chargers though, all 4 were in use when we got there, but 2 are ALWAYS in use by the same 2 cars every time we visit (a black Cadillac and a dark grey volt)
Ate at Ramen Katanaya, best ramen I've had outside Japan. Store is located in the shops between Bally's proper and Las Vegas Blvd. Great food, great atmosphere. Captures the street causal vibe of a modern ramen shop. Definitely recommend.
Like staying here because it's easy to walk any where you want to go ,the bartenders are wonderful ,service is great
This place is so dated. As soon as you walk in the cigarette smoke punches you in the face. I understand there is smoking in casinos but the other casinos have a much better air flow to at least mask it. We went to eat at an Italian place there which the food was excellent but you could still smell the smoke while eating This place reminded us of an old nasty bowling alley. Get with the times, Bally's! The other casinos in Vegas are way better and fresher.
I love the Location , restaurants, service and rooms. Water flow from sink in room was weak. All else was great.
Parking was pricey and they did not waive the fee for guests. We ended up finding a cheaper place.
MOLD !! Danger!!!
Walking into my "nice" Spa room i felt that spicy smell in the room air..
Once i went into the shower between the crumbling floor tiles and door step and hot water start flowing i realized what is the smell - MOLD !!
Shower was full of mold to the point that the steam with spicy mold smell made me almost puke and had to leave the shower after 2 min.
Hotel don't seem to care. They will at most refund your "resort" fee and check in the next sucker..
Health department hello...
I had problems with my 1st room and although when I called them on it, they said nothing else available. I went down and spoke with them directly and I was given this room with the wonderful views that I have. I paid for a room with a strip view, not a wall, so it started off pretty bad. It's my birthday and I wanted what I paid for, of course. Although they said they had nothing available, they did, because this room hadn't been dusted in ages...and I mean ages. I actually dusted when I got here and was congested all night. It's a great price though, so you really do get what you pay for!!!! I wouldn't not stay here again, but this would definitely not be my 1st choice!!! Okay for price!!!!
One of the best things about Bally's is the location on the strip. The room was nice and had a mini refrigerator which was a plus. We also had a great view of the strip, and its a short walk which takes you past a lot of food and drink options before heading out. There is also easy access to Paris as well. The pool here seems like an afterthought and is a far walk, you are better off going to Paris's pool any day.
Good balance of traditional casino and price. Good standards. Good location. Small pool. Been many times. Always near top of the list when looking for accommodation.
The casino was great. It was very clean and the drinks were the best.
Stayed in an updated room, but elevators and common spaces could use some touching up. Non-smoking room still had a bit of a smoke odor to it
I loved staying at ballys! It was in a great location on the strip central to everything. I could get to Paris, planet Hollywood Caesars and bellagio all very quickly. Room was really nice and the food there was great.
Best location on the strip, lots of food options, nice selection of games...great views from the rooms..
Old and not clean. The shower head was mostly clogged.
We came here for a Car rental from Hertz, it was a bit of a hassle getting the car. We arrived at our reservation time at 7 am with no line and it took an hour to get in our car, this was due to disorganized staff who didn't have the proper garage key to get us out of the lot. When we dropped off our car the place was closed with with no lockbox in site, we had to walk back to the garage which is not that close In order to leave our key. I understand this survey is about Balleys and not Hertz but I still think it's important for the hotel to get feedback about the on site business partners.
We love the Brunch buffet on Sundays. The casino is great too. Never stayed in the hotel though.
Very grand. It links to the monorail which stops at different hotels.. To be honest your better off walking down the strip as by the time you have managed to find your way through the enormous places, it's not worth the leg pain..
Older hotel. Center of everything. Great Mexican restaurant. Nothing tooimpressive. Pool area not open.
Definitely plenty to do in the area. Central to famous attractions with fair parking rates and plenty of transportation options.
Wayne Newton is a great show, entertainer and better human. Worth to see and relatable for all demographics. He took pictures with us after too. Very energetic and personable. Thanks for all you do Mr. Newton.
Sterling Brunch (on Sundays) isn't cheap, but amazing / bucket list experience. Caviar, Champagne and lobster tails are never ending. Make sure to book plenty in advance and thank us later.
Javier was our server. He was tux clad, professional, interactive and effecient. Champagne never was empty. Shared old stories with us about MGM fire.
Been coming here since it was MGM and I was a kid. Good to see still thriving and succeeding.
If you are local, parking can be confusing if you don't valet...and obvuiously not happy about paying now. But otherwise, keep up the great work Bally's.
Stayed here for a couple of nights. They share a parking garage with the Paris hotel. The express check in/check out kiosks are great. I hate that you have to pay for parking in Vegas now though : (
Our room was very inexpensive and the room was very updated. Great value for the nights I stayed
Older rooms, few amenities. Not bad, but not great.
Dies not seem organized and the staff isn't friendly.
Great Price, Rooms were Beautiful and the Restaurant's Amazing!!!!!
Room was pretty good. Lobby was smoky af. I hope you dont have sinuses or any other breathing issues because they smoke will choke you up real quick. I mean quicker than you mama snatchin you when she dont touch anything in the store.
My room wasn't clean, the staff wasn't nice, there is a club right below Bally's so you pretty much cannot sleep in the hotel and just overall I was pretty disappointed with my choice last time I went to Vegas. I definitely will never stay at Bally's again. The only thing it has going for it would be the location. It is nice for a person who is trying to walk around Vegas because it is centrally located on the Strip. But it's also right across the street from the Bellagio and the Bellagio is much nicer so if you're choosing then choose the Bellagio.
Good location. Easy access to the Vegas strip. Nice clean room. Friendly, helpful staff
Don't waste your time here. Save your money and stay / bet somewhere else.
Small but nice casino. The hotel rooms were clean, but not anything special. The restaurants near it though we're fabulous.
Very nice room if you get the upgraded ones. Casino is pretty basic but the location is amazing. Right across from bellagio fountains. Express check in and out was terrible though. Great for the price.
I liked the atmosphere. It was a little more modest than some of the places and the games were simple and familiar. A bit less smoky as well.
We had a great stay there! Gambled a little, ate at the mexican restaurant inside which was pretty good but they were out of a couple of things. I couldn't believe they had a drag show in the lounge. Vegas had come a long way since the last time I was there. Good for them for being fun and diverse. It was a great show. I highly recommend staying and playing at Ballys. I've been staying there off and on for 15 years. We got one of the newly remodeled rooms and is was very nice and comfortable. Thanks Ballys!
Awesome location and overall awesome stay! Enjoyed the vibe and ambiance as well as gambling!
Bally's was great hotel and casino to stay at. It was in walking distance of Las Vegas strip. Everyone was nice and friendly so much to see and do. Will visit again soon and Bally's is where I would stay.
This hotel is amazing! The shops are great, the atmosphere is electric too. We will definitely be looking to stay at Bally's Hotel on our next trip to Las Vegas!!
It's good but the guards tend to tell people waiting in the lobby with their kids to wait outside when it's cold as hell
Really like Bally's. It's been here forever. Old casino feeling right on the strip.
We really like Bally's. Great rooms and location. Nice restaurants too. They haven't gone girls dancing on tables and loud music, just a casino with the usual amenities. Nice place to stay.
Went through the Real Bodies exhibit. Absolutely loved it. Didn't stay at the hotel this time, but the times I have started there were exceptional.
I went to Bally's for the casino and had a wonderful time. I will come back again.
Always the standard of all casino's!!!
Now Bally's give me some rooms lol!!!
Bally's, Las Vegas, USA.
I went there several years ago.
This year, most hotel in Vegas started to chatrge resort fee and parking fee, no matter you use the facilities
We had a dinner for four at BLT Steak. Amazing food and an excellent waiter. Couldn't be happier with the visit.
Rooms were awesome and clean, busy atmosphere and great casino
My Manager booked a room at this hotel for a business convention. Somehow, our company did not process the payment. During her flight's layover, she discovered the error and asked me to contact the hotel and pay for it on my company business card. Bally's refused to take my payment. When I asked why, they told me that it was because the room should have been paid for in advance. I told her about my company's oversight and asked if she would not have a place to stay. They told me that she did have a reservation. I told them I wanted to give them the money for the stay and they still refused. I asked for a supervisor and she told me the same thing. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous.
Bally's has been my favorite place to stay on the strip. The rooms in the south tower are dated, but the location and views are perfect.
I Checked in to the julius caesar sweet not happy with the cleanliness of most of the room food and beer in mini fridge food on both end tables strange red stain in bottom of bath tub.
It's ok for a comfortable sleep. There was little noise. The room was clean. They have a non-smoking floor in case you need to escape the noxious, stale cigarette smell of the casinos.
Stayed here for a birthday trip. Great spot and location! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good deal.
Love Bally's amazing suite great location even more fun!!!!
Did not get 10 dollar credit. No one made our beds our provided clean towels. Missed my flight because no one was at the bell hop desk to retrieve my bag. It took me almost an hour to get it. I waited there.. no one came, no bell , no nothing. Waited in the check in line for almost 20 minutes to ask someone to reach someone..the girl behind the desk said she would call but didn't. She was more concerned with people checking in. It finally took me to ask a security person to help me and then only then did someone finally come out of their hiding room. Missed flight because of this and now I am stranded at the airport until the next first flight leaves. Ridiculous. Sucks also because it was my daughter's 31st birthday. Disappointed in the hotel and employees. Bad customer service.
Had alot of fun at roulette! And spent way too much time at the live keno! Was so great and loved visiting here.
Difficult to check into this place, charged room on personal credit card instead of company credit card even after explaining this to the desk. Once checked in the Bell desk was extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. Wouldn t help with a cart or help me find a solution to move our stuff. The Gift Shop people were very kind, however, their credit card machine takes 3-5 minutes to check out due to a new system . One particular transaction on my credit card showed declined on their end but showed up that it went through and took about 10 minutes to figure out how to refund the charges. Once in the room, pillows were left on the lamps and the clock was 90minutes ahead.
The hotel is dated but it's a good location and the Bodies exhibit was excellent.
Decent, good value hotel without a lot of frills. Front of property is cluttered with a lot of shops and restaurants. Located mid Strip.
Great room, very clean, nice service. The location is amazing in the middle of everything.
Customer service is awful here. They messed up our rooms, it took two days out of our five night stay to finally straighten it out, all without an apology. It was awful, we had to lug our luggage back and forth for two days! We really did try to stay positive and be courteous to the front desk people, however they were not courteous back. Never once did we get a sorry. This hotel is horrible. We are not picky people, we just wanted to relax on our vacation!!! If you want to be run around, and I have a horrible time checking into your room, stay here, otherwise go to another hotel. This was our fifth trip to Las Vegas, and this is the worst we have ever been treated. The location was nice, the Jubilee towers were nice, but the staff was not friendly at all. They did not care at all about us. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel!
