I stayed at the hotel during a convention. The staff was enormously friendly and helpful. The bed was okay! The venue itself has four restaurants, a coffee kiosks, and a sandwich kiosk, as well as an accessible food court. I wish they did room service in the evening - but they want to get you out there to spend money!

Attending a conference at Bally's for work. The facilities are good and the event has been a success here for a number of years. After holding this event at several other venues, Bally's had been the place for us for the last several years. It looks like we will be here for years to come. They've done a really good job here for us.
My most recent stay was in an executive suite with a view Bellagio fountains, on the 22nd floor, north side of the building. Every 15 minutes, the Bellagio fountains do their routine and it sounds like a handful of small explosions outside. If you're a hard sleeper this might not be an issue but for the rest of us, it makes sleeping here very difficult and I will think twice before staying at the Bellagio, at least in a room on the fountain side.
The room was quite spacious, offering wasted vanity space and highlighting a very large tub that I couldn't really get full and lacked any sort of jets. The comfort level of the room had a similar vibe where it looked at a glance, but it was hard to get comfortable in it. There was a lot of desk space and two chairs with some padding, but no comfortable chairs or a couch and that made it very hard to relax and appreciate the room or the view and this makes the room a waste for me. The tub is huge but not luxurious in the room is huge but not luxurious. I would have gladly traded 50 square feet of the room and both those chairs for a comfortable love seat.
I have not tried the room service so I have no opinion there and moving through the casino to get to the room is much the same experience as in other casinos; pack some hiking shoes and enjoy the journey.
Stayed here for the first time since 1989- 4 nights mid September, "68" floor of Jubilee tower. Big room overlooking the Paris pool & a great view of the Eiffel tower, south strip, and most of the Bellagio fountain. Room clean, modern More
Property is old but was pretty good, had an amazing view from 62 floor, housekeepers and cleaning staff do an amazing job to maintain the property. Beds were very comfortable. Right in the middle of strip close to cvc pharmacy And many more local shops. It s just the resort fee even though pool was closed and I m pretty sure no one uses the gym because of all the walking however they still charge full resort fee.
The Sterling Brunch to me, is The Best of Las Vegas! Tony, our table attendant is fabulous! If you venture there, be sure to request that you are seated in his station.
Stayed here in May 2018. Got a large suite at a good price. Not top tier hotel/casino but more than enough for me. Check-in kiosks speed things up. Did not gamble or eat here but there are some options. Also did the Bodies tour which was very interesting. Had a great time overall here. Central location.
Bally has upgraded alot of their slots machines, the casino floor seems a hit out dated but they are working on updating. I saw some sections closed and were under construction, which means in a few months if will be much nicer. The rooms that have been upgraded are very nice! For an older casino, they are definitely moving in the right direction. The best part is that in center stieo which gives you easy access to all other casinos.b
Very rude and obnoxious staff. Was up early playing slots and tables this past Sun and when I cashed out at the cage, I experienced the RUDEST cashier in my vegas history (25+ years of visits). Cashier by the name of JAN was extremely disrespectful, abrasive and most certainly incoherent. When I told her that I thought she was very rude and requested a supervisor, another lady by the name of CATHY came over and they both began spewing combative and defensive remarks. I just left as I didn t want to ruin the rest of my day. A short while before arriving at the cage I witnessed a mean, grouchy pit boss by the name of ANGELA (I think) yelling at a player and dealer. Previous night, I overheard waitresses making distasteful remarks about other guests and using explicit language. Unbelievable!
Service is going down the drain at this hotel. Most of the staff here are of lower caliber and likely cannot be employed at higher class hotels. Find another place to stay if decent service is what you re after...
TERRIBLE experience. Housekeeper came right in with their card THREE times in the morning, at 8.40am, 9.50am and 10.30am. Has totally NO RESPECT FOR PRIVACY and provide absolutely no sense of safety. Never coming back again.
Stopped in for a drink and a few spins of roulette. Staff was quick and friendly, very pleasant. The casino was nice, a bit loud, but no worse than any other casino.
This hotel was horrible!!! The beds were uncomfortable!!! The rooms are outdated...i.e. had to charge my phone at a lower outlet on the floor, instead of the newer rooms like in other hotels that have the outlets on the lamps or nightstands. No refrigerator in the rooms. I asked the front desk could they bring me up some silverware to eat my food they stated that room service was closed so I would have to come downstairs to find one. Of all of the times I have stayed in Vegas I have never had this much of a horrible experience. I will not stay at this hotel again!!!
Bally's hotel has that old Vegas hotel look and decor they also charge for parking $8.00 1_4 ,hours. I'm not much of a gambler maybe 20 bucks once in awhile, but since the hotel have gotten together to charge the guest and the public....i'll keep the $20.
A nice hotel, just not my seen. There is a $40 resort fee, plus the cost of room, plus a fee to park. It was close enough to the Tmobile Arena. The location is a bit hectic because it's on the strip. I personally prefer downtown.
The resort may be old at 30+ years but it is reasonably well maintained and clean. The rooms are a good size and price. With it being at the center of the strip and connected with Paris, there is plenty to do within the two facilities. The Bellagio, Flamingo and Caesars Palace are in immediate walking distance and there is a full set of 4 pedways in place of crosswalks at the intersection of the 4 listed resorts.
We were pleased with housekeeping and noted that they self adjusted to our comings and goings without being asked. Similar to cruise ships.
The only thing I don't like is the smoke on the casino level but that is everywhere. It is the only area of any of the resorts that you can still smoke in. The upside is we hardly gamble so we only passed through as we came and went.
If Bally's was capable of putting on a large show like Chriss Angel or Cirque du Soleil, I would give them a 5 star. Definitely will consider them the next time we go to Vegas.
I stayed with my 12 yr old daughter. There were plenty for us to do in the casino. They have a food court, video game room, bowling, and the pool. We were able to get in some shopping as well. Great place to stay if you have teenagers!
Everything about the Venetian is just beautiful. Upon arriving I was in complete awe of how every thing was so luxurious but yet so inviting. The staff was always helpful and very professional. The room was clean, spacious and perfectly decorated to flow with the resorts theme.
At the Venetian there was never a dull moment. The resort had a casino, restaurants, and tons of stores! I loved everything about the Venetian and I definitely would recommend this resort to anyone that's looking to visit Vegas.
Tried the "twilight zone mini golf" at balleys. Love the theme! Had so much fun, reasonably priced, friendly staff. The kids loved it and we had alot of fun too. It was all glow in the dark, we will be there again soon!
Great staff. Helpful. Front desk staff are always friendly. Excellent room. BLT is an awesome steakhouse here. Phenomenal free entertainment. Lots of inexpensive entertainment. Bar staff are terrific. In the middle of everything. New mall out front with fabulous restaurants. Any concern is addressed fast. I have to say I stay here all the time.
Convenient location. The rooms had lots of space. The beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable. Only complaint was the cosmetic counter by the elevators drive is crazy. No coffee invthe rooms and no water.
Have great rooms and they are surpisingly spacious and very clean. Was very surprised on how updated the place is... Competitive prices and honestly I would definitely stay here again. 4 out of 5 stars...
Went to the Sterling brunch best brunch I've ever had who was unbelievable the service was great. If you're there on a Sunday make reservations it's worth going to.
Very basic room even without coffee. Feels like you're just another number. Didn't tell us to pay for parking when checking in for a discount. With such variety of hotels, I could have done much better
Rooms were updated and clean. One did smell a bit off when you first walked in but after a few min you wouldnt notice. Two rooms. Two nights. Pool is huge and lots of lounges to lay out on. Self Parking was fast and easy in and out.
We didn't stay at Bally's but we did eat, drink, gamble, and shop while we were there. We had a great time. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and professional. We would definitely return to Bally's again.
Visited in July and had a bad experience. Paris hotel was having a party and the music was so loud the windows in my room were vibrating bad. We had a non smoking room and the cigarette smell was so bad that we stunk as if we were smoking, and I am still healing from the bed bug bites. I will not be going there anymore.
Attended a training event. The conference rooms located on the 26th floor are spacious , well lighted and conducive for events. Found staff to be friendly and cordial.
Bally's is another older but fun mega hotel with interesting shopping casinos shows and easy cut through to some of the other hotels but it's a little bit older but it's still nice it still worth checking out should definitely be if you're staying in Las Vegas should definitely be one of the hotels to check on the strip.
Amazing deals during covid. The room was so nice and for a complete steal! It was a maze to get to check in from the parking garage, but I guess that is expected in Vegas. Overall, a wonderful stay.
Jerry at the front desk was AMAZING!!! He was so helpful and courteous the whole time. We had some issies with our room and he did whatever he had to to make the situation right. He provided top notch service! Great location on the strip too. Parking was less than desirable but its doable.
