Booked it last minute/same day on Sept 11. THe hotel was very busy. The check in was all self service which felt safe and nice. The room was great, had space, very clean, comfortable bed, good shower and a view of the parking deck across the street.

Who ever checked me in was super rude and didn t explain anything.
It says Breakfast included but they only give you $8 per day to spend. Basically you can have a bottle of water per day. Parking??? I checked out and they said to retain one key to exit the parking and oooh surprise they said parking wasn t included so they charge me at the parking. I didn t have time to discuss this since I had to catch a flight so I just paid them.
Spent 5 days in comped room. Rooms are spacious, clean, washroom was updated to above par modern touches. Gleaming marble floors/shower/vanity. Backlighting on frosted mirror. On demand hot water, never wait for hot water. Appreciated the high quality bed linens and loved the fact that the bedspread was non-existent, but did miss having a bathrobe. Why does the pool close at 4pm? Loved having an empty mini fridge and not having to be tempted by way over priced mini bar drinks & snacks. Located on the strip, parking garage entrance wasn't easy to locate, but helpful valet ppl clued us in on how to get to it. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Very friendly staff. A little far to walk from the boulevard to the actual hotel but once inside very nicely decorated. It also has internal connection to Paris Hotel.
Ballys is a decent place woth tons of shows and food to shop at eat at. Their grand bazarr shops are full of diverse, unique and some what quarky shops. For instance popcorn girl is a shop that sells exceptional top qualoty popcorn. Good stuff at this casino. Lost of games to play and places to drink
The room was beyond gross. Puke on the walls, boogers on the ceiling, floor was wet upon arrival, sinks disgusting and about an inch of dust of the air unit. I have photos of all wish there was somewhere to post.
Room - smelled, sheets felt itchy. They must never vacuum. Casino - you won't belive this, but they card you for water. You'll see a lot of empty tables because they only have machines shuffling, house is winning 80% of hands on every game . Restaurants - sub par, except for Ramsey's place. Had a 30 dollar fajita that was the same thing as chilis. Better off going somewhere. They comp nothing, and charge for every little thing. Want salsa on your fajita, that's 2 dollars more.
It was good and clean but did not provide the five star service I would expect from such a well known establishment. Specifically, no toothpaste or breakfast was included with our booking which I feel costs the hotel very little and can increase guest positive experience by a lot.
It's not a bad casino, it's just not as good as its neighbors north and south. The rooms need a refresh... So does the casino. The Paris makes Bally's look like dump, and they are attached to each other. It's not good for Bally's because you can instantly compare the two. The Cromwell is it's neighbor to the north, and it is also a very nice casino. It's been awhile since the decorators have been to Bally's and the old girl is fading fast.
Saw Paranormal Mind Reading Magic by Fredric Da Silva at Ballys & if I could, I'd give this show 10 stars! DaSilva is mind blowing! Even if you don't get to personally participate during the show (& there are many chances), go to the free aftershow meet & greet for an autograph & picture taking. You will be pleasantly surprised by what else you get! Trust me, it is so worth it!
Room: Spacious, Newly Renovated, Clean. TV does not support screen mirroring (mobile casting) and has very limited options for channels.
No tea option just coffee (regular and decaf), No free/paid bottle of water and the front desk receptionist (Tee) looked at me like I'm crazy for asking if they had slippers at the room (no bathrobes either)
Service: Very poor except for house keeping (house keeping was consistently excellent throughout our entire stay). Both of the front deks receptionist that I talked to (one was named Tee, another male one I didn't catch his name) seem to be lacking customer service skills (frowning, looked annoyed, seem like they can't be bothered).
Overall, definitely feels like 3 star hotel. Would not recommend.
My first time staying here and had an amazing time! Great, awesome staff, nice rooms and very well priced. The food inside can be a bit pricey but tastes great! Excellently located with bridges that connect you to other resorts without having to cross the busy streets. I will definitely be staying here again!
Great experience fun place This is Fedrick he performs the Paranormal show it is a great awesome fun show he keeps the crowd tune in, you will not be bored
Very mediocre. Curtains let lots of light bleed through on top. Pillows have no support even when asking for firm. Shampoo missing from room. A/C doesn't do a great job, but at least the fan stays on constantly for good white noise. Bathroom is nice. I dunno... Probably wouldn't choose to stay here except that I'm here for a conference. There's just higher quality and better attention to detail elsewhere without much additional cost (if at all).
Newly renovated with retro 60s feels. There's a mini fridge inside the dresser cabinet, beds are very comfortable and clean. CONS: resort fee of 36.00 daily..I was told it is for free wifi in the room and use of gym. Sometimes you will find a very cheap daily room rates on most high end hotels in the strip but beware of the hidden resort fees.
Loved the experience in the hotel. Room was very posh. Service was great. Good variety of food options in food court. Very big pool with good music in resort. Overall enjoyed our stay.
We walked from The Cosmopolitan, only to discover the show we had paid for had been canceled without notice. No email or phone call was made prior to show time to warn the show had been canceled. I still look forward to seeing the show eventually. I don't blame the resort for the cancellation but would have appreciated a notice. The visit was pleasant.
I Celebrated my 30th birthday in Vegas in April 2017. The check in/out process was very Swift. However, we selected a non-smoking room and was given the opposite. A quick phone call corrected the issue. The front desk sent a bellman with a More
Went for the Sterling brunch buffet... Is something you should try and do if have the chance. The for is amazing along with the service. They really know how to do a 5 star buffet.
This hotel is located at the center of Strip, and it has a very good location. Additionally, the price is so reasonable for a night. However, the facility is pretty outdated and the reception desk is inconvenient and unfriendly. Also, there is no buffet, and you need to move to Paris which is the closest buffet from Bally's. There are lots of pros and cons.
I don't think I can afford to stay at this particular establishment...it's not the gambling or even the hotel charges, but the fact that they cannot be trusted to handle the financial affairs of their guests in even a respectable or even professional way. You will see a related review on this site. Just hearing what has happened to him makes me cringe.
Save yourself a few months of hassle and stay at a different hotel.
This was the first time at Ballys but we have been to Vegas soooo many times before. Very happy with the staff, the room and the cost. The room size was 600sq ft and resort suite which was not expensive. Perfect size and very quiet too, no other guests could be heard. Separate bathroom area and two TVs as well. The parking was a little confusing until we worked out that Paris and Ballys share the same self parking. Use the back entrance and turn off Audrie St into the back of the building. We will definitely be back here.
Rooms were nice and big and clean. Bed was soft and super comfortable. Thought it was gonna be very reasonably priced til the 40 a day resort fee was added in. Too bad you can opt out of that one like you can the housekeeping services.
We r from Nj went to Vegas. We had a great time. Celebrated our 39th anniversary with our son & his family. **** I want to put an update: on Nov 17 ( 2 months) after this trip my husband had a massive heart attacked. I did CRP called 911 sadly he didn't survive. we took this trip just on the spare of the moment. my son & his wife were going,we we're going to watch the baby 8mons than. At last min our son said Hey y don't u guys come. My husband is a truck driver. we haul produce. That time of the yr we r busy as hell, but I said yes y not. He said yeah let's do it. I am so thankful for that time with him. He & our son spent most of time together laughing, drinking just hanging out. If anything can be learned from this. Dear God love em while u have em. & Don't think u always have tomorrow. I lost my mom in Jan & Nov my husband. I wouldn't have ever believed it. Don't think it can't happen (I did) I just NEVER even thought it would happen,Boy was I wrong. Just live life & love the ppl in ur Life. Im so heartbroken
I need to say with great disappointment that at this place, which I used to love to stay, are now working thiefs. Someone working at the pool stole not only the cash and credit card we had but even our clothes. The security was not helpful at all, waisted our time for two days just to explain at the end that they won't even check the surveillance recording at the time of the event and with exact place provided... We've been calling for a month now their risk management office and still have no answer or receive a call back... Very, very disappointing!
Renovated rooms (some), food size casino, but a bit old. I really did like the studio suite. It's not much more money than the other ones but it is larger. It has a fridge and coffee maker which is nice. The employees have been nice and I have enjoyed my stay so far.
I was here attending the end of a barbershop convention and contest. An employee cleaning up had no reapect for the events going on while he was cleaning up. Other than that, my visit was pleasant.
Parking was easy here and the casino floor looked spacious. We ate brunch at Sterling and it was def an experience. The selection was small but it was very high end. Thick lobster tails, Alaskan King crab legs, oysters, and caviar are your main options for seafood. They also have a nice meat selection. Overall it was a good experience though a high price tag.
Very nice hotel and casino. We stayed here six nights and it was very enjoyable. There was a small issue with the thermostat temperature adjustment, but the Service Team fixed that within 40 minutes of my call to the front desk. Room amenities are very good, everything is clean and the bed is perfect comfort level. I m not a major gambler, but the various games were fun for me. I like the various eating choices within the lower level area. I would stay here again on future visits to Las Vegas.
This place is the location of Wahlburgers and monorail stop. If you're looking for a great margarita and/or burger stop at wahlburgers that's located outside past the front desk up the escalator. Balleys also has a entrance to Paris.
Bally's LV has chapel, pool, spa and Magic Attic, where we see magic show. Bally's and Paris are interconnected that guests has access to both hotels/casinos.
Decent enough hotel and casino, center strip but cost a lot less than it's neighbors. Stayed in the Jubilee tower with a great view over the high roller. Big room, reasonable shower. would stay here again.
We love coming here lots of fun and they have pet rooms. That gets us out of the truck for awhile. We do it all there ( gamble, food, shows ect.). All good times.
Great location. We visited the Indigo lounge which is a karaoke bar in the casino portion of the hotel. They had a great DJ and good drink specials - $2 beers and $5 well drinks. The lounge does allow smoking. There's ample seating and good song choices. A good experience.
The rooms are great but I always have to double check the fridge and towels to make sure they are clean. Last time, one of the towels had makeup and there was a leftover left in the fridge
Sink in the room was overflowed with gray water and carpet was wet with gray water in middle of night because they have plumbling problem. We needed to stay up until they fixed plumbing with drilling and wet vacuming but nobody of the hotel staffs asked us about We were ok.
Nice hotel and casino. Conveniently located near the monorail. Direct access to the Paris hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants, even fast food chains inside.
I reserved my room before I came, then they told us we sold out!!! However, they moved us to Wynn which is better than this one, so I was upgraded to the Wynn and that made me happy cuz I didn t pay anything. Overall, ain t bad if you wanna stick with your budget.
I went to Bally's to see the Bodies exhibit. The hotel is well laid out and easy to get around. There are signs with directions and helpful employees as well.
The casino here is fine and the location is good. It's just unfortunate that the check-in procedure is a joke (very little direction of any and only temperature scanned one person per room compared to other hotels and restaurants that scan everyone) and the rooms are not as clean as I would expect for even a hole-in-the-wall hotel. There was some brown paste on the bathroom floor (I won't make any assumptions on what it was), a bobby pin on the bathroom floor, and the trash not emptied after the last customer. Overall, I wouldn't pay that rate again compared to the other hotels in the area.
The hotel was just okay. Some of the rooms are remodeled were okay. But on the one side of the hotel on the weekends they have disco music over at the Paris Hotel. It was so loud it was rattling the windows from 12 at night till 4 a.m. Impossible to sleep! Call down to complain they sent up ear plugs. That was their solution for $185 room per night. Would not stay there again.
I enjoyed staying at Bally's. Some rooms are noisy - I had to switch - but they are nice and spacious. Coffee provided in the rooms isn't great. Some rooms have great views, others have none.
Was really just passing through on the way to the metro rail. From what I saw, it had all the games of other places, was allot the same level of cigarette smoke. Seemed clean and well run.
