I loved Ballys... one of my favorite places in vegas
Lacks basic amenities. No fridge, WiFi is weird, no coffee. Room is clean tho. But for the price I expected more.
Beautiful room. We had a suite with a king size room with a 2 person bath in the room. It was wonderful. We don't gamble but watched our friends do so. It was a little smokey for me though...
Very good location . the hotel inside is very clean, neat , nice .
I love the rooms here. Service is always great. Could use a different selection of games
Great place and you must putt putt at the twilight zone with live dj!
Hotel room is average. Good location on the strip. Decent pool. Casino is average. Nothing under $15/hand. The dealers at the poker table were unprofessional. They will tell you that you have to stay and play if you only have been there for an hour and want to leave if it s 3 am. Win big and leave while you can. Dont listen to the dealers. Better games at other casinos. Probably won t try this hotel and casino again. It is owned by Caesars so they have others in the area that would be better.
Stayed just for one night and got a room upgrade. The hotel has really great location just in the middle of The Strip. The hotel connected with Paris hotel which has a lot of great diners and restaurants. The prices are pretty low and you can book a room at $100 per night with all the fees and taxes included. One of the best price/value rates in Vegas.
The front desk staff was rude. Wouldn't even make a phone call to help find my missing wife. Laughed in my face and kicked me out of the hotel i paid for!
Not our favorite hotel. It wasn't horrible, but I've stayed in much nicer hotels. They do not have much by means of food within the building itself. You have to go to the Paris side to get decent food. The shopping area in front of the hotel was the best part!
Pretty decent spot! Nothing over the top but i had fun.
Central location, fantastic views, feels great, you can not go wrong with Bally's ! Nilo helped us twice in a row, fast, professional and excellent service. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone. Thank you and I''ll see you soon guys.
Ate at Burger Brasseire, Alex our waiter was wonderful and the food was awesome
Great location. Great Price. Big room. But there is no bath tub, the AC is loud.
Went to the casino to gamble with my parents, they questioned my ID because my hair is darker in the picture than it is now. My dad made a comment like "it's my daughter, I wouldn't be taking her here if she wasn't 21" very respectfully, and the man at Roulette, his name is Paul, decided to very rudely laugh at my dad and say "oh yeah, that makes a difference" extremely sarcastically, and then when the manager came over to confirm it, he mocked my dad to him openly. Making everyone feel completely belittled and as if they are better in some way. Just a little advice to the staff: Stay humble, the money we are using at your workplace is the money that is used to pay your bills. I would of understood if we were a bunch of loud drunks or something but we are on our family vacation and did nothing but question why they were questioning my ID so hard at every station. Even the manager had a sarcastic tone in his voice, like we weren't allowed to ask why they kept walking away with my ID or something. I believe everyone deserves to be respected and should be polite. You don't have to kiss my feet but I expect respect when I'm spending money somewhere. The hotel is average at best, so the arrogant staff doesn't compliment it at all.
Ok so we got a really good deal on the rooms that's why we stayed here. It was a nice room but the maid service sucks, our shower was not cleaned there was hair all over the shower which it totally disgusting. Our AC was broken and the maintenance man had to come fix it, the air was blowing heat! The people at the check in counter are rude as hell and super lazy! They stood around chit chatting instead of trying to bring down the line of people checking in and checking out! Those people have no personality up there are not at all welcoming or have a positive attitude! After a long 10 hour drive the last thing I wanted was to be checked in by a lazy unprofessional employee who looks like she hated her job! No "Hello" or "WELCOME" just "Checking in?"
I won't stay at this hotel location ever again. I was completely unprepared for the staff's attitude with regard to service. Long lines to check in, check out, and obtain assistance with only a few personnel at the counter at any given time. When you make someone aware of a problem, they are not committed to "taking point" to resolve it but, instead, are determined to pass you along to someone else. Seems like the priority is to get you to purchase discounted show tickets than anything else: Was asked nearly every time I passed by the front door. But ask the concierge about the non-smoking room you just checked into smelling like smoke? You'll have to go to the keys desk for that. The line there (with no one at the counter)? Just cut in front...it'll be okay. We'll give you a new room, but you have to move all your things right away...YOURSELF (No bellhop offered or anywhere around). And that hefty resort fee they charge? Apparently that doesn't go towards housekeeping giving you fresh glasses, cleaning the ice bucket, or supplying new rolls of toilet paper in the room when they go in to clean.
Great service and hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Prices are good. The only thing I didn't like were the Express check-in/out machines, they didn't seem to work.
The room was decent. I was not impressed with the attentiveness of the wait staff. I was often left waiting while the staff would joke and talk amongst themselves. I did not receive that type of treatment when at other hotels and casinos in the area.
I go here for location. Older style but the room is still nice. Its located right in the center of vegas strip so easy access to pretty much anywhere near strip. Pool was pretty clean and big too. You can more affordable room rate with convient location.
When I came in September I stayed at the Paris Hotel. But I was here for a conference so I stayed at Bally s. Check in was fast even tho there was line about 5 people ahead of me. I asked for a room with one King bed at check in. I was very happy to get it. All the staff I encountered was so nice, friendly and more then will to help. Uber picked is easy to find. The food court is 24 hours! But room service ends at 1pm. It s in the middle of all the action. So that s nice, I loved the hotel and can t wait to return!!
Finally found a nice Keno bar, with several comfy chairs. Also, the only place we found with a keno board in a cafe. Nice to have a bite to eat and be able to follow the drawings.
Hotel is old and showing its age! Recent Reno's room renovations help, but still a lot of work to do. The casino is the smokiest of all the casinos I've visited on the strip. Hotel gets a 5 star for location and food, but 3 for everything else.
Super confusing layout and got completely lost even after asking for directions. It didn't help that pretty much all of the escalators were blocked off as well.
We were given 2 free nights by Bally's after we'd had our wedding reception in the Skyview Ballroom last year (beautiful) and were asked to provide feedback on our experience. We suspected we would be stuck with resort fees for our "free" stay, but we were very happy to learn upon checkout that it really was free! Extremely easy check-in via kiosk (we didn't see similar machines in other Strip hotels), and their beds are comfortable and rooms quiet. We were also given $10 of food/beverage credit by declining housekeeping service. All around great experience and free second honeymoon.
The conference rooms are easy access from Paris self parking garage to the conference rooms
An older hotel but the recent renovations to the rooms have really polished things up! Plenty of amenities near by make it a good place to set up at during a vacation
Haven't stayed at Bally's ever, was their to gamble. It was alright. Tables were too high minimum to play. Not worth it. I want to have fun, enjoy my experience, take my time losing my money. So just played a slot & the cocktail waitress never showed up. 36 minutes of sitting there and no drinks, not fun.
The room I stayed in was very clean and modern. I was surprised since Bally's looks outdated and older from the outside. All standard room amenities were available but I did not use anything except the bed and towels. I was happy to see tissues in the bathroom and that they restocked my room with soap, lotion, and shampoo after my first night. My only complaint is that after flushing the toilet, it sounded like the pipes were about to burst. I love the new shops and vendors down by the strip in front of Bally's as there was not much there before. If they can get some more food and drink vendors down there, I think it'd make an improvement.
Good not great. Older. Decent amenities. Friendly professional staff. Very clean
Stayed in a newly renovated king suite. Well equipped, modern and comfortable.
This is a pretty decent place to hang out. Everything looks easy, and there's a lot to do. You like you're stay.
VIP check in was awesome love the room and location. Just walked over to the diamond lounge at Paris for a few drinks and food. Now time to relax for the slot tournament in the morning!
I'm glad they have put work into Bally's as it is in a prime location on the strip. We ate some delicious tacos there.
Comfy and stylish enough. No coffee maker in the room, though. WTF?
Ok casino. The casino needs remodeled. Poor ventalation. Reeks of cigarette smoke.
The facilities provided were of good quality but basic stuff like water, percolator and soap were not provided by the hotel. The casino, I don't use.
The wait to check in was a little long. There was no refrigerator in the room. The room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was personable but had a slight attitude, probably due to the volume of people they were servicing. I would stay there again.
Very fantastic casino and loved to be there again and again.
Saw Miss Behave Show; f-ing hilarious crowd incorporated show. Had a blast.
Love this place the regular rooms are great but the Jubilee rooms and full suites are AMAZING! Love the casino it s clean nice and doesn t smell like smoke and dirt
Great hotel prices. Clean rooms. Loved the entrance area from the strip. Different from other hotels. Very quick service from staff on casino floor.
Was present for an ATM conference and had an incredible experience as one of the companies with a booth. Their team for constructing and tearing down the event were professional and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend having Bally's host your next convention
Always clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly! Fun casino in a great location.
While in Vegas, this hotel was accommodating and had an area on way to our room with a white leather couch and red background that I was drawn to and lounged there quite a bit. The casino was great I won and lots of restaurants to choose from.
We've stayed at the Bally's hotel a couple times and would doing again. It's in n the middle of everything.
Good, modern hotel and casino, but without atmosphere, like belagio is elegant, cesaris pales has historian rome atmosphere and paris hotel french atmophere, this one without any atmosphere
Place is dated but not horrible. Was clean and beds weren't too bad
Situated in a good place on The Strip. Staff very helpful and informative. Nice choice of restaurants.
I love Playing Live Keno hear I stop here every time I go to Vegas no matter what. Live Keno is my game and Ballys Is the best place to play since their open most of the day except 3.30am to 5am. So say hi if you see me there Instagram @Anthonystewartjr
Badly needs an upgrade in interiors. Felt very cramped to stay here.
Especially reception. There hardly seems to be space for people gambling, checking in/out and even getting food at the lavazza right opposite the check-in desks!
Having said that, rooms were clean, comfortable and conveniently located on the strip. And personally liked the automated machines for check-in and check-out
Nice, clean casino. I was upset that I didn't win. But it was a nice casino.
It is a fantastic hotel to stay at, has it all and is in walking distance to it all, rooms are spacious enough and beds are comfortable. I am taking 1 star cause of the shower, it's nice everything is well placed room for it all but the water pressure sucks. I mean come on in this heat I need to wash my hair and took me over an hour to wash all the conditioner out my hair.. a little more water pressure please.
Also go to Balleys..employees are great and always helpful
Very nice hotel and resort. Wish the casino was smoke free but the smoke wasn't bad. Great mix of different denominations of slots and great table action. We stayed in the Indigo tower. Rooms were a terrific value but it's Vegas so who spends any time in your room? . Very nice overall, already planning a return trip
Good location on the strip. Close to other huge casinos and the High Roller. CVS close by in case you forgot travel items or need medications. Can get to Paris Hotel and Casino without going outside.
Lots of shops and stores but prices are very high as normal for all shops in hotels.
Room was OK but dated. Don't stay in the Indio Tower. Got a surprise when checking in. They wanted $ 20 dollars plus tax to check in at 1:00 pm, early check in they said. Then, when i did finally check in after 2:30 pm, got another surprise, For a 3 night stay, $ 150 resort fee.
Then, no refrigerator in the room, no coffee maker or anything like that.
Could not get the AC to work properly, Tried several times to adjust the temp to no avail. Fan came on and off every few minutes, Finally had to turn it off.
Beds were OK but bring your own pillow, there's are not something I would want to sleep on again, ever.
I loved my stay at Bally's, the casino was always clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's near the middle of the strip so it was fairly easy to get anywhere we needed to go.
Rooms are clean (hard to cool down in the summer) staff is nice, decent food options but could be better and location is good. It's attachment to Paris is convenient so you don't have to go outside to get there.
This is coming from a first-time LV visitor so I don't have much experience with their competiton. However, I did really enjoy my stay.
I've heard Vegas prices are low but the hotel comps are huge for their higher tier members compared to the jokes that are the hotels&casinos in Florida. (Yes, you Hard Rock )
Definitely coming here again, whether it be after I stay somewhere else or the very next time I go to Vegas!
We got lucky and had a decent view. The room was clean and there was little to no noise from the other people staying on the same floor. Room service was speedy and the shopping connection to Paris is a nice walk compared to walking on the curb on the strip. Overall great experience. Casino slots there have decent payouts.
A good hotel and one of the more inexpensive options on the strip and is adequate and well worth it if you get a good price. Stayed here for a conference and it was quite far from the Sands expo center and more expensive than a few hotels closer. Had a delayed flight and they were able to accommodate check in a day later although when I asked them on the phone they were extremely not accommodating and wanted me to book a brand new reservation.
We stopped off briefly in the food court. Our last visit was three years ago and the area has been remodeled quite a bit. It was clean and well kept, and several new offerings of food. Overall location of Bally's is pretty center Strip so it is an excellent location.
An old school casino but a lively one. The age group is varied but seems to interact well. Live band at a bar just keeps the place hopping. The rooms are spacious and clean. I believe this has the fastest and best drink service in any casino on the strip
Good hotel. There is constant notice of a train or something but other than that the hotel is good and the location is very convenient.
Did the self check in. Kiosk said that room was not ready. at 10:30 p.m? i was like.... okay vegas, i'll wait and go get players club card. Then after 30 minutes of futility in search of players club card, room still not ready, so i went to "normal front desk" ...lots of rooms available. she said "the kiosks never work". Players club closed early. Supposed to be open until 11. It was empty at 10:30. Sign says to go to any cashier. Cashier said "the card printer never works, but, i'll try" surprise, it didn't work. Room service ends at 1 p.m. room is nice enough. Why is there a mattress pad in the closet? I'm here for 2 days, so i'll update if it gets better. So far, i preferred their sister casino, Harrah's.
Terrible, switched rooms 3xs. First room was infested with roaches and managment asked if we wanted to stay in that room or change. Really! Second room linen dirty showed cleaning staff she asked if we were checking out. Stated we are here until Thursday. Will never stay again 3rd room was ok but the customer service was so poor I was embarrassed for them
Good location and decent rooms for the price. The building is starting to show its age with the layout, size and facilities. Can do better.
It's a dump in there. They are remodeling now but the carpets are nasty the security guards are rude, a kid stole my ticket out of my machine and they told me it wasn't there problem if I walked away, I got up for 3 seconds to hand a friend something and the kid told me he put money in it. I only had a dime left and I was in the middle of a bonus so I know 100 that was a lie.
Very basic rooms, ours was a little dirty upon arrival. Great little deli downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Very nice beds, clean and good views. Awesome bath with jets in the room
Older casino..but ok..took a while for a drink and I only wanted ginger ale..no ice
Everyone I encountered at Bally's was friendly and very helpful. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
One of the few places you can still smoke in your hotel room. There is basically one floor for smokers in an older part of the hotel so the rooms are a bit dated but perfectly nice and very large. The city view is amazing. Will be returning.
Great location! Nice size room, very clean, with great view of the strip. Love that they still have real room service.
We just walked throw... Gamble had some drinks.. Never did see the water show.. Enjoy
Nice room good view. Near to lots of things gs on the strip.
