I stay here every time in Las Vegas. Chill place with Options.
Expected more as far as the rooms.....No microwave.???
Rooms updated. Great , clean. Elevators need better maintenance. Buca restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Bring back the casual dining where it once was when it was the original
MGM. The front entrance (the long enclosed walkway) needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Look what was done with the Linq hotel with demise of the IP.
I still will be loyal to Bally's for future visits. Thank you. RAS
Great hotel in an awesome location at a cheaper price tag. Has a nice interior with different drink and food options. Visited for gambling and was pleased with the variety of games and amount of tables. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting.
Even for a catered dinner in the event space. Plenty of security and the food looked and tasted good
Amazing. Rooms were very nice and big. And super clean. Very nice hotel.
Needs a major remodel staff there someone Pleasant way overpriced way outdated needs work
Enjoyed our anniversary stay. Paid a little extra to stay in the upgraded rooms and I'm so glad I did.
Stopped by to play some blackjack. They've definitely updated the casino in the last few years. Had a great dealer, which made for an enjoyable time.
I attended a dinner show. The show was great and the food was good. After dinner I decided to stay and play at the casino. I only left because the cigarette smoke began to aggravate my sinuses. The overall feel was great and I wanted to stay longer.
First time in 35 years is a Vegas resident I've ever had to pay for parking...
One of the worst places to stay on the strip. Everything is in serious need of an update, from the casino to the rooms, everything has the grimy Las Vegas feel. If your are coming to Las Vegas spend the little extra cash and stay at Planet Hollywood or Paris.
Nice place to stay! Everything has been great so far
Great peoperty, friendly people. I really liked the bazaar and they have a great virtual reality ride that's inexpensive, great for you and a friend
Room is nothing fancy, but moderately priced. Service, food vendors, and location are fantastic. Casino has been a great source of fun, and plenty of nearby attractions a short walk away.
Went to see the real bodies exhibit. Very impressive!
Always clean and people are nice. They were doing some remodeling by the front doors with a bunch of machines disabled.
It's older and a bit too expensive for what it is. I think that you are paying for location. The location is excellent though.
Don't deserve not ONE STAR*
My issues stems from some months ago...when I got injured on the base of Bally's bed frame. Reported the injury to Risk Mgmnt. Employee, Amy came and treated my injury...then team from Bally's Engineering Staff also came and spoke about how far the bed frame extended from beneath the mattress.
But the problem is that they (Bally's) will not not return your call. I called approximately 3-4 and their recording asks to leave message
Thinking they may have been swamped with "claims".... I allowed them time. Still *absolutely* no interest in assisting me...
As if Bally's was saying "just go away".. People "beware" if you get injured.. It may be just that ..... You left injured due to their neglect...and with any medical bills you incurred from it.
Took the kids to the twilight zone mini golf which we got an great deal on livingsocial. 4 kid's golfed for $18!!!.
This is my second stay here and it never disappoints me... ask for Jupiter tower for strip view... :)
The rooms are decent. However, there is so much cigarette smoke it is miserable for non-smokers.
Old, dirty rooms. Towels were not changed - found lipstick on my hand towel from a previous resident of the room. The pool is not actually heated as advertised. Want to check in early? $30. Furthermore, while trying to check-in, instead of being directed to the check-in counter, I was directed to a timeshare sales pitch. Oh, and you're greeted by the smell of backed-up sewage at the property. Couldn't pay me to go back.
Lots to do. Go see ZOE! An escape room with actors that keep you on your toes! Funnnnn
They had a massive failure. Lost water morning of 10-24-2017
Nice rooms big showers got a room where we could watch the High Roller it's so pretty at night with all the lights. Had a good time at Twilight Mini Golf . We will be back.
I love Bally's. More for the pool and the close proximity to everything I want to see/do in Vegas.
The casino was in good condition. It was a bit smokey. They should upgrade their ventilation system. The hotel rooms were in decent condition. Not the nicest, but can use some serious upgrades.
I wa there 30 minutes before someone stole my luggage. When I arrived I tried to check in but they said my room was not ready so I sat down and played slots where someone stole my luggage I told security and was suppose to be reimbursed but I have not been but all the sudden my room was ready and they saw the person on camera that stole it. There was 400.00 worth of stuff in there and it was the worst place ive ever stayed oh yeah they did take 83.00 out for my room fees after that happened and havent even gotten a sorry next time i will stay in a real Hotel. If i could leave a negative number i would
Ballys was ok in itself but was reasonably priced and very convenient
Nice place just walked around the casino. Don't know anything about the rooms. Seems nice.
Took my dad out to see a show and We saw Wayne Newton, it was a great show! He is really a great man. We got to meet and greet, i cant say how much it ment to us. The staff there was great! My dads bucket list.
If I could give zero starts I would. I had issues from check in. My card was charged multiple times for resort fees. Almost 2weeks later and the situation is still not resolved. I will never stay here again. Management is a joke. They offered to credit my card back but there is no credit.
Great view from room! Would give 5 stars if it didn't take half hour waiting in line for elevator! Room was very comfortable and location was great!
Smaller casino, but its connected to the Paris casino which is conveniently located.
Not bad. Location is great, room was nice and staff were friendly
Chicago's very own
Giordano s Pizza ! Now is the Best in Vegas.. Must Go
It's basically the Motel 8 of Vegas... everything is extremely dated and barely-if at all functioning. Any interaction with staff seems painful-for them. Security did respond quickly to crazy late night disputes involving very colorful Vegas typical moments.
Nice rooms. My I d didn t work on the express check it machine so I went over to the person at the lady at the check in desk and was treated the worst I ve ever been treated by a employee there at Bally s. It s great to offer the option of self check in but it s absolutely not a flawless system and Bally s should be properly prepared for when the system doesn t work for one reason or another. Rooms clean checkout is easy.
The place smells like smoke everywhere you go, there are no coffee makers in the rooms, room service time wore was an hour to have a drink delivered, and the staff is not the most friendly. The view from the room is great but i feel like other hotels I've walked through might provide a better experience. 3 stars is being generous in my opinion.
Everything was fine except I wish they had been faster with getting me the two rooms I reserved when I had paid for the early check in
Very rude concierge. Asked a simple question about a TV channel specifically NBCSN if that channel is available in the room and his reply was I don t know cuz don t really send time in the rooms watching TV. I spent a considerable amount of money and will not return. I suggest checking out the Bellagio much cleaner and great service.
Rooms and facilities were beautiful and the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location on the strip
Room was nice. Pool closed at 6 PM for some reason.
I love the idea of online check in/out but the machines were down everytime we tried to use them.
Very clean and classy, the rooms are super nice! The wait staff was most helpful and accommodating.
Went to see the paranormal show. Show was fabulous, seats were only so so. These were the kind of seats in a church social, not comfortable enough for 2 hours. Staff was great, and the performance superb.
My favorite hotel. Safe, clean environment. Staff pleasant and eager to ease guests.
No longer Caesar's best...but 30 years later a suite here still makes you say: viva las vegas!
Went to the Real Bodies exhibit. Great signage. Nice and cool.
Great place to stay and gamble won a few dollars very comfortable bed nice room cleaned everyday
Went for the Sterling brunch on Sunday that my wife and I had been attending for some 20 years. When I called the week and a half before hand, I was told that they do not take reservations. When I arrived and try to get a table they told me that reservations had been sewn up for the past 2 weeks. So if someone tells you they don't take reservations tell them that they do and when is the first opening date that way you can plan your brunch appropriately. This is an expensive brunch but it is absolutely the best brunch in Las Vegas!
The room was nice with a comfortable bed and decent view of the strip. I was attending a conference at the Paris so it was nice that it connects through with a decent selection of shops and restaurants right inside.
This was our third stay here and it was the worst. The previous 2 times were fine. I paid $350 for 2 night and can't believe how awful it was. The room was ok, no bathtub. Nice view of the Paris. BUT, we were not told that the Paris would have a DJ and club under the tower until 4 am! We got zero sleep. I wanted to leave in the middle of the night it was so bad and so loud.
Also, they have apparently leased out their parking structure since we were last here and it now cost us $30 to park in a hotel that we were paying ALOT to stay in. No heads up, very disappointing. The front desk clerk didn't seem to care and rushed me out. We will not be back, so sad.
Very fun place to visit. Lively! Drink service is slow.
I've stayed here multiple times, and I don't plan on staying anywhere else when I travel to Las Vegas. It's a prime location on the strip (walking distance from both ends), and it's clean, it's safe, and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Vegas.
They had a really nice blackjack dealer st a $10 minimum table!
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of Vegas.
I was a little disappointed at 1st. LONG line to check in, the hallway on my floor smelled like yucky deodorizer, I was nauseous from the smell, the room service Sucked dont use it. They got my friends room wrong- they put her in another tower - when I called 3 times before our trip to make sure we were together.
Ok, sounds bad BUT they sent someone up to vacuum the hallway and placed fans in hallway to Dissipate the smell. My sink didn't empty it was clogged, they sent someone to fix.
After 35 minutes on the phone they fixed my friends room. The casino is smaller but makes it pretty nice. The Downstairs coffee/bagel place had a fantastic breakfast sandwich and anything we bought there was delicious. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location of the hotel in my opinion was very nicely situated. So honestly my friend and I will definitely stay there next time and we are crossing our fingers that they can shorten line in the lobby and hopefully rip out all that carpet.
Nice hotel great rooms nice jacuzzi nice pool great service
Stayed here for a week bit dated outside but the room were newly furnished and clean and staff were great
Nice room and very nice and friendly staff. The room is very spacious too.
Probably would not stay here again. Service friendly enough. Room was worn out looking and a bit dirty. Housekeeping did a terrible job with daily room cleaning. For $50 a day resort fee I expect much better. Need to up your game or wave resort fees.
Decent signage and layout. Nice shops, not rhe Belagio or rhe Venitian, but way nicer than Planet Hollywood.
Had dinner at Wahlburgers and lunch at Dirt Dog. Great meals.
The location on the strip is great. The casino is nice. The room is nice and clean. I stayed in the renovated tower and it was nice.
Valet parking attendants were very rude. Tried to check in the hotel but told the room was not available. Tried to retrieve my car but the attendant did not wanted to give the key back. They wanted to charge $20 for the valet parking even though they did not park the car yet (just only 5 mins). They tried but we did not pay and we asked for the manager. He ended up returned the key but was not happy about it. Just wanted to let everyone know my experiences with the Bally's hotel. Will never book room with Bally's Las Vegas again.
Rooms do not look old or dated. Does not have any smoke smell at all. Bed sheets neatly laid out, one sheet however had a stain on it. It was changed the next day though. Only provided 1 very small shampoo and body lotion bottle for the 4 of us living there. Has a mini fridge but is hidden in a fake floor cabinet. There are nice big mirrors in the living space as well as the bathroom. Housekeeping would call you to ask if you need your room tidied if they see you have the "room occupied" sign at the door. Our Jubilee room had a very nice view of the Paris Eiffel Tower, and on the right side you could one side of the Bellagio fountain.
Great Service from Elvis! He made my Birthday better than we could've hoped!
Cigarettes smoke haven. it was exacerbating. Bring your inhalers
Somewhat dated casino, but it works. Dealers are friendly enough, pretty load though. I would return but I wouldn't go out of the way.
Nice rooms, view was alright, parking a little far.
We recently attended a show, Masters of Illusion, at Bally's and we loved everything from the moment we walked in. Very nice casino.
I stayed at Bally's for four nights while in Las Vegas and overall it was a decent experience. The location was great and close to many popular Las Vegas attractions, shows and restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable however when we initially arrived the room had an old stale odor to it and when I opened the curtain to view the strip there was a moth that appeared. Typically I would immediately notify the front desk of these issues however I wanted to shower and enjoy my vacation by going out on the strip and not having to be moved to another room. My husband was able to catch and kill the moth to avoid the annoyance of the bug flying back and forth however this would not be the last time we would see moths flying around the room during our stay. Upon check out I did notify the front desk of the issue and her response was "well it is moth season" and "had you notified us we could have moved you." My issue with this statement is that if it is moth season it is certainly possible that another room may have the same issues and also who wants to move from room to room while on vacation it is a major inconvenience. In addition to the moths, housekeeping attempted to enter the room multiple times even when the do not disturb sign was placed on the door luckily we had the bolt out to avoid being interrupted while in the bed or shower. I definitely would suggest this hotel to others for the value and location however the customer service is lacking a bit for customer's concerns and attentiveness of staff.
Great stay at Bally's. The room was nice and clean and they give you $10 a day off if you don't have maid service. There is a nice $15 breakfast buffet downstairs and the Bodies exhibit was amazing!
Conveniently located in the heart of the strip, well kept property with many things to do
The king bed room is spacious and clean. Prepare for extra time at the elevators
What a great Casino. I especially loved the 3D slot machines.
Always enjoyed this casino
Machines were generous
I only walked through Ballys because there is a monorail station there which is a big plus. However, the casino seemed decent.
Not as extravagant as the other hotels but it is connected to a courtyard with plenty of shops.
Only went here for shopping and any drinks I found on the way. Walhburger is a great stop!
