Rooms are dated, but I'm excited for the remodel they're doing. Good strip location
Rooms are dated, but I'm excited for the remodel they're doing. Good strip location
Great location, rooms are super big and well equipped. Cleanliness can be improved. Rooms are smelly because of the carpets. They moved us to a different room after we suspected we had bed bugs in the first. They charge 15$ for wifi if you have more than 2 devices connected which is quite rash. Made mistakes at checkout price (charged us for parking we did not use). All in all - mediocre experience.
Decent mid-range hotel/casino for lower priced rooms.
Not bad for a hotel on the strip. Conveniently located in the middle of the strip with access to many restaurants and stores. Fitness center was a little hard to find but after asking around I was able to find it in the spa. Outdoor pool area was very nice with a live DJ and drink service. Rooms were nice with a good view. My only complaint would be that the shower door in our room was stuck and we had to call maintenance. Maintenance took a long while to respond, responding to our work order the next morning, most likely due to the size of the hotel. Free wifi but you can only connect 2 devices to it within a 24 hour period additional without fees. Overall a very busy hotel with a nice location.
Great service! Courteous staff everyone anxious to help!
Bally's is odd. Didn't stay here so I can't speak for the rooms or service. Connects to the monorail which is nice, but having walked through it Bally's looks like it's struggling to appeal to everyone while not blowing it out of the water with appeal to a general demographic of customer.
I had a wonderful time! Room was spacious, good views, and good location.
Drais! Best hip hop club in vegas hands down. Go see for yourself
Not a huge fan of the rooms. We asked for a non-smoking and we got put in a room that smelled like someone had a chain smoking party for a month straight. We asked for someone to clean it at 4 when we checked in. We got back from dinner at 6 and it still reeked. We went out for a bit, came back at 11, and it STILL wasn't fixed! We didn't get a new room until 2 in the morning. The only reason I gave it such a high rating was because of the Bodies Exhibit. They have the newer one and it was awesome! They also have a place called SEA, the Thai experience which has the best food I ate the whole week at a very affordable price.
Located on the strip with plenty of things to see and do! like may places in Vegas they offer easy parking, checking in and various amenities to make your stay wonderful! With ever changing places to eat and shop, Bally's is located what seems to be the heart of the strip so you don't have to go far to see all sights and action! Plenty of dining options for all budgets, with shopping for both tacky Vegas items, or really nice gifts they offer a great selection! And of course a few slot machines and card tables to play!
Has a nice energy but would have been nice to see a younger crowd
Pleasant experience with phone staff. They were professional and courteous. Lots of menu options for Total Rewards services so if you have a question about anything involving your card it would probably be easier to check it online if possible.
It was a very comfortable stay. the location is convenient because it was near all the places i wanted to visit
Stay with comp room. Decent renovated room. A bit smelly, but overall it's a decent room.
I dont like that they make u pay for parking if ur staying here it should b free but other than that its cool
If you prefer 'the Strip' to being 'Downtown ' it's a good choice. Nice place for the money.
I ordered a smoking room a month before our stay and at check in we found out that we got a non smoking room and they had no smoking rooms left available! Needless to say I was not every happy, since I am in Vegas 2 to 3 times a month
Love this place. Especially the restaurants located in front of the hotel by the strip. Walburgers are great!! So many things to do here like shows, eating and just lots of fun.
Trouble with checking in, as the front desk tried to keep pushing back our time to do so. 9 to 11 to 2 to 4. Quite the mess.
The stat was great. Staff was amazing but the line for the elevators was horrible. Especially Thursday to Monday. I would wait for an elevator for over an hour. Call management and it was because only 3 area where working and the others where down for maintenance reason. I would have to get on an elevator going down to get up to the 18th floor where my room was. But other then that good. And if you've never been to vegas before and you especially from the east coast the price on the south Las Vegas blvd what is called the strip is 3x the amount on the east coast. I learned that the hard way. They was 3 of us I paid for my trip and for every meal on the strip I spent 40 to 70 dollars each meal. My total trip I spent over a grand just in food.
Was treated with respect from everyone..make sure you see a casino host on your next trip
Over priced. At sign in, computer gave me an option to not take $30 internet and pool, so I didn't! when I left 5 days later afternot using it .. still had to pay for it, because it was part of my great deal.. though I was paying 99 for a room others could get for 36.. so maybe not a great deal!
Ballys casino is a great place to gamble on table games. At least I think. Food court is awesome.
They told us they did not have the reservation when we tried to check in at 10:00 PM!!
Really liked it for the price, cleanliness and location. Hope they keep prices as is. Also, real bodies exhibit was a blast.
Great hotel/casino. We had pretty good odds here on the craps tables
Liked the Wayne Newton's "Up Close and Personal" show. I remember watching him as a little girl on TV so I respect him as a legend for these times!
Really run down and smells do not do the x show it is WAY OVERRATED
Love Bally's but hard to get a drink here, all lounges/bars closed 8/18/20
I enjoy gambling in this Casino! I lost my phone but the staff turned It in and security found me!!! Very secure place!
My stay at Bally's was excellent value and a great experience. The location of the hotel and casino can't be beat and it's a short walk to a lot of major Las Vegas destinations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and recently updated. Overall I had a great time staying at Bally's and will definitely be back!
Room was nice and clean. Price was great. Amenities are nice. Casino is nice.
Really the biggest thing was the smoke in the casino compared to others. Overall is was tolerable. Staff was awesome. Maids won't take a tip.
Bally's is fun and clean. Great place to play and enjoy the ambience
Most of the time I enjoy this hotel bc of its price and location. Right near the strip across from the Bellagio. My first experience was great. However, I was disappointed last 2 times I passed through.
First the beds are uncomfortable (hard). One time they lost my reservation and put my son in a room w one bed and a broken AC. I left and got a room next door instead. Both times I requested a non-smoking room. 2nd time it was tolerable, but still smelled like an ashtray. Second time it was so bad we put wet wash clothes over the vent to act like extra filtation. In the morning the white wash clothes were brown. So gross!
There was a maj conf in town and most rooms were booked, plus we were passing through at 4am, coming home from CA. So we suffered w it. Customer service did not go out of their way even slightly that night.
Past 2 visits, I stay somewhere else now. Much cleaner. Much happier.
Bally's parking is not free. Didn't see the pool. It I didn't have such a great stay my first time, I would have rated much lower.
Wonderful facility shops great. Would like less smokey surroundings getting off elevator.
Nice and clean, great staff. Constantly gouged on prices and fees to the point of feeling taken advantage of. $3 sodas at the vending. food over priced, valet over priced, parking overpriced, resort fees ridiculous.
Not a good experience. The hotel has a bad odor wherever you go. The rooms are nothing special for what they charge. I've stayed at other hotels on the Strip with similar rooms for a lot less money. The hotel is nothing special. I lost my room key and had to wait in a really long line that moved at a snail's pace in order to get another; everybody in line was frustrated. I was staying at the hotel to attend a Convention being held there. On the last day, the Convention ended at 12 noon, but the hotel insisted that we all check-out at 11 a.m. and wouldn't grant appropriate late check-outs, which was very inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. Stay at one of the many other lovely Las Vegas Strip properties that are NOT Caesar's properties.
This is one of the older Vegas strip hotels, but still serviceable. They have an outdoor shopping center/food court in the front which is a great place to visit. Giordanno's pizza & the Turkish Shawarma place are great places to try.
Merely a 3 star but the suites with strip view are amazing! Best value for money if you are upgrading your room.
Sat at the bar and played some video poker. The bartenders were really nice. They even gave my wife drinks even though she wasn't gambling. Unlike Harrahs, will never set foot in Harrah's ever again . rude jerks behind the bar there.
Great hotel in a very good position just off the strip. Room very clean and more than adequate. Cosmetic vendor opposite the elevate a pain stop you on the way out and on the way in. Many people showing signs of being annoyed.
Almost all staff excellent. Some of the concierge staff J in particular need some customer relation training
Too many ambulances showing g up all night loud as all heck. No Good games or slots. I didn't see anyone win more than a couple bucks in my 3 day visit.
Great location on the strip, nice clean room. Placed in room overlooking back of property (read ->roof of adjacent building / employee parking lot), but didn't spend much time in room, so not that big a deal. Would definitely stay here again.
Room we stayed in was clean.Nice and comfortable.staff were friendly and helpful location on strip was great close to other Hotels and Casinos I ll stay there again.
Room was cool. But it was hard to get a drink. Elevators went down. Took for ever to check in. Toilet flooded. Time share people were really pushy. Sunday buffet brunch! Was phenomenal! Our waiter Hugo was unbelievably awesome! The house keeping was great! We will be back!
The hotel is nice and comfortable. Housekeeping could use some work. Needs a good dusting and there was someone elses food left in the fridge
Very nice overlooking Strip. High count sheets lots of pillows. Coffee blowdryer. Defiantly do overs
I didn t stay in Bally s but I was here to watch the Xavier Mortimer Magical Dream. I have seen a few magic shows in my 5 Vegas visits. Im particularly impressed by Xavier Mortimer s show. He s a man of many talents. Other than being an excellent magician, he s very funny. He can dance, he is musical and he s artistic. The presentation is amazing. The choreography is beautiful. He does some tricks similar to other magicians like Copperfield (who is also very good) but Mortimer does it in a very different approach. I don t want to be a spoiler, you have to go see it to find out. It s like a breath of fresh air, a breakthrough of traditional magic performance. Quite some high tech stuff too. He links all these amazing tricks by using a storyline. There is good audience participation. The whole show lasts an hour and 15 minutes and we enjoy every minute of it. It s worth every penny I spent.
There s a meet and greet after the show. He s a very friendly guy. We took pictures with him.
Great adventures await! Wonderful shows. Excellent entertainment.
Rooms are good but all the resort fees and now $15 to park makes it far less desirable.
So thankful to Bally s for making our special time amazing!! Night manager, Tee, was the sweetest, and most helpful person! We absolutely love this place and have only amazing things. Highly recommended for military, highly recommended for couples on vacation!! Thank you so much!!
Very nice rooms and view, hotel is on the strip easy access to everything
Did not stay at hotel. Liquor store inside casino was great for cheap alcohol. Has $5 craps tables which was cool. Good experience.
One of my favorite places to gamble when in Las Vegas. Centrally located and always a good time.
Had to stop here after a cancelled flight, got some good rest I'm our room and had good service at the desk
Nice tub inside the room. But the resort fee (35 dollars ) is a big ripoff.
Great place to play PICKLEBALL!
Herb is an excellent coach and tennis pro. Very friendly and fun! Right on the Las Vegas strip.
Very good hotel ,casino good, spa facility, heated pool very nice rooms, not much expensive, very good polite, friendly staff, very helpful, bathrooms are clean ,near by easily accessible all the night clubs, very good air conditioning, luxurious stay, very good arrangements, good management, free WiFi, food and beverages are good. Room service very good, memorable experience of stay
Had a wonderful time staying here. The service was great, extremely close to the Vegas strip. The pool and restrooms were clean. Love it here, would go again!
The best thing about Bally's is the location. For the price, you get to be in a prime location on the strip. You're across from Caesar's Palace, the Bellagio, next to Paris, etc. It's a good central location. And that's super important because it's not a hotel that you could stay in forever. There is a small mall that connects the hotel to Paris Las Vegas, but there isn't a lot in it. The pool looks better in pictures than it does in person. The best thing about the pool is that there is a deep end (11-12ft), so you can dive and actually swim if you want to. I used the fitness center many times and it is nice. The fitness center and internet are included in your resort fees which are about $32/night. There is a Thai restaurant inside which is very good and has an intimate setting. There aren't any clubs in the hotel so you'll have to venture off to other hotels in the area for that. The room itself was very nice and spacious. The bathroom could use some upgrades, but it is priced right for the amenities. I would stay here again.
Affordable near the strip with the casino and bar everything you need
Played in their miniture golf course. It is twilight zone themed and it was a lot of fun. The music was great and added to the family environment.
Everything was very good with the exception of the cost of food and coffee small cup $7.00 yes 7.00!!food court 2 child like portions $28.00 unbelievable.
We stayed in the newly renovated tower and loved it. It was functional and well appointed....even had a small coffee maker.
Good value for the price. Cheap rooms and low minimums, and close to many locations.
Went to watch solid gold soul show. Very fun and upbeat atmosphere. Singers and dancers were all very talented.
This is an old hotel with a great show call Masters of Illusion. Unlike most hotels in the area, this hotel charges for parking, so be prepared. Bally's was a fine hotel some 20-30 years ago, but it really needs a total makeover. Love the show there though.
I've never stayed here, but so far it has been pleasant. Other than the slight smell of old smoke in the casino, everything else has been great. Nice rooms, walking distance to everything, and a neat body exhibit on the lower level.
Simple casino on the Las Vegas strip. Nothing too fancy and nothing too crazy bjust the right size and good parking. Wish the sports book was remodeled. A bit dated.
Next time i go to vegas i will not be staying here . I booked online to have everything set and they still charged me $200 dollars extra for the fees. Customer service was not helpful what so ever! No one ever checked up or help us check in. And cleaning staff never switched out our sheets. I had never met such rude workers til i stayed here. Even to the point there was a miss understanding and security wouldn't let us change, he had to "keep" hes foot to have the door open. Worst experience ever!
They have a good assortment be of video poker machines! Clean with good service.
Pretty interior looks like a great place for a conference!
I'm not a gambler but I stayed here for 5 days during a convention and i have no complaints. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The resort had quick access to reasonably priced food and essentials. Checkout the CVS on the corner if you forget anything. I'm not giving it 5 stars for the luxury, the service or the ambiance; I'm giving it 5 stars because everything tied together thoroughly. Great resort.
Bally's is a beautiful casino and hotel. It smells wonderfully and is always so nice and clean. I enjoy my visits here. I recently went for a conference, and it was beautifully organized, the staff were nice, and the area was nice as well. I highly recommend visiting.
Great atmosphere. Love how Ballys and Paris hotel are linked. They could have turned up the ventilation as it was a bit smokey. Bally's Sterling brunch was amazing and hosted at BLT steakhouse. AYCE lobster was large and fresh. Small dessert area.
I had not been at this hotel in over 10 years. I did stay here one time, and it was a fine place to be on the strip.
Sadly it has greatly gone downhill, not much being updated, things getting dirty and scuffed up. Its sad looking. Especially the lower collonade area.
Ballys Las Vegas is the spot I choose when I am looking for a great value and perfect location, right in the middle of the strip with easy access to everything on the strip,I stay here often.
Nice rooms for a good price. Love the restaurants and bars
We stayed there, it was the most comfortable room ever. They're breakfast bar was awesome. The food was great. Service was great! I would stay there again.
