I was there for a conference. The hotel was grand with lots of shopping, high end personal services and food.

The location is nice right next to a walk way across the strip and in the middle, however the rooms are old. And no frills. I complained to the front desk and they would not do anything to help me. I did a late checkout and they did not tell me they were turning the water off so I had to change rooms for the last few hours to shower and get ready for the day. They should have mentioned something when I was told it would cost extra to stay a bit longer. Also, I could hear the people above me walking and the pipes being used a lot through the walls.
We went for Tony and Tina's Wedding. It was a really fun and interactive show.
Casino was meh. Few options for classic blackjack, and they were overly scrutinous of my ID. I felt like I was unwelcome and untrusted as a guest. The room was pretty good, though. Awesome view. A bit dated, but clean.
Really improved thier walkup/entryway with shops and restaurants, good clean fun atmosphere, had a great cowboy country singer in the indogo lounge singing live, food court shops were open late for food options after a night of drinking.
Great location and it s right in the middle of everything! OMG! Sooooo much fun. I ll definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
Outrageous resort fee for no resort! A pool was advertised yet it was not open (somehow other resorts on the strip had theirs open... go figure). When I asked why I have to pay the resort fee I was told it was to cover the free wifi and local calling. Room was otherwise acceptable along with check-in experience.
Ball's was a good casino if you are looking for cheap tables. The atmosphere want as nice as many other casinos in Vegas.
Good selection of slots. No theme like its next door neighbor, Paris.
Just walked through and around. Nice casino but I have no idea about the rooms or service.
A beautiful place to visit got a lot of Art and it's just beautiful
The hotel wasn't perfect, but I recommend going to see the Bronx Wanderers. They were great!
The room is nice and clean to the eye. Hopefully it was clean to COVID-19 standards. The casino is like all other casinos, draining me dry.
Went to Bazaar shops. It was a nice place. Different places to eat and drink. It's on a less busy part of the strip.
Stairs to entrance not working? I mean i can walk up there. My grandma can't.
Very large, clean hotel with lots of nice restaurants. They also have a friendly staff.
Bally's has gone thru some changes, but seems to be holding there own. The shops in front are a nice addition. Some more affordable food options.
Wonderful casino! Friendly staff great location and clean room will be back.
Visited for the casino. Very friendly staff. Would recommend.
Mostly great service and friendly staff. But the last day our room didn't get cleaned! We had to call guest services for towels.
Tony & Tina's Wedding was the worst show I have ever seen in Las Vegas - all the actors pretending to be drunk, hitting each other, laying on the floor "injured". One guy did a gross parody of a gay man. The priest was drunk, the nun stupid and boring. This is billed as a family show?? Caesar's
Entertainment should be so embarrassed. Even the buffet food was poor. Somebody spilled the red pepper into everything
The second class nature of this show was actually foretold by the venue- "stacked" shows close together. Patrons had to stand in the hall until 5 minutes before show time while stage hands noisily took down the previous show and set up this one. Poor. I expect better of CE
Great hotel. New renovation on Resort room. The best thing is Location... Location ... Location. Close to anywhere on central strip.
This place location is great but the rooms really need some updating. If you aren't spending a ton a night, you're in the old musty outdated part of the hotel. Water stains, old furniture & water pressure was horrible.
Did the minigolf inside it was a lot of fun. Price was reasonable for the strip.
If I could go negative stars I would!!! Poorest customer service I have ever had to deal with!
This inexpensive casino hotel has prime location within walking distance from anything you can think of in Vegas.
Casino level offers variety of bars and restaurants so check them out first before heading out for drinks or food.
It took forever to check in but other than that service was prompt and courteous.
Rooms and appliances were just good, you get what you pay for.
Good hotel on the strip to stay at and the newly updated rooms are a plus! The casino is a little outdated, however it appeared to be undergoing a remodel during my latest visit.
Not a fan of this place really only use it to walk into Paris without walking past the CVS that always smells pretty disgusting to be honest.
My family favorite hotel, it is central close to everything. Big rooms, not modern.
We stayed here last April for 3 nights. Check in was at 3p but our flight landed at 11a. We paid the extra $16(?)'ish for early check-in and got a room inside of 15 min of being in the hotel. The room was quiet, clean and comfy. Nice TV and package, the casino is nice (spent a lot of time there) & the hotel is centrally located on the strip right across from the Belagio. There's a 24hr subway right outside as well. Check out was 11a and our flight didn't leave that night til 11p so they held our bags, and we gambled in the casino, walked the strip and went out to eat before leaving.
Also past the casino is like a mini underground mall. There's games and a nice icecream and frozen yogurt place.
Great place to go on the Strip if you want to go see a show do a little gambling
Could not sleep because the city decided to do work outside 1230 & was still working as of 322am I am not pleased I haven t had any sleep ughhh I called front desk they could have offered to move my room or something but not there problem was their response wow I m glad I m leaving didn t have a problem at the Paris. Nice rooms for the price but I m ill as a snake at this time. I loved the decor and shower bathroom set up
Very dissapointed'''entrance way from the garage led us to an area where the homless occupied' felt very unsafe' the area should of been locked up' overall impression of Ballys was dirty. Will not return anytime soon.
Nice View Of Strip, Reasonable price, pool is kinda small, elevator was down and took awhile to get fixed, the breakfast was not good at all, closest hotel by cvs to get cheap snacks and beverages, Bathroom very clean and big stand up shower, beds were very comfortable
The location in nice, shows are hit or miss but the parking lot is amazing. It shows exactly how many spots are available on each level so you don't have to circle constantly trying to find a space. I know that may not be a really exciting thing, but I really appreciated it.
Hotel with good room. Beside Paris hotel and has link shopping passage.
Newly remodeled rooms were quite nice, clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about
The rooms at the new tower are incredibly clean and modern and the guest room staff are very helpful
It's a good place to stay the hotel color scheme doesn't look good in my opinion the blood red doors remind me of an 80's horror film.
The rooms were large & spacious. We stayed in a updated suite. The cleanliness of the rooms and certain parts of the hotel could have been better. We had to be moved to another room the first night because when we checked in the sheets and pillow cases had makeup & hair on them. The pool was closed at 7pm and I thought that was way to early for Summer!
Very nice place for the money. Rooms were very clean and neat. People were nice and the crowd was also nice.
This is a very typical large Vegas casino. There is lots of glitz, glamour, and smoky air for all to breathe.
Ballys is very different than the other casinos. There are more kids activities and more like an indoor mall with massage beds available.
I came here because i purchased the Bodies Exhibition. I loved it! Very educational!
I would have loved to check out the place further but was short on time.
The room was spacious and close to all the action. The beds and pillows were a bit lacking. You can tell that it was remodeled recently. The price for the location was a good deal.
It's okay. The location is nice and the place is clean. There are definitely more high end options available.
Great pricing and great location !! Valet was great until I lost my ticket and I had a rental and the contract wasn t in the car .. big headache given Avis customer service was closed ... Bally s need to come up with an alternative to get your car .. and how the pool was quite and the food was okay I d stay again if my budget isn t big!! Overall trip was great Room service mediocre
You want a nice hotel without breaking your bank, this is the place. Right in front of bellagio, this is a gem. You can walk into Paris. Walk to the fountain show. High roller is also in walkable distance. Room was big and clean. Bath was good with walk in shower. Room also had a mini fridge, so we could keep our water cold. Room service did a good job. Over all, loved our stay.
We were checked in by Carrie who was fantastic and super nice. We were on the 73rd floor facing south with amazing views. The room was large with 2 queen beds, dresser and desk, night stand, table and chairs and a fridge. We had plenty of room for clothes. The AC worked excellent as the temperatures were in the 100's. The plumbing worked great and the shower was awesome. The room was kept clean and we never had noise issues. The service everywhere was excellent with the casino having very good drink service. It's attached to the Paris hotel and there was so many dining options. The hotel itself is in a perfect location right in the middle of the strip. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
On the strip not many view rooms or smoking rooms but right in the middle of the strip
Pro tip: throw $300 on black and your stay will be free
Caesar Entertainment is GREAT Company that Carers and helps the Last Vegas Community. Also offers caring work environment. That offers each employee the opportunity for advancements!!!
Updated decor and very clean! However the company has hidden charges when signing up.
I'm staying here as a guest and definitely recommend it if you don't have kids. The reason I don't recommend it for kids is because I smell a strong cigarette smell in the casino on the ground level. Otherwise, it's a decent hotel that I'd stay in again if the rate was good. My room is huge and mostly clean. I found smudges on my bathroom light switch, door and handle, and the vanity looks to be old with something dripped down the front. This makes me suspicious of the cleanliness of the rest of the room, but everything else LOOKS clean. Oh, and the floor towel for the bathroom had a huge hole in it. The bed is really comfy and the shower is hot with great pressure. I ate at the Thai restaurant downstairs, which was delicious. I love that it's so easy to walk right across a bridge to reach the Bellagio and Ceasar's Palace.
Their box office employees are literally slower than watching paint dry.
The shows maybe good, but be prepared to set an afternoon aside for standing in line to pick the tickets up. They have 1 person assisting over 60 people in line at snail speed.
Great room, large jacuzzi, large shower and the room was huge. Very nice.
Bally's seems a bit dated, but has all the amenities you'd expect on the Strip. The dinning is above average, but I didn't see any shopping to speak of.
Well appointed rooms with good view. Bang on the Strip. Excellent location
We've been told that one 'tower' is better than the other; we must've gotten lucky because we were impressed with the comfort and cleanliness for (what we thought was) a decent price.
Long long lines just to get checked in. Finally got to express and did it myself. Felt like I was at Walmart. Gambling was horrible. Bed was worse and WiFi was non-existent. Food court is lame. Consierg was very helpful and nice. Room was clean but that's the only good thing.
The room was very clean. Great location, right in the thick of the strip.
Bally's overall was fine. I came specifically for the paranormal show (which was fabulous and totally entertaining).
Great location on the strip with food and shopping nearby and a CVS next to it. Wonderful customer service. Beautiful and functional rooms with views of the Bellagio fountains on the south side.
The size of room and the location was the only reason this place gets 2 stars. Front desk night supervisor and management needs to take clases on customer service. I'm guessing they were put on this shift because of this. There is so many options in Vegas save yourself the headache and book anywhere else.
This one of the best hotels to stay on the Vegas strip. It is on the opposite side of the famous Bellagio resorts. You get views of Vegas high roller and Paris hotel from the windows.
The rooms are big and well arranged. The bathrooms are clean, the shower and taps are stylish and well functioning. The beds are done properly.
The casino in the ground area is also beautiful. You can spend your night here and try your luck. There are some restaurants in the same building. This is great option at affordable price.
Indigo tower is alright. Try to stay in Jubilee if you like nicer things. Staff are always nice at this place and I seem to enjoy their machines.
Not the room I paid for. A glitch in the system and I was not happy I paid for a penthouse and they downgraded my room. I asked for smoking and was assigned to non smoking after getting permission from her supervisor she changed me to smoking. I contacted them via email about them downgrading my room once I got there and never have received a response. Horrible customer service from the check in desk. My jr. Penthouse suite was pretty with a great view. I was more dissatisfied with the customer service than the room itself. I understand glitches happen I should have received a comp of some sort and apology at the least. Not just well we had a glitch so we downgraded you.
Excellent venue. Every contact with employees was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Made the stay smooth, worry-free and enjoyable. Good variety of food offerings. Their "Ivy" text app allows you to ask unlimited questions about details. The kiosk check in was easy and checking out even more so.
Great place to play poker. Room has good action. Table games are plentiful and fun and reasonably priced. Lots of slots. Many types of good restaurants. Connected inside to Paris Casino. Nice clean refurbished rooms.
Just went it because its close to Paris and good restaurants
Nothing fancy, the rooms are clean. Took awhile for the air conditioning to get to a comfortable temperature. Too many people smoking in the lobby area.
One star off for lots of obscured/hidden costs (this would be more, but this seems to be the norm for Vegas hotels). Two stars off for poor service and room. Our king bed and a bathtub room turned out to be an undersized pull out bed and no tub. The staff were not very helpful, and our check-in wait time was, in my option, a bit excessive.
Positives include a good location and clean rooms. However, I would not stay here again. Overall poor experience.
Great hotel, professional and friendly staff. Older hotel but fun gaming and drinking.
It's more like a 3.5 Star Hotel, than a 3, but not a 4.
Room: 3.5
Bally's did a complete makeover of the East tower, 1 year ago, and everything is brand new - carpets, television, desks, chair, furnishings, and the bathroom. The bed is a Simmons BeautyRest, mid-tier mattress, and it's comfortable. The entire hallway, elevators, etc, also completely redone so it all looks very modern.
The East tower is closer to the restaurants downstairs, and the passage-way to Paris, but it's not a big deal since the casino isn't enormous like others.
The bathroom was also redone, but the it does seem like they cut some corners on finishings, which will either break, or need replacement soon.
The bad part about the rooms is the windows open, and aren't new. Because they're not completely sealed you hear things outside, like an 18 wheeler going down the road with a hand truck that's not tied down, or a motorcycle doing 100 MPH at 2 in the morning. You definitely hear that if you are on lower floors, probably higher floors. I suggest requesting an East Tower room with southern exposure, away from the road.
I requested a humidifier, which some hotels do not have. They brought one up for free. It's the #1 thing you should request in Vegas. If hotels don't have them I go out and buy one.
The Hotel:
It's not very large, so it's manageable. I like the feel of the casino, with the raised area, the lower pit-like main area. You're always near the action because of the size.
Poker room isn't bustling much, but it's got games.
Some riff-raff rolls in off the street, but not too much as there are many bars deep into the hotel.
The restaurants are an upgrade, with something for everyone, including the lower pool level spots that are less expensive and fast.
The gym is good enough to get in a work out - nothing opulent like what they have at Aria or Wynn. You pay for what you get.
Overall, I would stay here again, but only in the East tower, new rooms. The hotel is very close to the LINQ, that new area with bars, and gets you over to Convention Center fast.
Solid price point hotel, good location, enough food, just make sure you have ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
