Decent. Everything always smells a little of cig smoke, even on the non smoking floors. Housekeeping missed my room half of the days of my stay, but the location is very good and the "bazaar" for shopping and quick dining is very convenient.

Horrible customer relations. They don't care about you or your stay. Don't believe they will reserve the room you book, because they didn't with me. The Jubilee premium suite was filthy. Trash left in it. Filthy countertops and tabletops. No microwave as requested nor fridge. When I spoke to manager, he lied and said he gave me food credit, but when i tried to use it, there was no credit. They even zeroed out my tier credits after this but still paid for the suite from my account. Talked to corporate and they said to email. Will NEVER stay at Bally's again unless I don't pay for it. My entire vacation was ruined because of this. Found better accommodations elsewhere with more space for less money and with awesome customer relations. You can, too.
The pictures look much better than the actual rooms. You can tell the furniture is old and used with many marks and dents that s very apparent. The best thing about this was the shower. Self parking is free but the walk takes you forever and a day to get back to the building.
Just cruising the strip and stopped in Bally's for a quick beer and some gambling. Had a good time although the casino and hotel in general is showing its age. Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.
We got rooms that were connected, I thought that was pretty cool, hehe. The correct hotel building can be pretty ruff to find especially thru the 1st floor casino. I was pretty tipsy though.
Early mobile booked, fantastic. First room though was really loud with elevator noise. They switched us to a different room and everything is fantastic.
One of my favorite hotel to visit when I'm in Las Vegas. This hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and plazas. There's a Giordano's near and that pizza was so good it reminded me of being home in Chicago.
Went for the paranormal magic show with Frederic da Silva. Highly recommend this show!!!? As for the hotel, very outdated inside. It's time for a teardown or at least or heavy upgrade.
One of my favorites on the strip for location and value. Connected to the Paris for more food and entertainment options. Currently Bally's is doing room renovation so some floors are quite loud.
The WORST hotel on the strip from a room standpoint. Renovated strip-facing rooms are so noisy that I couldn't believe it. You could hear LOUD boom box music like it was right next to your head right through the windows. The old non renovated room was quiet.. but straight out of the 90s complete with stained couch. Avoid this place if you intend to get a room. Otherwise the casino and restaurants are just fine... but the rooms, oh my...
Stayed here for a week with my family. Booked the economy room with the Resort park option, so some of us can enjoy the amenities of the hotel. I didn't gamble at all but my parent did. Its easy to check-in with the kiosk in front of the service desk. The only thing i didn't like was the room we stayed in was not properly maintained because some of the wallpaper edges are starting to peel off and some areas of the curtains are damaged. I didn't stay here for the room but for the city it self. I enjoyed my stay in Las Vegas for a week.
I have only ever had Chicago style pizza at Giordanos in Chicago (which is the best place to get pizza anywhere) until last week when I ate at Giordanos in Las Vegas. The Chicago style pizza was like I was eating it from Chicago. It was delicious! I will be back for more.
I had a great experience at this hoteland casino. It was right on the strip and very near shopping. They had everything I was looking for in a Las Vegas trip. The front desk was very helpful in helping us find attractions. Rooms were clean and all of the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a great hotel in Las Vegas
I've been staying at the Bally's for many years but the hotel has really gone downhill. The hotel does not care about their guests as there is absolutely no social distancing. You will find hand sanitizer stations throughout the casino but believe me, it's only to meet state or local requirements.Other casinos I visited had sneeze gjsrds to protect guests when playing at the tables, other resorts from MGM have hand washing stations and security is enforcing the use of masks. I felt very safe at Park MGM, Cosmo, Aria, and even at Paris next door. This was my last stay at the Bally's.
Check in went smoothly, the person at the front desk was quick & friendly, we were able to get into our room one hour before check in. There were hand sanitizing stations throughout & also disposable masks in case you needed it. Our room was clean & was so nice, spacious & exceeded our expectations. We loved the tub! At times throughout our stay we smelled marijuana in the hallways, in the casino & in our room, we didn t like that but there s nothing we could do about it. The employees we came in contact with seemed nice & polite. There were a few places to eat in the hotel but a lot of places to eat right outside of Bally s. Check out was easy, we called the front desk & they checked us out, I received an email of our receipt. We might come back to this hotel whenever we visit Las Vegas.
Bally's is one of the oldest casinos on the strip and it shows. This casino is in desperate need of a renovation. If you're looking for something a little more low-key then the flagship casinos this is the place to be. the biggest detractor from this casino was its cleanliness or lack thereof. The machine I played on we're caked in God only knows what grime, full ashrtrays and half drunk dirty glasses littered the playing area. I spent almost 3 hours playing here and was only visited by the drink attendant once. With such a variety of other options on the strip there isn't anything to keep me coming back here. I probably could won't go back.
This hotel is very centrally located in the center of the strip. It was about 12 dollars to get a Lyft to Fremont Street from there. This hotel is connected to the monorail. There were spendy nice restaurants and cheap outlet eaterys. We'll probably stay here in the future.
It's definitely got that "Old Vegas" feel, but it's a decent hotel with plenty of stuff to do and access to other hotels and attractions nearby. The pool is a good size with lots of cabanas and chairs, but you can tell it's been around since the 60s or 70s. Worth staying here if you get a decent rate.
Ballys is located at the centre of The Strip and offers affordable and newly refurbished rooms. There are many great restaurants to choose from ranging from casual dining to formal. We enjoyed our recent stay and plan in returning for our next visit.
The hotel looks slightly tired and bed sheets in room are kind of rough... But the hotel is in the middle of everything, and it has its own monorail station so thats good.
There were a lot of issues with elevators and escalators, the WiFi was unreasonably expensive, and the room didn't have a coffee machine or microwave or refrigerator. Also the shower didn't have a proper, water resistant curtain or a fan in the bathroom. Would not recommend
This place that is a biohazard dirt body towels in bathroom, food is awe full a bottle of water is almost 7 dollars. You don t even pay for that in Disney world. Elevators full of garbage and throw up what a nice thing to see any time of the day right? I do not recommend this place and I will never come back. One star review is too much.
For being the first time in the sin city Bally's made my experience an unforgettable one. This hotel is very nice and the casino is a nice place to visit.
Rooms are large and have all been updated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Casino is full of newer slots and there are plenty of table games. HOWEVER, the hotel has removed coffee pots from rooms, you can't even pay an additional fee to have one. Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Fairfield Inn and any other hotel we have stayed in all have coffee in the rooms. Caesars entertainment is taking away a valuable service and still has the audacity to charge a resort fee.
Wonderful hotel and casino. Plenty of nice dining options especially outside. It connects to other hotels in the area so it's a nice place to stay if you're looking to hop around with relative ease.
Room is nicely renovated, did come across few minor things. (coffee maker lid broken, remote battery cover broken). Passage to the pool is a journey, never been to hotel with sucha long path to the pool.
Bally's updated their rooms and is a very clean hotel. The best part about the hotel is that it is affordable and on the strip near lots of eventful activities.
Rooms are large and spacious. Staff are friendly. Easy property to uber to and from. Just a well rounded property that will continue to endure the test of time. Oh the sports book is in the weirdest location but totally cool and worth seeking out
