Big shower with good hot water but only after it runs quite awhile and the rain shower head would be better with more water pressure and/or a hand-held. The shower was pretty with glass door but the water always ran out and soaked the bathmat so you stepped out in to a sipping doggy mess. The towels were big and thirsty. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows on a king size were 4 square little pillows -odd. Good thing my room was far from the ice machine as it was very loud. Conference rooms were of ok temp - usually they are get cold. Crappy amenities - 2 little soaps, a shampoo and a lotion. Not even a soap dish to sit the bar into so it slide and stuck to the sink.

Went to Bally's too see Frederic Da Silva paranormal show. Very entertaining and interesting. Includes the audience in his show and is amazing at what he can do with mind reading, and various audience participants. Don't want to spoil his show by telling everything.. but definitely go see his performance! He meets with everyone after the show and takes pictures with you / your family and friends. Very personable. :-)

I went to the spa here as part of a girls spa day. The facilities were clean and the locker area is fully stocked with snacks and fruit. It's a bit on the small side but still nice. I give 3 stars because my masseuse wasn't very good. She kept taking both hands off during the massage and she was making slit of noise and fumbling around. I couldn't relax. I felt like it was not worth the $116 dollars I payed and that was with the local discount.

We're booked @ Ballys casino and they charge us $20.00/day for parking if you're not a platinum & above card holder & other casinos along las vegas do the same, so if you are coming here think about that xtra expense & have other alternatives where to go...

The service staff was very friendly and courteous but this is an old hotel and it shows. The pipes from an adjacent room were so loud they woke us at 5 am and the walls are generally thin. The elevator doors are disgusting and half the lights on the outside and inside panels don't work. Bits of carpet are missing. There were what looked like skid marks on the walls of my dad's room. For a Caesar's property, the aesthetic was sorely lacking.

Rode the monorail to Bally's to join some friends for minigolf. Station exited right into Bally's near it shopping and food court area right next to the minigolf course. Had a good time, bonus, it was easy to navigate.

Bally's had the feel of old Vegas. I enjoyed the casino and the shops on the ground floor. Twilight Zone mini golf was a nice distraction from gambling, especially with a great deal on Groupon.

I stayed two nights on a weekend, had a two queen room on a non smoking floor. The room was nice and recently remodeled. I would like the room to have gotten a little bit cooler but not so much as to complain. The location of the hotel is prime for exploring the strip. The gambling was affordable and fun. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect except there was no coffee in the room. There was coffee available in the lobby area for $7 a cup. Or, if you go to the all-you-can-eat restaurant for breakfast you can get coffee for $4 a cup. I will be taking my own coffee pot, if I ever stay there again.

Perfect location to explore the strip and was the cheapest hotel there with almost reasonable price :) Casino is nice and have a lot of options. The restaurants on the territory were a bit disappointing. Burger's place served some dry unseasoned burgers (WHERE IS LAMB SAUCE! anyone? :D) and not much else to choose from.

While Bally's can be confusing, I was trying to find the twilight zone mini golf, which was located downstairs, after asking for help. This place is so much fun! Mini golf course is glow in the dark, even your golf ball and mask glow! Some of the holes drove me crazy(!), but they ate challenging and fun! Definitely a place for the whole family. This will be on my list of stops every time I visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place, recommended!

Won't stay again rude staff, unhelpful, poorly kept hotel. It's a shame easy for lazy employees to ruin an image. Too busy focused on nickle and dimming everyone so they can make their tip.

Vegas, Vegas,Vegas, bright lights and all you can eat buffets! Hotter than hot sauce on the 4th of July under the devils toe nail! Geeze!!! Once is enough for me but the lights are alluring enough.

We came to Bally's for our annual company convention, the accommodations were very good, the room was good and had an amazing view, from the jubilee tower the gambling was also fun in between functions, the slot machines were nice and new many I hadn't seen before, but 21 is my game, they have quite a few choices on blackjack which I enjoyed and they were very eager to teach you the new games and very pleasant, I usually had leap or Rose on blackjack and they made my gambling experience fun, let's face it nobody likes to lose money but wasn't that bad with them , I also dabbled in roulette which was a first and craps also very nice Staff and took the time to teach Jennifer was my roulette teacher, another thing I love to eat it's a little on the pricey side, but their BLT steakhouse was amazing we got the 36oz porterhouse and lobster Cobb, with tuna tartare for appetizer, it was to die for also we ate at their Burger Brassiere another pricey spot but also very delicious, room services was slso good for those late night early mornings, so overall good experience, my 5th time in Vegas in rate this one up with the top ones.

Great Customer service, the staff has special dedication to detail making sure the guests have a positive experience, I do liked to go to the Sports book, and the Sports bar, on front they have a Food Court, very nice place to see the Sports Events.

I love their new building! We stayed in a suite and it was absolutely lovely. Our view of the high roller and the northern part of the strip was amazing. Nice staff. They have quite a bit of amenities inside the casino, and its nice that it is connected to Paris. My only complaint is that our suite was sooooo far from the elevator. If they could put one in on the west side of the building that would be great. But that's not enough to take away a star.

Run of the mill hotel, we upgraded to the "premier" room which doesn't really seem to have anything premier about it. The bathrooms are nice but have horrible acoustics. We are in the Jubilee suite which was said to be their newest renovation, and it still seems outdated compared to other hotels. Overall, I would not stay at Bally's again, but try something different. The location is pretty decent, but you've got several other choices that are in the same location as well.

Great spot on the strip is about the best part honestly. Room was decent but not crazy nice more like a Howard Johnson. Hard to get a drink even when dropping mad money at the tables and slots. Staff is just meh about everything. Had to pay fees for just about everything it seemed like. Mgm resorts here we come back!

Bally's is in the middle of everything. Excellent location. The Paris area was my absolute favorite spot to be in ALL of Las Vegas. Even at 3am this place was happening and the ambiance is just SO COOL!! it felt like Disneyland!! Also while we were gambling we got a ton of free drinks so they are attentive as well. Excellent stay! Hotel rooms were clean and spacious and we had a great view.

We actually Valet parked here for the sole purpose of accessing the Vegas stripand Giordano's Restaurant which is right outside of the hotel. Valet was super friendly, courteous, and professional. Access to the strip was great. We also checked out the casino. The only reason I give this review 4 stars is because we never had a waitress come offer us drinks within the casino itself and the "Y" on the neon lighting outside of "BALLY'S" was not lit up stating "BALL'S". That's not a huge deal but you would think a casino of this magnitude wouldn't have this issue.

We stayed 2 nights at Bally's Hotel. It's located right in the heart of the strip and allow easy access to almost all the casinos. The parking is off of flamingo and it is fairly easy to reach. If you're looking for a moderately priced hotel right in the center of the strip I would highly recommend it.

Very reasonable rates. The best place on the strip. They recently renovated all the rooms they're really very nice and roomy. People that work there are very very friendly and nice and accommodating

I have never stayed there but have seen the rooms which are nice and spacious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the strip and it's great value for money to stay there. Rooms have got fridges too. Nice atmosphere in the casino as well.

Jubilee rooms ending in 04 and 08 have nearly constant thunderous elevator noise and obstructed views
Newly remodeled rooms are pretty but do not use indoor air quality friendly materials and the fumes are chokingly strong.
Many non-smoking rooms are aggravatingly smokey.
Suites are nice and roomy.
Junior Suite includes a convenient makeup room and wet bar.
Rooms are very dirty.
Toilets are not cleaned.
There was a dirty towel from a previous guest under the bathroom vanity.
There is a bunch of trash behind the dressers.
All corners have piles of dirt.
Piles of dust and hair next to bathroom vanity.
I requested housekeeping change the sheets and empty the trash. When I returned, I found the bed and trash untouched and a stack of sheets next to the bed.
Toilet paper is extremely harsh.
Lobby and hotel registration is unbearably smokey - my throat was sore by the time I had my room key.
Windows in some rooms do not seal well so even from the 66th floor there is a lot of street noise day and night.
Mandatory $35/night resort fee Wi-Fi is limited to only 2 devices. Additional devices are $15/night.

When I decided to stay at Bally's with family, I got confused with some reviews .. South tower/North tower old/new etc etc..
So let me help others who plan to stay at Bally's.
There are two towers
- Jubilee (North) tower - a bit closer to the strip - strip view
- Resort (South) tower - newly completely renovated interiors - absolutely walkable and may not be more than 3 mins of walk from the strip

Stayed at the resort tower.. Great location. Good value for money. Plenty of eating options down in the hotel. Overall good experience.

We reserved a newly renovated king sized bed which was main the reason we decided to stay at this hotel. After, a long line-up/ wait time to check-in, we were told that the rooms were first come first serve; therefore, our room had been given away but they were going to prove us with an upgraded junior suite with two queen beds. They told us if we did not like our rooms that we could wait in line at the counter again tomorrow and transfer rooms for the larger beds.

We got to our rooms and they were unsatisfactory, the beds felt like the size of doubles, the people we travelled with could barely get a wifi signal, and there was puke in their bar sink. Luckily, we were able to transfer to better rooms the next morning but what an inconvenience while on vacation.

Also, the smoke in the casino area is absolutely horrific. It literally feels like their air exchange is not working in the casino area.

Was there for the Paranormal Show. So couldnt comment much on the rest of the hotel. The Windows showroom was a great place though. Sound quality is great, stage was intimate and staff was professional

Excellent staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Convenient to many popular areas, plus it has its own tram stop. Checked in very late. No rooms were left, except the penthouse suite so that's where they put us Will be staying here again.

Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino was the site chosen for my biannual convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc in which I am lifetime member. The meeting rooms was spacious for the full membership as well as break out sessions. The hotel rooms was pleasantly comfortable to the convention goer liking. The casino offer full ranges of games from slots to blackjack!

My first room had a ton of problems. After begging and pleading, I finally got them to move me to one of the renovated rooms. The new room was very nice. They got my breakfast order wrong but comped the room service.

We stayed at the renovated part of the hotel. It was very retro and cool if that's your style but it is not exactly AT the strip, its behind this shopping centre, still close to the main road but in terms of view...I had none. Its connected to Paris though so thats cool.

Older hotel but the rooms have been updated. Our room was huge! We were in the Jubliee tower. The concierge (Jimmi) made my trip though. I was last minute in getting gifts for my mom's birthday and anniversary and she made it happen on time and at a great price (for vegas lol). Check-in lines can be long so use express check-in or get in the platinum line if you have that perk. All of the hotel staff was very helpful. There is also a reasonable food court at the bottom of the hotel which was convenient to use when in a hurry. We would absolutely stay again.

Our room is great, you can tell it was recently rennovated. My only issue so far is the house keeping opt out. I wish the credit was inclusive of all restaurants within Bally's. Otherwise the stay so far has been pleasant.

Visited this hotel to see The Bronx Wanderers show. The show was one of the best I've ever seen! I highly recommend it! And because I loved that show so much, I want to go back and see them again and I just may stay at Bally's because the experience was so great.
