Horrible customer relations. They don't care about you or your stay. Don't believe they will reserve the room you book, because they didn't with me. The Jubilee premium suite was filthy. Trash left in it. Filthy countertops and tabletops. No microwave as requested nor fridge. When I spoke to manager, he lied and said he gave me food credit, but when i tried to use it, there was no credit. They even zeroed out my tier credits after this but still paid for the suite from my account. Talked to corporate and they said to email. Will NEVER stay at Bally's again unless I don't pay for it. My entire vacation was ruined because of this. Found better accommodations elsewhere with more space for less money and with awesome customer relations. You can, too.
